Wraith - I don't know what it is but when I play him when he is cloaked and zipping around it kinda gives me motion sickness. Don't really have that issue with any other killer. Because of the motion sickness feeling doing the "uncloak and hit survivors" challenges are pretty miserable since have to be cloaked to do them. Usually have to find some that are up for farming that.
Weirdly, I don't have this issue on Wraith. I guess it's because his camera is so high.
Twins (when I deploy Victor) and Onryo (somewhat) definitely do.

Nurse. And I'm proud to say I suck at nurse because at least this game has a character with an actual skill ceiling that involves skill. And only rewards you for having skill. Now if only all killer were high skill ceiling high reward I'd never complain about a single match in this game.
Nurse, Artist, Demogorgon, Hag, Huntress, Cenobite and Pyramid Head are examples of very well designed killers with a nearly infinite skill cap. Cenobite is a near miss, but close enough.

Billy, Blight, Nurse, Pinhead, and Trickster.
If I put time and effort into Nurse and Pinhead I know I can play them but I just don’t have the willpower to do so :/
I’m on console so the recoil and constant spamming of the power button for Trickster is what makes me not wanna play him. If I wanna play a ranged killer it feels as though Huntress is much easier.
I just can’t play Billy or Blight and their playstyle is just not my cup of tea.
I'd say that Cenobite is worth learning, because he's pretty rare and a lot of fun to play once you get a feel for him. His sound design alone is worth the effort. Aim the chain spawner directly at their feet and you'll generally land it.
Nurse...if you want to 3k groups that you'd probably get 1k against usually - learn her. Otherwise, I get tired of her fast. And I wouldn't play her on console.

This tier list is made assuming that the majority of Survivors running Dead Hard and Iron Will. And at least one Survivor has a Boon: Circle of Healing active at all times. Also basic addons nothing above yellow
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/MWMQPIUBEBKM/opera-snapshot-2022-03-18-201222-tiermaker-com.png
Assuming you are going from left to right within a tier:
- Tier SS: Yep. No arguments here.
- Tier S: I'd put Artist up here, probably slap-bang on top of Plague (there's an image for you), heading up your 'S tier just behind Huntress. Artist is stronk. Bubba...maybe, but that's assuming he facecamps and people don't respond correctly. I'd shift him to bottom A actually, even so. Against groups that know what they are doing, he gets a 1k, maybe 2k while camping and that's it.
- Tier A: I'd move Trickster down to 'C'. He can get reliable downs, but it takes him ages if the survivor is smart and some maps hose him. I'd move Cenobite down to high 'B', simply because how difficult he can be to play on certain maps or against survivors that don't underestimate him. Nemmy...tricky. Maybe down a tier.
- Tier B: I'd move Demo up to 'A'. He's flexible, remarkably consistent, has amazing addons and almost no weak maps. Myers...is tricky. With certain addons, he's SS. Without, he's bad. I'd move Spirit up to 'A'. She's very consistent, has some bonkers addons and doesn't have many bad maps.
- Tier C: I'd move Freddy to the back of the group. Legion goes down to 'D'. Ghostface goes up to the butt of 'B', now that stretched res is gone. He's definitely better than Wraith.

Myers, worst killer...undeniable
Weird. I tend to be pretty good on Myers and unless it's an absolute horror-show of a map like Badham, Eyrie or Swamp, I can usually do better than if I played Pig, Clown etc. And that's before you factor in his nuttier addons - Tuft and Piece in particular.

I'd consider A and S tier to be the strongest killers.
Eh, semantics.
I see 'S' as 'strongest', 'A' as 'where all killers should be', 'B' as 'close to perfect, but not quite' and everything else as 'needs a buff'.

I do agree with you there I was just making a statement is all. Here's a thought maybe keep the regular range but shorten it with Undetectable. Say 15m or so, that way it makes everyone happy. Killers can still get close with Undetectable and Survivors will still use it to give them a chance and not totally gutting it.
That would make sense, but strikes me as too granular a change for BHVR. They generally don't like doing that sort of thing with survivor perks (DS took...years to change like this).

