How dare you remove my babe? I will hunt you in your Dreams for that!

On a more serious note, allow me to share mine:

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/T8QWKQR0PVSE/actual-killer-tier-list.png

I agree with your list much more. People always massively overrate Hag when placing her in S tier in my opinion. She's a solo stomper but she struggles against semi decent swfs. I definitely agree with where you placed Blighty boy too. He's got arguably the best mobility in the game and (if taking J Flicks into account) has crazy chase potential. I've played Blight with a strong build for the past week and I've 4K'd almost every game. At first that could be chocked up to my rank as I was only rank 15 at first but I'm still winning pretty consistently even now in red ranks. Usually I only lose when I get too ambitious with flicks and waste time or if I get a map that's rough for him, lol. I'm not saying this to brag or show off btw, I'm saying this to try and indicate just how nutty Blight is. Once the new chapter comes out and more people start playing Blight, people will begin to recognize him as being up there with the best.

Anyways, I otherwise agree with you on most of them but there's a few I take issue with. Huntress, I really don't think she's A Tier material. Yeah a good Huntress can be scary, hitting cross maps left and right, but her complete lack of mobility holds her back from being anything but B in my opinion. I don't think Ghostface is really B tier material, he's better then Myers for sure but again, he lacks mobility and his power doesn't actually help get hits mid chase. There are things you can do by losing your red stain don't get me wrong but he's still ultimately an M1 killer, If the survivors don't fall for your tricks that is. Clown really isn't E tier either for me, I think putting him in B or maybe C would be fair but he's not garbage anymore. I think that's been well shown by Otz or basically any Clown main. Doctor is probably B in my opinion thanks to his powerful anti stealth and his scary anti loop. His biggest issue is one that plagues most Killers, no map mobility. Otherwise, nice list. Sorry for the long shpeel about Blight, he's quickly becoming one of my favourites. Have fun out there in the fog!

Well if it's your personal tier list. Why didnt u put them there

Yeah they literally said it's their personal tier list so dunno what thats about, lol. Oh well.

I heard they got caught murdering people and recording it but when confronted with the evidence, they just claimed it was faked for a new killer they created.

Then they had 72 hours to throw together something and this created this Joker wannabe.

Now that I think about it, he really does look like Joker. Swap out his pinkish hair for green and boom, Asian Joker. Then again, the devs have used similar ideas and designs for multiple other killers. Hillbilly being rather like Leatherface, Trapper like Jason etc.

  • I would love this change. Even if we ever saw such a change it would likely take many many months knowing Behaviour but oh well.

No worries at all. Music is an everlasting topic!

Yes, go ahead and post some songs if you want.

Alrighty, these are some songs I'm enjoying as of right now: (FYI These are all on Spotify)

    • Quintastic by Deon Yates
    • BITTERSWEET by Skinny Hightower
    • Staycation by Tony Craddock, Jr
    • A-Game by Neamen Lyles.

I listen to more than this but I'd be here all day if I listed every song I enjoy, lol. Glad to see others enjoy Jazz, it seems quite niche these days in comparison to more popular genres.

I think one of the main things that make this game very trying is the behaviour of other players in relation to the game's current sole mode. As well as an offline bot mode, I would like to see the following (as online and offline):

Blood Hunt: I would like to see a simple timed mode with one player as the killer and 6-8 players as survivors. The killer would be able to down the survivors with one hit. The survivor is concussed and cannot crawl. At which point they can be a)healed from dying to healthy by another survivor or b) auto-bleed out and respawn after a brief cool down. Respawning sees the survivor forfeit a quantity of bloodpoints. The killer's mission is to kill as many survivors before the time runs out. The survivors' mission is to collect as many blood vials before the time runs out. Both killer and the survivors are rewarded in performance-based bloodpoints at the conclusion of the match.

This is a really cool and interesting idea! Which makes it all the more saddening to know that it will likely fall on deaf ears over at Behaviour.

Jazz is my absolute favorite. I've always been a fan of the more complicated and experimental instrumentals. Also I've been playing piano for over 15 years and a good chunk of those 15 years were spent with a music teacher who played mostly jazz, so it holds a special place in my heart. I don't actively listen to one single artist, but 2 songs that really stick out to me are Dave Brubeck's "Lost Waltz", and George Benson's version of "Take Five".

