For lethality it's better to play bubba.
On some maps his sprint is not useful, so you just have a worse chainsaw.
I think bubba chainsaw last less to charge indeed it should charge the same speed or even less as buba can down several at once.

I main billy its sad but ill go over why
1 add ons are hot garbage the filter is ur best add on beside steering and engravings
2 the devs messed with his base kit too much not only is overheating against good survivors a thing his steering god adjusted a bit and feels off
3 bubbas charges are easier to use and he does not get punishes easily
4 the 20-25% immidiate heat on his mechanic is dumb fake a saw get punished why is this a thing
5 why do add ons involve flashlights your add on use is not only dependant on a survivor but that survivor must beam u for no reason at all
and to top it off is centered around lightborn but if a survivor notices lightborn they wont beam anymore
6 why did they think crackbilly was a problem ( double engravings) only back rev instasaw billy was a problem
1 seriously filter for what Ive never overheated the chainsaw.

@R2k said:
Probably cause it's not so hard to outplay him? When Billy rushes he is straight forward and survivor can avoid it.
If u have steering add ons shouldnt be such easy

You know, I believe Mandy has explained about 15 thousand times than when bugs aren't reproducable, and when the devs have to explicitly ask the community for their log files because no matter what they do they can't consistently reproduce this bug, it can then be inferred it is a difficult bug to fix.
Please note my use of the word "usually" in the comment you quoted. Once again; "USUALLY". Just in case you missed it the first couple of times- USUALLY
Okay and how many time is needed 5 years? 1 month?

Okay, so. Survivors all play the same, and so use the same code with different models. Therefore, you must test the fix on one piece of code only, as the code for the other survivors are identical. This means it is quicker and usually easier to fix survivor bugs. If there is a bug which causes 30% Hindered instead of 15% for example, the fix can be easily tested on one survivor and is guaranteed to work on the rest.
Killers do not all play the same. Killers have unique powers, movement speeds, terror radiuses, animations, and interactions. The code used is not all the same. Fixing an issue which causes Pinhead's chains to have increased sensitivity if blinded while in his power (random idea I just made up- no clue if that's a bug or not) could cause Demogorgon's Shred lunge to travel 10m instead of 12m while fully charged (another random bug I made up on the spot). Fixing this could then cause Nurse to suddenly move at 300% speed if she lunges during a blink. Therefore making it take longer, and usually be harder, to fix killer bugs.
This is most likely why you see more survivor bugfixes than killer ones- because survivor bugs are easier to fix from a coding perspective the majority of the time. Even easy fixes must be tested on all other killers whilst again, you can test it on just one survivor.
So survivors unable to be hear in the ground who was a "feature" and is still in game is not a surv code problem?

Bug fixes aren't simply sectioned into killer vs survivor - the simple fact is that some things are more able to reproduce than others, and audio bugs in particular are incredibly difficult to reproduce, especially when they don't apply to everyone. The idea that it's something that affects Survivor so is fixed quicker is completely disingenuous and frankly false.
I'm not denying that there are bugs on either side, I'm just directly refuting your point that survivor issues are given priority.
Its curious that killers bugs are the worst but harder to fix always...

If boon totems becomez meta I will bring all hexes so

It's not really comparable for a pallet that can't be broken from one side only, to a totem that cannot be cleansed at all.
That's one chase with that pallet, whereas that one totem can affect an entire game.
Yeah its not the same but its curious everything that affect survs are fixed in 3 days but killer things last ages for example Spirit no sound bug ,thats breaking a full character its not that important? Or for example dying surv without noise and no Iron will I can understand some stuff are easier to fix but cant be 3 months to fix it

What I see its that killers get more and more pressure and survs get less. With new boon totems I will need to protect my hexes, search for boon totems and protect gens Devs seriously do you play ur game? Mc Cote what about to play as killer your disastrous game again? I wanna see how the next day killers go at 120% base and hen last 101 secs being solo and 80 with another surv

I agree that gens can go by pretty fast if you have a fully optimized swf group. I think the fastest a gen can go is 8 seconds.
However, 90% of the player base aren't playing optimally like that. After playing both sides and seeing how long it takes to do a gen in solo queue, and getting all 5 done in a match, it can take quite a while. Because in solo queue it can often feel like you're playing 1v4 as a survivor.
I'd try doing something like, protecting 3-4 gens on one side of the map and letting the others go. Just stay to one side of the map and force them to come to you.
Can usually work, however sometimes you're still gonna get those sweaty swf that do 3-4 gens in less than a minute. Just let it roll off and go to the next match. And now with the new changes they've made to grades, along with SBMM, there's little to no reason to have to "win" most games.
Gens go fast even without being optimal with being on SWF and say im repairing here its fast as fugde already

On a serious note i think it means making generators take longer. I think by default they are pretty fast but with prove thyself and toolboxes and brand new parts it can go too fast.
I remember when people said that old BNP was ok.