Eh I was called a speed hacker today while playing as her because apparently I was faster than normal?? Obviously the DH/COH gamer said it but still.
She's fun, to play and to face imho. Especially being able to go through survivors, because people don't realise you can.
I think the speed thing comes down to her tiny size - much like people still complain about Freddy's lunge.

I’m with you OP.
It is a step in the right direction in terms of the “creepy” factor.
I love her map pressure abilities and how you can totally mess with someone during a chase who thought she was still behind when in fact you teleported.
I am a Michael main but she is easily starting to become a top favorite of mine. She has what I wish Michael had more of.
That's interesting.
I've actually started playing a lot more Myers (particularly Vanity+Rabbit) as I find the stealth just so much more consistent, and the aura reading lets me do nutty mindgames and interceptions.

hard disagree, hag is only 'A' tier vs solo queue + people who don't know how to verse her, people that know how to verse hag is D tier, and waterlogged shoe is unironically better than actually playing hag.
Face camera away from trap, then hold S towards it, then when it flips your camera and you auto start running away for trap, hag can't hit you when tping, also literally just W away from 3 gen/web when you get hit, 110% killer won't commit, and just reset then repeat
That has absolutely not been my experience playing her.
Sure, smart people will try to 'defuse' your traps, so you site them in places where they either won't see it or where they can't trigger it.
If they do this, chances are that I'm still close enough to bop them after a short chase, or they'll run into another trap. Then I stick one on the approach to the hook (if I'm feeling that it's going to be a tough match) and begin the snowball.
The only times I really struggle on Hag is if I get sent to Eyrie, Ormond, Mother's Dwelling or other gigantic maps. Hag on any indoor map is a force of nature, even RPD.

I actually had a match just now where I got two Condemned kills. 🙂 You'd think after the first one the second survivor would have taken the hint to watch their stacks, but ... 🤷♂️
And yeah, I'm having a lot of fun with her too. I love how she can go in and out of stealth so easily and teleport on a whim basically. Very fluid.
Mm. That's what I mean - she's only decent if people underestimate her or make silly mistakes. Against people that know what they are doing, you'd probably be just as well off playing Pig.
-
@dugman said:
The killer abilities I'm probably worst at are:
- Nurse - I'm extremely bad with Nurse mainly because I can't stand playing a character that stares at the ground half the match. If I actually had to play Nurse at this point I'm positive I would completely suck.
- Oni - I just never got the hang of his dash attack. I have a little better luck getting close and doing a standard lunge type attack while powered up, which is still an instant down, but god forbid I actually want to hit someone while dashing, I miss constantly.
- Hillbilly - Hillbilly has always felt really clunky to me. Hitting with his chainsaw is such a pain in the butt, but his daily missions require you to do it so it always takes me two or three games to get that one done. It's just so much easier to hit people with Bubba's chainsaw.
- Hag - I don't play Hag enough to have the timing down on getting instant hits with her teleport attack. That's not to say I do all that badly with her, I usually end up getting a hit quickly after teleporting simply because I'm so close. But I just never get that insta-hit that good Hag players can get.
- Huntress, Deathslinger, Plague, Trickster - These all fall in the same category: my aim sucks, especially at long range. I just don't play these characters enough to really practice having good aim with them. (Interestingly I can hit with Pinhead's chain usually because I can steer that one.)
- Artist - Still don't quite have the timing on hitting with her crows against competent survivors at loops (the ones who know to juke before you fire them). Again, it's totally a matter of me not playing her enough.
The killers I have the least trouble with are the ones with relatively straightforward melee attacks (e.g. Doctor, Sadako, Freddy, Clown, etc.) They all play kind of in a similar way in a loop and need the same mechanical skill to get a hit up close so even though I don't play any of them individually a ton just being good at basic attack killer chases helps with all of them.
The trick with Hag, if you're not just going to spam teleport constantly, is to drive people into your 'zone' (usually the central structure) and anticipate the teleport. The big annoyance with her is that she has a very long setup time initially, and if you're against a PTS comp, you can lose multiple gens before you see anyone.
Artist - don't put birds over pallets, instead put them laterally along the sides of loops. You'll force people to leave them or eat a bird. For followups, you want to use a single bird to swarm and then fire a volley of 3. If they're juking, they usually aren't moving away from you, and you can then catch up. She's so damn strong once you get her tempo down.