But I like just about everything really. Jazz, rock, metal, country, blues, classical, a cappella, electronic... You name it, and there's a good chance I might like.

I never liked rap or EDM, though. I don't like music that repeats itself a ######### ton, which rap and EDM both typically do (not saying repetition is inherently bad, just not my cup of tea).

Jazz is my jam, specially early 30s, Al Bowlly and Rudy Vallee are amazing.

That’s interesting! I only started to listen to Jazz after a holiday to Italy with my family. I really enjoyed the music that they had playing in the restaurant and when I commented this aloud, my Mom told me it was Jazz. After my family and I went home, I opened up spotify, went to the Jazz section and the rest is history. My personal favourites are more modern Smooth Jazz. I don’t really have any favourite song(s) but I’d be happy to give some examples of what I like to listen to when I get home if either of you would like. If not then that’s absolutely fine! Regardless, have a lovely day everyone.

Ah man, didn’t realise I was responding to old comments until I’d already posted my comment. My apologies for that.

  • It saddens me to say it as Myers was my main ages ago now but he’s just completely outclassed by Oni. You could argue that it’s easier to prevent the Oni from getting his power but here’s the thing, Myers is so slow in tier 1 that he could lose multiple gens before he hits tier 2 if the survivors are running spine chill and play competently. Not to mention that even when he gets into tier 3, he’s still way less threatening then the Oni. I dunno how Myers could be ‘fixed’ without needing a complete rework but perhaps the Devs will think of something. Or they’ll just give him minor buffs to make him slightly more tolerable to play and then nerf his add-ons and call it a day. This is Behaviour we’re talking about.

  • It's more than likely because the devs want your money.

  • @Pilot said:

You kinda have to get used to these things.

I usually bring Lube just in case.

    Nani?

  • That’s just how it is. You could look at it two ways, You could rage at your teammates being terrible or you could laugh at them being bad, and then rage when they sandbag you.

The Twins and Trickster have definitely not been well liked by the community, and who's to know what's to come for the anniversary. If it's actually to be Resident Evil, then hopefully they do it justice and not ruin it very badly.

I honestly don’t care who, or what, the next killer is as long as the 5th Anniversary event is good. The last event that I truly enjoyed was the 4th Anniversary. The Halloween and new years events this time around were huge letdowns so I’m just hopeful that the Devs redeem themselves and give us an actual event. I honestly wouldn’t even mind if the next killer is also Twin/Trickster tier as long as the event is actually an event and not just another sign in to get free shards and bp embarrassment. All I want is cosmetics that we can earn through the event with some double bp, event cakes and items. As long as they fulfill this I’d honestly be super happy. The Devs have said that they’re going to focus all their efforts on the Anniversary and Halloween events in the future so my expectations are very high. I’d like to be all high and mighty and say that I’ll boycott the game if they don’t deliver a good event, but we both know that’d be a lie.

  • You were absolutely spot on at the end there. It genuinely feels like this is just a filler chapter to keep us going until the the real ‘main event’ that being the 5th Anniversary. I mean, I’m honestly only excited for the buffs to Wraith and Blight, as well as the DS nerf. I genuinely do not care about the new killer at all which is unfortunately becoming a trend (at least for me). The last killer they released that I actually cared enough about to at least try was Blight, and he was released way back in September. Save for the occasional good change to perks or killers, it really feels like we’ve gone on an extended dry spell when it comes to exciting new content. Perhaps I’m just being over dramatic and everyone else is super hyped for the Trickster and loved the Twins, lol. Anyhow, I agree completely.

  • @GodLikeTerror said:

I know it's too early to say this, but does anyone here actually have any plans on possibly maining trickster despite him being incredibly weak, and with no solid buffs we have yet to see yet? I plan on leveling him up for his perks, but that's about it. I just don't think he would be able to compete with any remotely decent team.

Nope, I’d rather become a Pig main then main what may be the worst killer in the game.

  • I would say buff instead of nerf for the most part. I love silly combos like Aftercare and Kindred or instead maybe bond and open handed with other aura perks to create the all seeing aura build. I love silly stuff like that, stuff that can still be strong, even if they’re not meta.

  • If I'm not mistaken they're a known troll. They regularly post bait 'discussions'.

