Do a lunge at the hill. That's been able to consistently get me out.

I mean all in good fun - if anything having such a blatant hex totem can net you some easy hits by placing 2 traps like 10m away from it to cover the edges of the rocks. Hey look now you protect your hex AND a generator - I would say that's value.
But then every other gen gets done as you try to defend this totem out in the open lol

Orion is literally one of the most unbias players on this forum and, to my knowledge, plays both sides.
Please keep trying to pick fights lol
And dude says he's not being condescending.

What makes you assume killer mains can't loop well? It's too much of a generalization. There's plenty of killer mains like myself who also play survivor sometimes and can loop decently and make chases last a couple minutes or more. I'm a red rank survivor too, and I think survivor is easy.
Have you always been this anti-killer? You got tunneled and camped too much?
Dude's been making some of the most terrible posts I've ever seen here. He's condescending as ######### towards anyone who doesn't agree with him as you can see in this thread. Also dude posted a vid to "prove" Spirit had no counter play and in the vid he did nothing but whine, carry useless perks, play like #########, and kill himself on hook and then has the nerve to tell other he's gonna play how he wants to LOL.

For me as killer, I love these kinds of players who just hook dive and happily trade places. Lessens my work and more pressure on the remaining survivors, but as survivor, unless I see BT's icon appear, I just want to strangle the survivor that just got me tunneled from hook.
I don't even want them doing it if they have BT.
######### go for a smart save and if the killer comes back during the unhook, then BT will activate but otherwise, don't ######### run over with the Killer on your ass.

None. None of the current perks should be base kit.
-
Survivor
- Kindred - One of the best solo perks in the game.
- Spine Chill - Useful against any killer in any situation.
- Resilience - Again, useful against any killer in any situation.
- Small Game - Gotta get them totems.
Killer
- Sloppy Butcher - Slowdown
- Whispers - For locating those pesky stealthy survivors.
- Bitter Murmur - Good information perk and combos well with the next perk...
- NOED - I mean, what else are you going to bring?
-
DS or NOED
-
Problem with Dying Light is the obsession works super fast. And with how you want to keep the Obsession alive, he's almost free to just power through things.
-
Tip: If you're stuck in the hill as Killer, give the Hill a smack or two and it'll break you free.

You.... had WGLF. The perk literally does nothing but give you more BP for making (often) questionable altruistic plays. Just take the advice and try them.
######### lol. And this dude kills himself on hooks too.

The point I'm trying to make is that the number of wins, overall, matter. The streak doesn't. I'm just curious about the number of death squads he's facing. 5 out of 10 games? 8 out of 10? 1 out of 10?
Yeah i know. I just wanted to point out that the way he's doing this challenge can circumvent ends to the streak by always changing killer which lesses the chances he'll get hit with a strong team on that specific "streak".
-
I mean, maybe they could 4k you without it. Maybe they're doing a daily. Maybe they just wanted to mori some survivors. Whether they just mori you off hook or not isn't really indicative of their skill.
-
The devs are trying to work on getting cross-progression for xbox and ps.
-
Yui best girl

No offense but watching that video is impossible having to hear you talk.

LInk to vod if you were streaming?

I mean, sometimes you just never run into the 4th person though.

Red/Purple Ranks, I got tunneled out of basement, killer was Doctor, I 360ed twice and ran him long enough for a gen to be popped, wasn't being toxic, even gave him a 'gg' after I died. I wasn't salty that he killed me (not implying you called me salty, I swear) just wondering, he didn't tunnel the Claudette either when I unhooked her from basement. It was just me.
Maybe you're just unlucky as #########. Sometimes when people get unhooked against me, the unhooker hides and the unhooked comes running out into the open and it's like... yeah... tough luck little dude, you're going down again.
-
Information perks.
Kindred? Once you hook someone, it's ######### game over man.
Bond? Best tracking perk for finding that first survivor.
Left Behind? Find that hatch easy if there's one person left.
Visionary!?!?!???

