Resilience and Spine Chill
Should these 2 perks affect mending and snapping out of it?
Because, i did use Resilience ealier against a Legion and it did infact work against mending.
(it's not a lot of time saved but still just curious)

Why not? It's such a small amount.
@brokedownpalace i'm not against it. It just feels like a weird exception (while it was said that it isn't considered a healing action and both of these perks buff healing speed)
They both already affect Snap Out Of It. Wouldn't surprise me if they also affected Mending.

Resilience & This is not Happening need some buffs in general. So I’m all for this.
They should. Especially Resilience, perk is weak enough as it is.
