I only DC from Ormond because that map is actually broken. Visibility is terrible, scratch marks are random AF and hard to see, and Auras can hardly be seen(yeah, yeah, BBQ OP! It's a problem when you can barely see the ######### HOOK Auras!).
-
"Plague is fine/top tier."
*What actually happens in game:* (skip to 12:32)
-
I would choose Surveillance, but I like sneaky Killers.
-
Just play Hillbilly. Basically no choices matter because you have a faster pallet break, insta-down, and the best map pressure in the game on demand.
Yes, I'm getting a little salty at seeing nothing but God damn Billies at high ranks.
-
I hardly ever get dodged.
However, I prefer the advantages that game provides instead of outside advantages.
-
Seeing no SWF in my lobby.

They were probably cleaning up some coding by making it kind of token based instead of a set amount. They did the same to Fire Up and change the unlimited aura reading perk to really big numbers instead.
Why they nerfed it with the change, idk. Could have been an opportunity to try something new with it. My thought was to crank up the values(something like 8% per injured Survivor) but have it only work on gens.

Feel free to advocate any directional hooking if you hate the hooking animation lining up so much.
-
They go back to the campfire to await the next trial.

Do it with Freddy and they have no idea its coming. Tag them but just hang back, when they wake up just hover over their shoulder and most start freaking out.
Aw man, now I have to rank up Freddy to get Rancor. Lol

I kind of want to meme with this as Wraith now. Call it the grim reaper build or something. Find the obsession, get your pwyf stacks, and just follow them around cloaked. Nod vigorously every time a gen pops, so they know their doom is coming.

Oh so he was Hacking. Jeez.
Yes, they can be reported for permanent ban.

That's been a perk for a while. No hacks.
That is Bill's Perk Left Behind. Last Standing is an unused perk. You have to use hacks to use it.

Reading comprehension ftw.
He literally said that the wild movement of the weapon made it difficult to see survivors in the distance.
But personally I do think that her arm and weapon combined take up too much of the right side of the screen.
Her arm goes way high up. Way further than most of the killer weapons. She doesn't even hold it that high on her character model.

No one is asking for Survivors to hinder themselves. They are asking for balance between the opposing sides objectives.
It's been repeatedly proven that the time requirement for Survivors' objective is vastly in their favor compared to the Killer's. The hook time is so incredibly long compared to the gen time that there is no time to do anything else if someone isn't on a hook. Including actually chasing people to put them on hooks! Hence why the only 3 viable killers are the ones that can speed across the map and end chases quickly.

Why would fixing steam achievements matter on PS4?

@Orion said:
It's exactly to avoid stacking Sprint Burst or whatever on top of a 3-second stun, thereby giving you such a massive head start that the killer might as well let you go.
Dont you lose a second of Sprint Burst with the exit locker animation?
-
It really is. I just led a Pig on an easily 5 minute chase. Just with the sheer number of pallets.

Duh, of course she isn't
So we can expect a hotfix for her with the week?
-
A sense of actual accomplishment when you escape. Knowing you beat the odds where 70% of the Survivor base would rather lean on their voice com crutch instead.
-
A bug might as well be a nerf at the rate these Devs fix bugs.
-
They said Summer when they announced it at the game awards.
-
All lockers make you blind. Blame CWF abusing OoO when lockers got buffed.
-
Hey, it worked for getting Freddy nerfed.

The pools resetting is also a HUGE nerf.
I think it's the same as the PTB, but the Plague gets corruption forced on her instead of nothing when the pools reset.
@DingDongs said:
I'm curious how "slightly" slow when she charged
Someone on steam forums is saying 110% movement speed, but I don't know if that is confirmed.

An attempt to preemptively reduce Survivors screams of "EXPLOIT!" when the Plague gets right on their ass and pukes them straight to Broken status.

It's probably intentional since you lose your entire power gauge when stunned. It's not like you can take more advantage of Enduring than any other killer.

