When playing survivor, in the type of game that you described - I would fully expect the killer to slug, to put on pressure and not waste time with hooking. And would do the same whilst playing Killer if I really wanted to win the match.

Right now there is no way to ban on console, but this is being worked and will hopefully be implemented shortly. Abusive chat messages etc you can report directly to Sony (or Microsoft if you are Xbox) and they will deal with them.

No, I don't believe we should have a report section - it will quickly lead to witch hunting of individuals etc.
I can also imagine it full of "this person camped me" & "this person looped me" type of posts - with links to their profiles, that's not something that this community needs at all.

I'm definitely excited for Dedicated Servers - that's one thing that the community has asked for, for the longest time. I also look forward to each and every new chapter, plus the cosmetics.

Yes, the numbers are down from September, they are also up from April 2018 when there was 12k average a day compared to 19k average over the last few months.
I'm not disagreeing that BP for survivors couldn't be increased, I'd love that personally. I'm only disputing the fact about declining numbers.

I actually don't think there is a decline in numbers of survivors - 37k peak players today which is an actual increase in recent numbers.

Sadly no, your account is platform specific so if you wished to go from XBox to PC you would need to start over again.

With GPU's I'd suggest 1070 or higher, the 1070 is a fantastic card and will still let you play most games at ultra settings, whilst it is impossible to future proof a PC, at least with this card you will know that you're ok for a couple of years at least. Prices will hopefully drop within the next couple of months on GPU's.

With regard to the Bug Reports, all of them are read - I read them myself. Sadly I don't have time to comment on every single bug report thread, there's just not enough hours in the day for me. But no bug report is ignored - I pass what information is needed to be passed on and if I require more information on a specific bug I put a pinned thread up asking for whatever is needed.
No mod takes personal reports anymore, the report system is in place so we can be assured that the right people are getting warned/banned. ALL reports are taken seriously and people are banned (either temporary or permanently) if it is warranted - and if there is enough proof sent into Support and if the End Game Report has been completed.

As long as you've reported in game it will be dealt with - we don't need video evidence for chat offences.

@Someissues Please stop spreading misinformation. MLGA is not officially allowed in DBD, it has been removed from the whitelist and as I told you in a previous thread, it is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! If EAC do decide to ban for it in the future then BHVR will not unban you.

I always forget that I have a mori - I've taken to putting a post it note on my screen to remind me, as otherwise I just forget. I rarely take mori's so I'm presuming that's why I forger so easily, I only usually mori when there's a daily.

Social media including form bans are not able to be appealed.

Modifying any game file, even those for changing perk icons is something that is done at your own risk. Whilst we are not actively hunting people who change their perk icons, if you do get banned by EAC, we will not unban you.

I prefer to think of him as my little ghosty with the spatula! Way less scary. -
I'm not bothered about the leaderboard as such but I would like to see my personal stats - see how many times I escaped, what killers I escape the least against for example, as well as see which killer I get the most kills with (not just per match but over a period of time). But then again, I really like stats in general

I'm locking this as it's getting out of hand and I can see how it is going to escalate, the insults are already starting to fly.
Dying on a hook is not a bannable offence, trying to escape the hook is not a bannable offence, not pressing space bar is not a bannable offence.

I know on some games Steam players can play with Discord players - apparently this will be the case with The Last Year - The Nightmare game, but until it comes out on Steam I am hesitant to say if that is exactly the case. I suspect it's a matter of both Discord & Steam having to agree to it first.
I like the fact that there is more competition in the market because I think it's healthy, one company should never have total control, it's healthier for the players if there is competition.

The optimisation pass is an ongoing process. The first step is the Unreal Engine Update - which was the main "patch" , from now, optimization will be an ongoing process.
This was the information given in the Dev Stream this week.

When you unlock teachables, they stay unlocked even after prestiging.
After that it's RNG as to when they show up in the characters bloodweb.

@Brady your CPU is below the minimum required specs for the game, which is probably the cause for your pc struggling so much with this update.
@Blade92 although your CPU is slightly below the recommended FX 8210, the advantage that your CPU has is that is actually stronger on the single core than the 8120, and DBD has traditionally been harder on the single core, which is why your PC can probably handle it.

We are aware of the new map crashing on PS4 it is being looked into.

If you could put your information on that thread, with regards to the issue that would be great to help solve this issue for everyone.
In the meantime, please check your graphics drivers. I agree with @EntityDispleased removing them with DDU is the best option to get a clean install, and probably don't use one of the very newest drivers as they seem not to be optimised for older cards.