I don't care too much about 50 wins in a row. I'd like to know how many times he faces the death squads out of all those wins.. the ones people HERE have trouble with. I have no doubt that if he went against them, he would lose. At the same time, how many does he actually face? I want to know that number after all is said and done. I hope he's keeping tally because then the numbers would reflect wins under real conditions... as real as someone is willing document with video proof, at least.
Yeah the roulette style he's doing for these win streaks aren't legit cause changing killers constantly means you lessen your chances of breaking a win streak against these stronger teams.
Can't lose your win streak on one killer if you're constantly changing killers!
And there are teams where he gets absolutely destroyed against I've watched during this stream and if he was trying to do 50 straight games of Hag/Legion he wouldn't have these win streaks I'm sure.
-
When DCs happen against me.
Grab off a gen, especially at the very start of a game.
FIrst down. Some people just can't handle being the first person hooked.
When someone tbags or clicks at me and then quickly goes down in the ensuing chase. Couldn't bully the killer so DC?
Someone who's on death hook goes down. Guess these ones are fine but that's like up to 10 seconds you could be buying your team and you're about to die anyways so just take the death and your BP.
-
They weren't really in a row though were they? I watched quite a bit of his streams and he did like... a rotation through each killer. 1 game on plague, then 1 game of gf, then 1 game on Oni or something.
Unless he changed it up.

Since you remember it, remember when the survivors gen rushed him and he still managed to get a 4k thanks to bitter murmur and noed?
Yeah but he also didn't ######### 4k every match and a number of those 4k games could've been easily 1 or 2K.
Camping's success relies solely on how bad the survivors.
Also you're referencing someone who's commonly heralded as the best killer in the game. Even Otz and Tru3 will say really no killer is viable against a top team except for Nurse/Spirit. Throw Otz in there against a top SWF team with his old camping Bubba and he'd probably maybe get 1K if he could even get a down.
-
@Brhoom said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1573568#Comment_1573568
I provided the best outcome against this strat and 2k is the minimum Bubba will get against a 4 SWF, and that if he doesn't get an early down and the 3 survivors were separated when the last gen popped. Imagine what will happen in every other situation/
Otz made a stream about this a while ago and he got 4ks with every match.
He played like 7 games. He didn't 4k every game. I don't remember it all but he had at least a 2K in there. Some of the 4ks were the survivors hook bombing for the save instead of just leaving when they had the chance or literally just trolling in one of the games.
Literally the only reason it works is because Survivors are too stupid to just leave.

You lost all credibility the instant you tried to put Legion and Clown on the same level as Freddy.
Ikr? I don't see too many Freddies anyways but nobody on PC plays Clown and Legion. Sitting at the bottom of my Killer count with the likes of Plague and Demo.
This is clearly just a ######### bait thread though.
-
Deathslinger is one of the weaker killers. Why would he be nerfed?
-
That's racist
-
Seems like you already know why and what utility it serves.
Blocked generators don't regress. This counters things like Ruin and Surge. Also protects against Pop and kicks in general.

I think so +00.

isn't it ALL a guessing game??? If I am against a trapper at a longwall jungle gym and he is on the opposite side of the wall isn't he "guessing" which way I'm going and aren't I doing the same??? at the end of the day the whole premise of the game is GUESSING lol.
The whole premise of "mindgaming" is making your opponent guess wrong.

Its called adaptation if its a doctor well i dont know what to do but if its a killer thats good in chase dont let him find you for as long as possible. Sprintburst helps if they find you if its s stealth killer know where the closest pallet is and keep your eyes open. Dont blame the killer because they wont let you play how you want. And if they are running a mori well they probably just had a bad game and are pi**ed rn so just move on when you die and dont s**t talk them. if you want to fix the community fix your self first
With doc, predrop pallets. Avoid rooms where you can get trapped(the car on autohaven, that office area on lerys, etc.). Know when to break off into another loop. Break LoS so he'll have to guess his shocks. Use lockers/terror radius to your advantage to avoid his blast. Bait his shocks to slow him down and gain footing against him. Don't ######### wait at pallets.
Personally I love these killers that break the norm. Why the ######### would I want to run circles against every killer the same? The killers really should have variance in strength in different areas. I'm totally fine with Deathslinger's strong chase. He's got weak as ######### macro and pressure. I find myself escaping against Deathslinger most of the time. Back when I tracked stats for 100 rank 1 games, I escaped against every Deathslinger.
-
I think the best way to clear this argument is if Azame just streams Deathslinger games for us