Third game tonight with at least 3 DCs...are survs rage quitting against new killer or is there another issue going on?
I don't really enjoy facing her, but it has nothing to do with her being strong.
This is my average game against The Onryo:
- Game starts, she approaches. I hear her lullaby and start listening out. The second she appears I run to the nearest vault and head off towards safety. Sometimes she'll hit me once, usually she won't even get that without dedicating a huge amount of time to me.
- She starts ping-ponging around TVs trying to catch people out. We get a few stacks of Condemn, but by the time it's getting hairy, we're on our last gen - unless someone has made a complete foul-up.
- If I get near max condemn, it's pretty simple to snag a tape and drop them.
- She ends up going AFK or cable-pulling.
@[Deleted User] said:
I had a TTV in my lobby when playing her today. I went and watched the footage and he was complaining the whole time that she was too OP and she needs a nerf. Yeah, if you sit on a gen just starting ahead and not looking around you are going to caught off guard (like they were doing). Don't blame me for your lack of situational awareness. I wasn't even playing well.
Yeah, the only time I really get to make her work is if people are either too cocksure (and give me free hits, sometimes a free mori) or I get sent to a specific map.
Most of the time, if you know the basics of looping and tiles, there really isn't much she can do.
-

Played the first few games with her and she's fun. Its a bit like old freddy but more enjoyable.
Haven't managed to pull off a mini mori yet.
Like the creepiness of her game menu they really captured the theme well.
She's...ugh.
I saw everyone and their mum playing her on launch day, because she's so damned iconic.
Now...I haven't seen a single one since Tuesday.
She has amazing visual and audio design, but mechanically - she's just sort of crap.
- Her stealth and phasing are almost completely useless without addons. Played a few games as her today and even with me actively trying to time mindgames with the phase 'pulses', I didn't see anyone do anything different or make any more mistakes. I know that as a survivor, I never had trouble keeping track of her.
- Condemn is mostly negligible unless you get sent to Midwich or The Game, and even then you won't get a mori unless someone makes a huge mistake.
- Her teleports are about all she has going for her, and the cooldown timer + ridiculous RNG on TV spawns (far too many tend to spawn in totally useless configurations) + the ease of negating any dangerous TVs near you means that it's an okay tool, but not enough to salvage her.
Onryo is a cute killer, but she brings nothing to the table that other killers don't bring better. Wraith has more consistently useful stealth (hell, several killers do), Demo and Hag have more reliable mobility and ambush potential.
If we don't see some pretty major love given to her, she's going to be Twins V2.

and it's still abusable. To be honest I'm sure as long as the "drop down to add progress" exists on it then it's going to be swf's hot bully perk.
Without bodyblocking, I've never had an escape thanks to BO from one of the standard spots. The only time that it happens are if someone goes down in the school tunnels in Badham (but this sucks at the best of times) or if I get unlucky in indoor maps.
RPD was fixed. IWOM and Eyrie are tight but you can still hook.
Further hook offerings need to go away. They make weird things happen on some maps (Midwich, Swamp, Badham).

I think Hag is one of the strongest killers in the game and people underrate her. But I personally don't enjoy her play style
Strongest...eh. Maybe 2 years ago.
Now, once you get out of the 'you can play as an M1 killer and still 2-3k' MMR doldrums, people know how to handle her - they'll disarm your attacks or trigger them at range and force you into bad chases. CoH was another huge secondary nerf to Hag, due to her being an attrition killer.
She's solidly 'A' tier now, I'd say. Mid 'A' tier, just behind Artist, Plague and Huntress.

There isn't anything wrong with Spine Chill and having it counter stealth killers is fine too.
The directionless part of it is the balance part of it. The amount of times it has saved my bum from the Killer is the same as the amount of times it has screwed me over as well. I thought a Killer was coming from one direction and ran off right into the Killers face and other times I though a Killer was chasing someone with how it was blinking and the Killer was actually heading towards me.
You say it hurts new players because they don't understand it it's true fot most games. I was accused of using a ESP hack by another Survivor because I always "knew" where the Killer was and ran before he got to me. I told him about Spine Chill and he was like What?!
Nerfing any and all Perks that are annoying but not too strong won't help the gamrle or it's balance.
The issue isn't that it 'counters' stealth killers. If it was a soft counter you could play around, that would be one thing.
The issue is that it completely breaks two killers in half, in a way that there is literally no counterplay for. Myers or worse, Ghostface into a Spinechill basically makes you into an M1 killer. It's not good design.
If this perk were made to not function when the killer is Undetectable would still retain it's core purpose as an early warning system that has counterplay, without causing certain killers to basically lose at the selection screen.
Blind hard-counters are never good design.