@Tzeentchling9Thinking that any bugs introduced with new content would be fixed asap is a fair assumption. I'm not new here and I dislike the excitement for new content getting stale for having to wait for it.
Except that here they are not. It takes AGES for the devs to fix bugs. Even game breaking ones usually last a week or two at least. They have a long history of bugs in the PTB making it to the live version of the game.
-
"I don't understand the point of a ptb, if you introduce bugs into the main game it would be fixed and adjusted anyway. If the new content breaks the game, just pull it until its fixed."
You must be new here.

How often is Plunderer's in your game? Because I've gotten a lot of keys since rank reset, farming items with PI and AitH. No joke, one match my chest pulls were: Skeleton key, skeleton key, dull key.
Don't get me wrong, I love that ultra rares can be found in chests and PI isn't just a dead perk slot, but it's a little crazy occasionally now.

Not everyone should be able to apply pressure, everyone have disanvantage and there's 2 killer who are the more powerful in the game that can just bassicaly counter adrenaline.
So the EZ answer to Adrenaline is to just apply pressure, but then not everyone should be able to do that? #SurvivorLogic
-
So no then. Got it.
-
@Mc_Harty said:
It's not. Adrenaline is like Devour Hope. If you do your objective and you do it well, you get rewarded.
And can be totally negated in 10 seconds?

@Tzeentchling9 You're the kind of teammate I wouldn't mind having at all. Might even give my own life for you haha
Honestly, my playstyle is probably similar to yours. Sneak around, do gens, make safe saves, Killer complains about the Bill being a ghost at the end of the match.
Being that kind of player means I know full well what it means to have someone else having the Killer's attention. Sometimes that someone else just has to be you.
-
Stealth as much as you want so long as you are doing gens. Nothing irritates me more than crab walkers who flee gens as fast as their hunched form can take them at the drop of a pin.
I'll gladly lead the killer away so you can finish the gen.

This thread will get closed for the same reason all your other threads got closed, you didn't get Fog Whisperer or your favorite streamer didn't. So you continue with the dc spam nonsense trying to stir things up.
This is what your 5th or 6th banned account and for those wondering the account creation was this am after the other smurfs got banned.
Clearly that is the problem despite this being an ongoing issue for months before they added new FWs.
-
Complaints from DCers that other Survivors are dodging them because of their DC mark would flood the forum. LOL
-
Adrenaline itself isn't OP. The fact that it is a win more for the obnoxiously powerful gen rush and can be easily coordinated beyond the Killer's control in CWF is OP.
Also being saved while on the hook to be used at it's most powerful is absurd. No other perk has zero counterplay like that. Why isn't Bloodwarden saved until a gate is open?
-
Bonus points if they instantly DC when they miss their DS.
-
Insidious will still hide your TR when cloaked with the add-on.

@TAG said:
It seems weird to me that Level 3 Distressing is now worse than Level 1 in a vacuum (certain mechanics are better with the Level 3 version, but in a general sense, Level 1 gives you less of a TR increase but the same BP reward, if I am understanding it correctly).
That is correct. It is a little weird unless you are trying to use a TR build.

I'm fully convinced that the killer role would lose 50%+ of its playerbase to survivor if survivors earned as much as killers.
History has basically already proven it. Remember when Were Going to Farm Forever first came out? Granted, BBQ didn't exist at the time, but I'll bet Survivor ques would skyrocket again if Survivors earned as much as killers do.
-
I hope this is more of a side effect of the new system and not an intentional change. Hard to tell with these devs sometimes.

They included the speed boost on all tiers, which hurts more than you gain since they get alerted before it has any real effect.
The secret of this perk was to use either T1 (Myers, Billy, LF for example) or T2 so they don't know whats gping on before you instadown or mori them.
I know the DH change has good intentions yet its still a nerf.
The Survivors don't get alerted when the Killer has Haste, they still won't know Devour Hope is in play until you have 3 stacks and hit one.

So when Survivor mains try to meme that Killers, "just want Survivors to run in straight lines," they don't realize that the math is still on their side in that scenario. LOL
