Why? Because it's absurd to have to reinvite your friends after every match or dodge. Killers love to dodge SWF and the queues can take forever.

They have said in the past that they'd like to be able to get rid of bloodlust some day.

I would assume there's going to be bug fixes, balance changes, etc. that comes with Ghostface and that they just didn't discuss it yet.
If it is just Ghostface and an event I'll be disappointed. For me, half the fun of new DLC is reading the patch notes.

It better not counter Quick and Quiet. That would be dumb.
I do think the perk could use some kind of buff or be reworked.
Survivors fast vault when not in a chase for like three reasons. When they just finished a gen, when they're going for an unhook and when they are BMing by the gates.
The only time this perk would be kind of useful is the first two situations, but honestly they happen so rarely in my experience that it's just not worth it. Plus you already know where they are thanks to the loud noise notification! If they're running they leave scratches. And a much better perk exists for reason number one: Bitter Murmur.

You already paid the game to have a degree of grind and the shards are just that as well, secondary grind for cosmetics, except that this time, with the pass, you'll pay more to do essentially the same thing, but you could also pay and not get the cosmetics you paid for because you didn't have the time to grind enough because of personal reasons and having the thing you paid for being locked away from you ?
Am i the only one who find this entire thing to be pretty dumb?

If it works like other battle passes then you can buy it at any time and whatever you've unlocked you will now own. Meaning you can wait until you get the cosmetics you like or wait till the end of the season to decide whether or not it's worth your money.
If it's not like that then I would be pretty pissed.

People play survivor because: 1. They like co op games, 2. They can play with friends, 3. It can feel like you're IN a horror movie, 4. They prefer being chased as opposed to chasing, etc. etc.
Biased mains will take literally anything and twist it to mean that their side is getting screwed over.

No survivor with Ghostface. Or a map. I'm still pumped. And with the Freddy rework we are basically getting two new killers soon.

Yes but the only killer to be a paragraph was Leatherface and they didn't do PTBs back then. Killer powers are a lot more complex than a survivor with perks. Not saying they're definitely gonna do a PTB but the only reasons they wouldn't are: 1. The license doesn't allow for it, 2. They think Ghostface is good to go, 3. They want to push it out for the anniversary. What's happened in the past doesn't apply here.

This update would be a first in many ways.
They also recently started calling Paragraphs as Chapters.
I think LF and Bill were before they did PTBs so Ash would be the only character they haven't put on the PTB, right? I don't think survivors by themselves would warrant a PTB anyway (everyone already knew they hated or loved MoM based on the description, you don't really need to test that). Killer powers are much more complex and little tweaks can make a big difference.

How long did it take from them revealing Ash to when it came out?
18 days isn't that long. Or do you count the PTB? If they release the PTB tmw or announce it for next Tuesday then I think the timeline makes sense for the DLC to come out on the 18th.

I think the killer in chapter 13, which we have no information on, is likely going to be extremely OP so I'm being proactive and demanding a hard nerf from the devs.

It sucks for everyone when anyone DCs. Dedicated servers should help with this and Bhvr seems like they're still going all in on the game, so I'm willing to give them time to make things better.

I love Legion. I'd get him.
The Plague has a cool design but I find her way too frustrating to play as. The FPS is still not ideal on PS4 for a projectile style killer.

I don’t know exactly what that would be but maybe instead of him almost completely stopping when he does it, maybe he just stops for a second then when he tantrums he can continue moving at 110% movement speed while still swinging the saw about.
Again this is just a suggestion I don’t know EXACTLY how you would make it more useful but there must be a way.
Still though, as it is right now, screw his tantrum.

That has nothing to do with them simply having a power bar, though. Their powers are weaker for other reasons.

Way back in 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 we started getting add-on passes for older killers. All we got was Hag, Trapper, and Wraith. What happened to that?
They also did Legion and next is Freddy.

Even though you addressed it, it doesn't matter. The same perks would be banned every time. That's not fun. And the killer has way too many bans the way this is set up. PLUS survivors can't pick the same perks? There simply are not enough decent perks to justify all these restrictions.
A draft mode concept is cool, and I'd even be down with a couple bans (if you couldn't then ban those perks in your next match), but as designed right now I wouldn't play this.

Wraith used to be considered OP. Spies from the Shadow was meta. DS has become a lot less common. Self Care is seen as a waste of time by a lot of players. Sloppy Butcher is incredibly common.