I used to be able to play this game for hours a day… now, it’s about 15-30 minutes, equivalent to about 2-3 matches. In my opinon, this game keeps getting worse as the months and years go on. I can’t speak for everyone but this is what I have noticed in my games since I started playing up til today;
- Camping has gone haywire; Almost every match the first person to get hooked is camped til 2nd stage or death despite how many gens are remaining and who the killer is.
- Survior Perks have been getting nerfed back to back; Just recently COH received 2 hard nerfs, Boil Over lasted about a week, God forbid survivors get a perk they can get value out of or have fun with other than the meta, Parental Guidance didn’t even get a chance to make it to live without getting changed, and the new Boon is almost laughable… Seems The whole entire perk was born from a joke from 2 workers.
- Despite new chapters coming out you only see 2-3 killers in your matches, one of which is long overdue for a nerf, I bet you who I’m talking about.
- SBMM is so inconsistent on both sides, you either get sweats or you get people who barely know how to play the game.
- The grind and the tome challenges are extreme at times. I honestly feel bad for newer players who want to commit to the game. Good luck leveling up to get all the tier 3 perks on both sides and thats not even taking into account if you want to prestige your character.
- The current meta seems to be set in stone on both ends, I’m talking about the 3 gen regression perks with BBQ on killer and the same BT, DS, DH, and whatever 4th perk you wish to add. Isn’t that boring for both sides?
I can go on and on about why I feel this game is regressing, HAHA get it? Anyways:
TLDR; It feels like the game is going downhill because of certain things being changed or left unchanged along with the actions of both roles that leave the game extremely unenjoyable.
I feel you...kinda.
- Camping has always been an issue, but while I do see it way, way too much - 'always' is hyperbole. Camping is about as much fun for the killer as it is for everyone else. BHVR are working on a fix.
- Uh...CoH is still brokenly OP. You shouldn't be able to heal mid chase as a duo with any perks. Boil Over...I'm not sure why you'd defend that one. Being completely unhookable from certain spots on certain maps basically enabled survivors to stall matches out indefinitely, unless you wanted to stare at a slug for ages. Why do you think Boil Over was fine, exactly?
- Who? Cenobite? They already nerfed him, and I never saw much of him at all.
- SBMM is also due for a fix soon. A lot of this is caused by backfill.
- Grind - yup. But another one due for a fix soon.
- I'm not sure what you mean by the meta being set in stone. Survivors...well, yes, but that has to do with how nuts CoH, DH and IW are. You're playing the game wrong if you don't have at least DH. The killer meta has never been as diverse as it is now. You've got CoB+PGTW, PR+Agi, PR+DMS, Ruin+Undying, even Plaything+Pentimento see some use. Then you've got plenty of other useful perks. You see BBQ a lot because of BP, not because it's particularly useful on many killers.
I agree that this game needs a shaking up, but I don't think that leaving Boil Over as a gigantic key to the trollmobile was the way to do it. I'd reckon that this mid-chapter is going to have a lot of very interesting changes.
-
@jamally093 said:
Not because of the players or her power well it involves her power it's that delay.
The fact that she hit me even though she never appeared on my screen it annoys me because the fact that there's a delay and basically kinda makes it feel like hit detection even though it still is broken makes it feel like BHVR doesn't really care about hit detection the only two things that have it DH and Pallets not windows like it should because I still get hit through windows no so there's a delay and I just want it fixed.
Latency giveth and latency taketh away. Sometimes I'll get a hit, think I downed someone - only to realize too late that I got BHVR'd and that Laurie is now teabagging me from half the map away. Sometimes I'll catch someone just as they are vaulting or dropping a pallet and they get mad.
@GannTM said:
Why does this forum always focus on the things they hate rather than the things they love?
Because gaming forum. People giving feedback are usually focused on the things they want changed, ergo: the things they hate. There isn't much point in talking about things you like, because these don't generally cause change.