Ok so I wont respond to your top half but the I will to your bottom due to that being about disagreements.
No the killer should only get you if they outplayed you. I'm equally skilled as a survivor as my friend is killer whoever's wins is from outplaying two equally skilled players will outplay eachother they will adapt. So in other words it cant be a zero survivor input killer like PH and more of a huntres, billy killers yk ones that whoever's is better survives?
Map/Gen/Loop/etc rotations are part of outplaying too. If a killer is hard to outplay on the micro level, outplay them on the macro level.

Also if you ask why it's the Killer's first time and why they're running just 1 perk, you will be accused of being sweaty and angry.

Feng.
Nurse is the shortest killer.

What we learned is that most of these guys are Survivor mains, including one who played a doc with 1 perk and was rank 20.
-
I only ever use keys and moris for challenges. Otherwise, I just have them build up in my inventory.
-
You should try playing doc
-
They should...
- Remove hex notifications.
- Imagine the panic that'd ensue when people start dropping like flies because of Devour Hope. No hex notification. You'd have to pick up that people are getting insta-downed.
- Ruin? If you see the gens go spark spark when you get off you'd know, but only if you're paying attention.
- Raises the skill level survivors have to attain as they'll have to recognize if certain totems are being used without actually seeing a lit totem.
- Never add a totem counter
- This is just more handholding. No need to baby the survivors even more.
- Graphics
- The new graphics are already heading towards this more atmospheric feel.
- Animations
- More natural and smoother animations will help with immersion, which is always good for horror.
- Remove hex notifications.

I thought death slinger was bad until I saw this monstrosity of a so called killer.
At least a better than average dragon perk comes with him.
(*Yes, I'm aware about the survivor myth that cowboy is good. But if I have the skill to reload, slowly chase and shoot someone injuried only for them to escape again...)
I'd like to say this is a blight but there are many decent killer ideas out there but not this one
You're in the wrong thread.
OP yeah, Killer ######### sucks. People will say "just keep grinding" but grinding ######### sucks. People will say "these rank 1s kicking your noob ass will make you better" but you don't learn ######### from being looped to hell in a 3 minute game. Also you need good perks! But most of the good Killer perks are locked away behind DLC. It's rough.
The game needs proper matchmaking. It seems the devs have ######### failed at that since launch we've seen with the recent MMR failure and the current rank matchmaking that doesn't work most of the time.
We just gotta hope the devs will fix all the ######### that's been broken forever.
-
They're also hemorrhaged.
Also, you're going to be trying to constantly injure the survivors. As a survivor, you won't be constantly trying to heal unless you're going out of your way to heal everybody.
-
How do you know your team wasn't teabagging him first

Big and Beefy
- Trapper
- Billy
- Myers
- Doc
- Huntress
- Bubba
- Clown
- Demo
- Oni
- Pyramid Head
Small
- Nurse
- Hag
- Freddy
- Pig
- Spirit
- Legion
- Ghostface
- +Blight
Tall and Thin
- Wraith
- Deathslinger
There's more big killers than small ones even with the addition of the newest killer.
And I don't know about anyone else but killers like Nurse/Spirit/Ghostface I find scarier than most of the big killers except for Pyramid Head.

Doc is B tier. Good tracking and anti-loop. Okayish slowdown with people needing to snap out of madness III sometimes. His biggest point is people find him annoying, which he's supposed to be.
Good survivors will hit his altered skill checks. Good survivors don't need to blendette around the map to survive. Good survivors will know when to drop pallets/vault windows/break off into a different loop against him.
Basically, if you suck at this game, you will have a very bad time against Doc. If you're good at the game, he's a decent killer to go up against.
