Because the context of the joke coincides with the release of a new killer whose perk is favored by some killer players. Also you post is three sentences long with no examples to work off of. No opinion is expressed on the matter either bar its bad. Not everything needs a massive explanation but a deadlocked dbd game definitely needs clarification. Instead of oh my god you people are dumb for not knowing what a deadlock is? Good idea for a terminology for a dbd gameplay state.

For what it’s worth I found it funny, plus, I learned what deadlock means, which fills out the “learn a new random fact” part of my daily bingo card