But, killers I have zero interest in touching: Huntress, Nurse, Blight, Oni, Billy, Hag, Twins.
Hag is a very idiosyncratic killer. She's really good, but requires a totally different way of looking at the game. Some people just despise her, but she's probably my favorite killer and once they fix the current bug with her traps, I'll be back to having a ton of fun on her.
@pseudechis said:

Billy, for a lot of the same reasons already given here,

Trickster just because ugh.
Trickster...is just not a fun killer to play or play against.
Pyramid Head is a great killer with two serious issues: his addons are awful and his cages don't interact with hook perks, meaning no BBQ, meaning that I am less likely to play him.
Maybe once they fix the grind.
Artist is a fantastic killer. She feels clunky at first but once you get a feel for her, she's a ton of fun and can do stuff no other killer is capable of. My all time favorite moment is hooking someone, spotting two people healing with BBQ, birding them both with her purple addon and then predicting them and downing them both with a perfectly placed volley from across the map.

It's directly the reason I can't get any of my friends to stick with DbD. They can handle the getting stomped while they learn the game; it's the people trying to make them miserable for being new they can't stand.
Ditto.
I've tried to get quite a few people into this game, but when they start asking me about it, two things tend to be deal-breakers.
- The monstrous initial grind.
- Just how utterly nasty this community can be.
I remember watching Otz teach a new player how to survivor (a really endearing, wholesome series actually) and her running into an utterly foul person, which really shook her up.
You shouldn't need an elephant hide to enjoy a videogame in 2022.

Because unless it gets to the broken state like dh in alot of players eyes it's "not worth using". Hence why you rarely see boil over now because someone can't go to a slight elevation and get 4 seconds of wiggle progress instantly.
This is the other side of it.
Survivor perks in particular - there are actually a lot of pretty decent, '4 star' perks. However, if it's not Dead Hard, DS, BT, CoH, IW or a handful of others, you're basically playing the game wrong if you aren't using these.
Killers are better in this regard. There are a lot of 'good' perks, and very few 'must haves' aside from Bamboozle on certain killers or BBQ for BP.

It's not. I get a lot of use out of BO - if you run with hook placement in mind, you can get a surprising amount of escapes, especially if someone bodyblocks the carry.
Before the change, it made you almost completely unhookable from a number of spots on different maps - requiring you to slug and bleed people out.

For Myers and especially Ghostface, who rely on staring at survivors from a stealthed position, not so much. It's never nice having your entire kit blind countered by a single perk.

I've been trying different things as I work on her prestige.
When I first started using her I used Plaything, Pentimento, Ruin and Monitor & Abuse. The games I had were a lot more fun and less stressful.
After I prestiged her the first time The Bloodweb gave me tier 3 BBQ and Floods of Rage fairly quickly. Then it seemed to INSIST I take tier 3 Theatrophobia and Sloppy Butcher. So I went with those 4. While my win rate was better...I had less fun and sweated those games. Once I hit Prestige 1 LVL 50 I switched to Hex Roulette with Plaything, Pentimento, Devour Hope, and Undying. Those were some fun games.
I'm now at Prestige 2 LVL 41 and my current build (chosen by the blood web) is Call of Brine, Fear Monger, Eruption, and Pain Resonance. Don't have an opinion of it just yet. I am getting wins...but not really into it.
I tried M&A on her, but I don't think it effects her lullaby.

So I'm using the crown on the nurse and the default outfit to try and look as baby killer as possible, my outcome is that this tactic works.
Miss a few blinks on purpose so they get comfortable, then after a few minutes go mad and down them all one by one.
The survivors get all secure and happy at the start of the game thinking you can't play and then you bring them back down.
It...can work. But the problem with hustling is that it can backfire hard.
Sometimes, those early chases end up being crucial later. Let's say you're playing against a pretty nasty SWF who blast out a gen within the first minute of the game, and while you are trying to get them to think you're a newbie, you lose 2 more gens. Now you've got to try to snowball at 2 gens left...even on Nurse, not always a guarantee.