Or, and I know this might sound wacky so hear me out… about the devs just update their game so changing your monitor resolution doesn’t give you any in-game advantage???
It what happens in all games except this one

@Grandpa_Crack_Pipe said:
Meanwhile, i'm just sitting here thinking about how absolutely mental it is that using a resolution in a video game is considered an offense worth banning for.
Well becuz you can see things you shouldnt see I remember on other games doesnt matter the resolution you always see the same but devs never see even 15% of the possible tricks players can do

I have 3 things that I hope DBD might do(hopefully together):
- a sacrificial shrine to gain back (some) bp from offerings(also would double as a method of getting least wanted addons, right now, unused addons and least wanted addons share the same group)
- turning map offerings grey(reduces the chance of getting hundreds of grey addons and makes green addons slightly more common, so far, green addons are almost as common as purple addons, if not less common, its because of map offerings)
- add in a ping system(to add a vanilla counter to tunneling and camping, and thus on average more BP)
I would like that shrine I dont use add ons on any killer but i would gladly give those pesky wrealth offerings
-
15 cuz gonna be legendary they wont do anything special but its 15 bucks

I need this addon in my killer life. I wish Pig had a load of addons like this.
The problem I see with the collar is that it will promote surv to spread and so gens would go faster. It would be bettet that collar make surv not be able to separate too much time from rescuer or another surv.

They moved the killers to the right on the lobby screen for some reason. (as far as I can tell. It's especially apparent with Trickster, so maybe it's a bug on him or something.) You can still see him turn, he just winks off the screen.
I never got to see it :(
The only use of streched resolution im agree with lmfao

Which perk can you never live without because not taking it feels like you're severely at a disadvantage?
Personally I think it's BBQ because the grind to get anything as a killer leveling up is awful.
Once I'm done grinding out a killer though it probably has to be at minimum Pop or Ruin because not having any slowdown ability against survivors makes matches end too fast to even let the survivors get over 15K BP =/
I would say corrupt intervention

Oh gosh I couldn't imagine playing Trickster at 100% sensitivity speed. I play him at the second to lowest sensitivity on my mouse because it's a lot easier to track survivors but then also allows me to move my forearm to hit any fast 360s survivors try to do.
Idk if its serious but if its so cheers ;-)

So we all know the unreliability that hexes have. They could stay up all game, but more often than not they go down in the first minute, if not the first 30 seconds. So here's my logic on why have Undying on top of Ruin is weaker. If Ruin gets cleansed immediately, it's a small problem because you're now a 3-perk killer. If Ruin/Undying get cleansed immediately, you're a 2-perk killer, which is a huge problem.
To me, meta perks in this game are perks that you can get use out of no matter what happens. Corrupt guarantees that those gens are gonna be blocked. BT guarantees that the survivor is safe for at least 12 seconds after getting unhooked. If your perk gets destroyed, you can't possibly use it anymore. So it is best to have as few perks like that as possible. Killers may be able to spare one slot for a perk that can get destroyed, but not 2. Perk slots are extremely valuable, especially for killer.
Yes, if those perks work correctly and don't get destroyed, you're gonna dominate more in some matches, but in others you're gonna do worse because you'll be operating at less than 4 perks, whereas the survivors most likely still have 16 in total. So I think it's best to use Ruin and have 1 perk destroyed instead of also having Undying and having 2 perks destroyed, that is if you want more consistency in your matches like I do.
I will change it on a few seconds...
Hear tha thunder? Thats ur ruin popping.

as much as it annoys me, I think removing that would be a terrible idea. Same with Pinhead breaking his own chains.
You got 3 chains at you you shouldnt be able to throw a pallet btw on Pinhead there is no lore about he being nerfed as Freddy. The box just got in the realm and he do his job.

Lol sepiroth would be dope but i would think it would lose essence lol

@blankfaced said:
It still doesn't deal with his main issue. His power requires way too much setup and effort for little to no payoff against anyone with a modicum of brainpower.
His main power can be such crappy if the devs bugs his 4 vs part like hell.We know that on higher ranks 1v1 part killers are unfun for survs and even not enought for good m1 survs.
I would prefer they buff chain hunt to be actually annoying.
-
I cant believe we will need to wait a week for devs to fix it ffs
-
Still broken atm

@lauraa said:
I think a little differently. I think if base DbD could incorporate a ping system as well as an opt-in voice chat, then we could start making more awesome killers like Pinhead that demand some basic amounts of coordination.
Although I don't think anything could make shapeshifters work as much as I want one so bad
The prob would be that people would counter it by repairing solo and actually running away once they see another surv eventually killer would need to dont use his transformation.

Nope, should keep all characters and cosmetics.
Only thing im unsure of is the perks, if the people who already own them keep the originals, or if everyone will have the changed perk icons/names.
Perks will be renamed and will become generic but will keep having same effect.

Nope it only means that skins and characters wont be available to buy anymore. All you got will be saved and you can keep playing with the characters.

You know swamp was bigger right? The devs cut the map and thats why hooks are on the corners ,same as gens and hatch spawns.

I hear some are finding the Power Play Rift challenge, stunning a killer whilst being carried using Power Struggle, a bit of a headache.
Fear not! It's extremely easy. Simply equip four perks including Power Struggle AND Decisive Strike.
Hit Decisive Strike as normal: challenge done.
I did it actually without even stunning the killer just by equiping it how i did? I dunno its bugged as hell.