  • If blocking someone prevented them from ever being matched with you then that could create problems where people will literally just block anyone who’s vaguely toxic or good. ‘You’re really good? Well I don’t want hard games so you’re now blocked’. That kind of thing I can see happening a lot. This would make matchmaking even worse honestly so I think simply blocking shouldn’t prevent them from matching with you. In saying that, maybe there should be a system where you could contact Behaviour and apply to have someone blocked from matching with you if you have legitimate personal reasons (Maybe that person is a creepy ex who always tunnels you when they play against you in game or something of that nature). That way, if there is a genuinely good reason to block them from matching with you then they would be blocked but it wouldn’t allow people to just block others simply for being vaguely toxic or for simply being too good.

  • I dodge the lobby, simple as. If they last second switch to a key then I’ll just DC while loading in. I’d gladly play against anything survivors can throw at me except keys. I don’t like having to sweat extra hard purely because of the existence of a single item.

  • It can be quite unhealthy when used to extend loops as there's not much counterplay there E.G. Dead harding to a window or pallet in a situation where they'd normally be hit. I don't think nerfing it is a great idea though to be honest. It can be unfair but it's also the only good exhaustion perk with reliable counterplay so ultimately I'd agree that it's fine.

  • Basically he's like Plague except he's worse then her in practically every way. I'll be genuinely surprised if they manage to fix him in the future.

  • Hard to say. It'll be entirely dependant on you being tunnelled to see any use, unlike now where you can use the perk aggressively. FYI I don't think it being abusable is, or ever was, ok. It being nerfed does mean that it will probably be useless most of the time though, unless you're just really unlucky and get tunnelled a lot. It's also dependent on the killer you use it on, as well as the map. For example, DS'ing a good Nurse would just be a minor annoyance for them but DS'ing an M1 killer, especially on a map favourable to survivors, could single handedly win the team the game. So essentially, some games DS could be S tier, whereas in other games it could be F tier. I think maybe a high C or low B is probably the best fit but I can't really decide which to put it in.

  • If I can tell that my teammate is coming for the save then I'll hold on. Otherwise, I'll give up in the hope that my teammate can find hatch first.

  • It'll likely never happen but a new game mode would be incredible. If a new game mode was ever introduced though then I sincerely hope it's not just a lazily put together 2 vs 8 or 4 vs 16 etc. I would love to see a substantial change to the base gameplay. Y'know, no more gens, perhaps an objective that encourages lots of killer - survivor interaction. Maybe some other crazy ######### to just completely change how the game is played, beyond just the fact that there's more players in a match.

I know that this will likely only exist in my wildest dreams but... well, one can hope.

  • She's one of the few (Perhaps even only?) Survivors who is explicitly shown to be a terrible person in their lore. Hot or not, I don't want nothing to do with that lol. Besides, Ace is the main man for me.

  • I'd say KFC but I'm not a huge fan of their chips (Fries) which is a dealbreaker for me. I mean my absolute favourite fast food place is Dominos but that ain't here so McDonalds it is lol.

  • I couldn't care less about the new characters but I'm super excited for the Blight and Wraith changes.

  • @Phasmamain said:

Rather have that then them all spawning on separate gens

Exactly, having the survivors all spawn apart is actually way worse. I’d rather lose 1 gen early but maybe get pressure on multiple people over downing 1 person and seeing 3 gens pop.

  • @Zayn said:

    I want a Blight movie.

I second this. I think seeing his descent from brilliant chemist to horrible monster in the entity’s realm could be interesting. It probably wouldn’t make for a good horror film but I’d love to see it nonetheless.

  • I would put Legion EVEN lower if I could and I’d put Blight next to Demo but then it would no longer be objective I’m afraid.

  • @ALostPuppy is absolutely right. With killers like Oni, Nurse, Blight etc, you have to accept the fact that if you want to get good with them then you will lose a lot. Take every loss as a learning experience. Instead of getting frustrated that you’re struggling, think about where you may have went wrong. Were you too ambitious with your flick attempts? Did you not try to go for flicks at all? That kind of thing. Learning a new killer can be tough but it’s what makes the game exciting and I hope you stick with him. It’s always interesting to see someone who’s perfected a killer wreck survivors like they’re just rank 20s, lol

  • I’m not gonna buy him anyway so need to spend shards or real world money :)

  • If Oni's old chase music was still in the game then I'd have said Oni. Since they changed it, I'd have to go with Blight, Doc's and pp head's being close second and third.