idk how "ggez git gud" and racial slurs go hand in hand but if you can make that link then go for it
Sure.
*Cracks knuckles*.
There is a distinctive frame of mind online that certain words, including slurs, have a different meaning when used in the content of gaming (more of a plain insult, ala 'smack talk').
Now, whether this belief is correct or incorrect, or whether I agree with this stance is somewhat immaterial - because it certainly exists.
You can most clearly see this in older Youtube/Twitch streams before they cracked down, and even now usage crops up from time to time - particularly in the Fortnite or COD communities.
Thus, encouraging smack talk is directly going to lead to the increased use of slurs. Whether you think that specific racialized terms can be used as a generalized expletive or insult or not, quite a lot of people do.
Now, you can certainly attempt to encourage smack talk while still actioning these terms - but you're still going to have them used more than if you just told your playerbase to manner the hell up.

I am having lots of fun as Sadako. Sadako is not Wraith, Bubba, Myers, Billy, Freddy, or Doctor, all of whom I've also been playing (some for dailies, some for memes, and Billy for the archives). And as you know, if you see a killer that isn't using 4 meta perks, it's obviously the time where you BM, yell slurs in endgame, and overall be a dick to someone daring to try and 12 hook instead of immidiately tunneling someone.
Also I got Eyerie of Crows as her quite literally 9 times yesterday, so I'm afraid of playing her because if I get it a 10th time I will genuinely uninstall.
Moreover, notice how I said "players" not "survivors". You, I'm sure, can empathise on the solo queue experience (except tonight has been quite bad on the slur front). Because survivor is a genuine hellscape filled with nothing but anger and all my friends have quit because of it leaving me no choice but to solo, I'll be returning to killer and playing Nurse and Pyramid Head.
Sadako doesn't have all perks unlocked, after all.
I honestly wonder how much of this game's issues retaining newer players is directly caused by the developers' 'pro trash talk' stance...

I think he's trying to say it makes sense with the lore.
I don't see how.

People wonder why no one plays Plague despite being "strong" in the current meta, this is one of the reasons, the Emblem system heavily punishes certain killers.
It doesn't help that MMR forces you into fast, sweaty games which are at odds with the Emblems steep demands for a pip.
Yeah Artist has problems too, as for some reason bird strike damage doesn't count as a 'hit' event.

Oh punished with poor emblem score not just 1 hit killers like Myers any killer same way. Everyone killer and survivor are in trials to entertain the Entity and matches that end so fast are always boring.
...huh?

4 Games in a row have been nurse so far today. I know she is an easy 4k but doesn't she get boring? I would not be able to main her its too easy of a game playing as her. There really isn't a challenge. I know people say she is hard to learn but I picked her up too fast man. I do not see the difficulty in her. But geez survivor is super boring today.
It happens.
Once I got matched against 6 Ghostfaces in 8 games. All different players.

1. The old rank system
2. The old hatch system (key escapes)
3. Old Billy
4. Old fog/tints
5. Old Coldwind
6. Old D/S
7. Old Sabo
Pick 2 only. Not easy ....... or is it 🤔
3, 4.
New Billy sucks.
I actually liked a lot of the old lighting system.

Trying to figure out who you are up against after spawning in is a pretty important part of the game, so I'm interested in what everyone's initial thoughts are when they see the killer, or something on the map unique to said killer. Starting with pyramid because he is my main.
He's fun, I don't mind facing him. The ones I run into these days are both rare and generally damned good.

Why the tedious cool downs or requirements on such minor perk effects?
-This isn't Happening requires you injured for a small increase in great skill check zones.
-Territorial Imperative Must be 32 meters from the basement, 3 second reveal effect. Large cooldown.
-No one Left Behind The exit gates have to be OPENED, not powered, to get any effect. Time limited by EGC.
-Technician A perk specially for players learning the game. Punishes missed skill checks even more.
-Monstrous Shrine Must be in Basement. The effects are so minor we are talking 3-4 seconds difference in sacrifice time.
These are just a few examples. I am sure you can think of others.
Another way to change the meta is to buff perks that are simply outclassed by others. I am not asking for new op meta breaking perks, just something to make them more appealing.
Open to all thoughts.
I'm totally down with buffing bad perks - but Boil Over really demonstrated how tricky this can be. A terrible perk with a moderate buff suddenly breaks the game.