  • Don’t do shadowborne, kids. Shadowborne dependence is a serious issue. It is no laughing matter!

  • It’s definitely a strong build. You can totally still be downed if the killer forces you to make a mistake though lol

  • I’ve already picked Blight up just a few days ago. He’s quite difficult when I’m facing decent survivors but it does feel very rewarding to land hits with his power so I intend to learn him more. The POV change will really help I think as it’s very frustrating and disorienting to have such a low down pov for a Killer who’s focused on chases. It’s more understandable on Hag because she doesn’t really chase like any other killer.

  • @Daniel101773 said:

This... is a troll right?? Huntress is one of the highest skill killers in game only behind Nurse.

I’d say she’s also behind killers like Blight and maybe Spirit?? Then again, having good aim is a different kind of skill in comparison to what’s required of a good Blight or Spirit.

  • I found a small streamer I enjoy through them having TTV in their name but even before that I didn’t mind seeing streamers in my games. I actually love when they stream the match I’m in because it gives me an opportunity to either:

    • Reflect on my mistakes from the other side’s perspective

    OR

    • I can see the other side’s perspective if I did well to serve as a slight boost to my ego.

I honestly can’t lose either way, I either better myself or I get an often much needed confidence boost. People who intentionally go out of their way to try and make the streamer’s content less interesting by being a complete dick to them are just pathetic losers. People are entitled to stream if they wish. If this upsets you for some reason then just dodge the lobby. It’s so easy to be nice and so unnecessary to be intentionally rude. I guess people just forget basic manners once the internet becomes involved.

  • @GannTM said:

This game is literally a drug: it’s bad for mental health and once you start playing you won’t be able to stop.

You’re not wrong. I’ve tried countless times to leave the game but I keep finding reasons to come back. I think the longest break I had taken was about 5 months. Really not much.

  • You guys are so right. My sincerest apologies. I'll update the tier list.

  • I appreciate the responses. I'll try and force myself to use keyboard and mouse. Hopefully I'll get used to it quickly. Thanks!

  • It’s possible that they had 99’d their stalk at a distance. It’s hard to know without seeing gameplay though.

  • I do not see.

  • I’m of the opinion that the game will never be truly balanced. There will always be a side which has more power depending on numerous variables, whether it’s the map, the killer being played, the overall skill of the players etc. I do agree that solo should be buffed to lessen the huge disparity between swfs and solos.

  • I think some sort of automatic regression would be ok but perhaps it should work like this. If a survivor leaves a gen it regresses at half the normal regression (which is barely anything but still something) and if the killer wishes they can still kick the gen and if they do, it begins to regress at the speed of current ruin. This way they only need to apply number changes and not full reworks for stuff like pop. They might have to rework ruin though.

  • I think avoiding basement is wise if you can. Especially if it’s a Hag, Trapper or Bubba. If they get you in the basement then you’re essentially already dead. There are definitely situations where looping near basement could be the right play. Depends on the situation.

  • @Alexmon70 said:

If i 4k and utterly destroy survivors. They insta leave. No GG, Nothing.

I get destroyed? oh ggs! Yeah its ok, you had a rough game, haha, better luck next time or (insert toxic comment here)

I get a 2k? maybe one or two will say gg.

Why is it hard to admit defeat? or admit someone played good, or bad (but in a more constructive way then just "haha your bad")

if we all just.. Told each other the things we're doing wrong (in a CONSTRUCTIVE MANNER) the things we do right.. i don't think toxicity would be such an issue here and in other games.

its not simple but i'd like to think this community is better then that. Sure we have our differences but we're all here for the same reasons. Well at least id like to think so.

    any thoughts?

Some people simply mightn’t be interested in waiting until the match is over just to say gg. Especially if they were killed early in the game due to their mistakes and/or tunnelling.

That's what happens when you mess with survivor's anything. That's why a lot of the newer killers all suck (just in my opinion).

When you say ‘newer killers’ are you only referring to Trickster and the Twins? Because Pyramid head, whilst lacking mobility, is still decent due to his power in a chase and Blight is arguably top tier. Just watch someone like Ascension play Blight and you’ll see what I mean

1 … 17 18 19 20 21 … 24