I dont understand the logic behind these decisions
Blight is overplayed, and in good hands close to be unbeatable, while his addons also top tier.
In theory - crazily powerful addons like Finger and Tombstone Piece make it impossible to buff those weak killers.
In reality - considering those weak killers haven't actually been buffed...I dunno?
Balance dartboard?

It's boring as hell. Lethal pursuit. Camp and tunnel first person you catch until dead. Hope survivors don't fix all 5 gens in meantime and leave.
I mean it's just so damn boring to just sit on a gen open gates and leave. No interaction of any kind. No chase, nothing. Because they only go for the one person.
Now if it was Jill I would totally understand. But no. The easiest killer in the game with the most boring tactics when there's so much more they could do.
- I don't see many Nemmies run LP these days.
- Camping...I can't think of the last time I saw a Nammy facecamp. It's generally a Myers, GF, Bubba, Huntress or Trickster.
- Tunneling - that's just how a lot of killers play. Getting rid of one person ASAP is crucial.
That said - most Nemmy players I run into on survivor play basically how I play. Charge in, tentacle swinging and go from chase to chase. He isn't an especially good camper anyway.
-
Right now, my Sadako build is Vanity Mirror Myers with Rabbit and Monitor :(.
In seriousness, I've been doing my bog standard build on her - Discordance + Pain Resonance + Agitation + BBQ/Devour Hope/NOED.

,,OMMFFG IMMA GONNA MAIN HIM/HER!!"
when you see gameplay of the new killer?
I mostly end up playing him/her a few times and then i am back to nurse and myers..
This is literally me.
Planned to main Cenobite, and did for a while - then they gutted his addons. I still do enjoy him though.
Planned to main Artist and...yeah, still play a great deal of her.
Planned to main Onryo. That didn't go well. I'll check back on her if she receives some love.
Usually though I default to Hag, Demo, Artist, Plague and sometimes Myers or Ghostface. Wraith if I'm feeling masochistic. Doctor if I want to farm BP fast.
Myers is a very...comfortable killer. He's not the best, but he's really easy to turn your brain off with and just unga bunga through games. Nemesis is similar.

Does anyone just not know how to play against them because they just never appear like I play against twins maybe every 150 games
I actually see a few Artists here and there, and I play her a lot.
I don't get why people don't enjoy her. Her playstyle is very unique, she's decently strong on most maps and she has an infinitely high skillcap.
It's a nice break from the endless stream of Huntress, Blight, Bubba and Nurse.

50 Million players isn't the point. It's the 2 Million Logins per day. It's easy to get 50 million with free weekends.
'Up to'.
That's an important qualifier.
This could simply mean that, at the absolute peak, 2m players logged in. Probably during the massive anniversary spike last year.

You all keep saying she isn't good at stealth, yet every game I do play as her I end up faceplanting survivors with her. I wish I could get a streamer or someone to record video from the survivors perspective because from the killer's, it looks like it doing pretty good at scaring survivors which is what my goal is.
I just wish they did more with her condemnation, but everything else about her is perfect.
I've played against her a fair amount, and if she's catching people off guard they just aren't paying attention. The lullaby telegraphs her proximity, and you'll generally spot her incoming.
The big issue though is that unlike most of the cast, she has to straight up M1 chase for both hits - which on some maps is a nightmare. Her secondary objective can be completely ignored and be fine, or completely negated by a single player.

I wouldn’t really call that TV spawns being bad and more the map being bad. Swamp, RPD and Mother's Dwelling are really bad maps for the Killer
It's possible for two things to be true at the same time :).

Can I get some links to the copy/pasted articles?
I'd like to read them.
I'm...reluctant, as some of these sites feel a bit unsafe. Take a sentence from the article and paste it into Google and you'll see what I mean.

I thought it was Sus at first, but it seems legit, it could be fake, who knows, but for him to have an exact employee number information on the dates of the board game kinda made me believe he knows somewhat what's going on. Hopefully Behavior officially confirms if the Article was written with good intentions or fake news.
I'm not sure. My guess is that the 'up to' phrasing is the key aspect here.
