Pretty unique, I like the idea! Not sure how balanced it is, but that shouldn't be too hard to tweak if need be.
-
And if they hit that first check, then they become immune to the hex for 15 seconds or until they stop working on the gen
-
Could the perk be used on a dying survivor? That could be a neat strat...
-
Neat concept, lemme have a crack at it:
With an item in hand you may search an open and empty chest for half the time it takes to open one. At the end, you regain 20/35/50% of its total charge. If there's an open spot for an add on, there's a 25% chance you'll get a random common or uncommon add on.
Start the trial with 1/2/3 tokens, each use of Improvise removes a token.
-
Make different rarities for it, similar to the Moris. Better rarity, more lit totems. Give em more BP since it is lit, but add a debuff at random, anywhere from Blindness for 60 sec to Exposed for 10.
-
Pretty good, but to make it better fit the name, you should only be able to gain tokens when not currently working on a gen.
-
Neat, I like this! Would pair well with Discordance or something, I dunno
-
Sounds a lot like my Controled Breathing perk, but bigger. Feel free to check it out, if you like!
-
Neat idea, could be fun to fiddle around wirh

It looks awesome kinda looks a bit like legacy tho. maybe have it so half the mask is the disfigured face of one of them just an idea <3
This, plus he should have a massive syringe or something for a weapon.
-
Ah, ok
-
They already warn you when the killer disturbs them. And if it works like Spies... Just run Spies.
-
Update: added the TR requirement and increased bloodpoint modifier.

Patriotic Red Baseball Hat: All survivors first good skill checks become GREAT skill checks 😃
Ha. I like that one.
Someone get this man a small loan of a million dollars
-
This is cute as all hell~
You should definitely do some of the killers all hanging out somewhere, kinda like this. Maybe one of Nurse and Spirit goofing off, trying to spook one of the Legion, I dunno...
-
Interesting, though it would make DL and Rancor useless...
However, I feel the Obsession should get a bigger bonus. Not much bigger, but maybe another percent or something. Nothing too crazy.
-
I like the idea of crow offerings. Let me see if I can think up a few...
Tattered/Sleek Feather [K] (common/rare)
Will increase the number of crows on the map slightly/moderately. Crows will return to their positions slightly/moderately faster.
Shiny Bauble [K] (very rare)
Crows will gather around idle survivors moderately faster. Any survivor with 3 crows will become Exposed, and can be killed by your own hand. Exposed status lasts for 10 seconds after the survivor begins moving again.
Blue bead [S] (rare)
Reduce the number of crows on the map slightly. You can see the aura of crows within 24 meters while crouched.
Crow's Foot [S] (very rare)
reduce the number of crows on the map considerably. Each group of crows has a chance to relocate when triggered(50%) or every 20 seconds(20%).

I think a perk that passively affects survivors may be too strong, at least basing on the fact that all released killer perks so far have some sort of trigger. Unnerving Presence, other perk that makes skill checks more difficult, requires survivors to be within Terror Radius, and Thanatophobia requires at least 1 survivor to be injured. Mindbreaker seems to be an odd one, so not sure about it.
And 20% more bloodpoints seems little low. 50~100% would be fine.
Thanks for the input!
Making it. a TR perk would work for me, and 50% more BP works for me, too.

This was obivously made to pair with Franklins. Perks should compliment one another, like Enduring and Spirit Fury, not dependent on each other.
Fair enough. Still, it's been bouncing around in my head for a while, and I had to write it out somewhere.

EXACTLY! You took that right outta my brain I swear!
It could even shift based on which killer they're facing! That might take some doing, and it would have to be rather subtle as to not completely give it away, but it would make one hell of a map!

I'd love something that is in the Entity's realm visually. Like you can see the fakeness of the world and the Spider Goddess or something related in the seams of the world.
Phobia, the heart of the beast. A place where the very ground begins to crawl with unnatural, insectoid appendages.
-
Neat idea, I like it.
-
This is an amazing killer idea. It might be difficult to pull off, and even more hellish to balance correctly, but by god if it wouldn't be worth every damn drop of effort. I can only imagine how amazing watching them switch would be. It would be like watching one step from the other's shadow, both of them dancing and twisting around each other as the first vanishes behind the new one. It would have to work like that from all angles, though, so that'd be the hard part.
Also, a few things. I feel that maybe 30 whole seconds of auto backtrack is a bit high. I'd max it at that with add ons, but not as base kit. The 12 second wait on her partner's power feels a bit lengthy, unless I'm missing a bit of the strategy you had in mind.
Their perks are all amazing, especially Til Death. It would be hilarious to see someone try to get a cheeky unhook, only to be locked in with the hooked guy when you leave.

So it just becomes useless if more than one person uses it?
Perhaps the perk should allow you to bypass a very difficult Skill Check when you're starting a gen to get 15/20/25% progress on it, and works on gens that have regressed to 0%.
Nah, it seems fine like this... Maybe give a slight boost to their rep speed when working with other survivors?
-
Neat idea, especially the base idea of the Entity trying to build its own monstrosities! I like it~!
-
Never seen the show, but I bet it would be a really good fit. Any ideas for the killer's power? I can help with balancing it and the like, if you want!
-
Edit: added more detail to his power
@CashelP14 said:
I think the ability is a bit weak. I like the idea of charging his weapon to make it stronger but I think against experienced survivors they won't let him get that first hindred hit. It slows down the game since it encourages survivors to heal when they are affected by the hindred status effect but if you don't get that hit then you will get looped pretty easily. He also has no map pressure which makes me feel like he'll be another clown.
Btw quote people so they can get notified when you reply to them

I like his power of sharpening his blade to increase his power. How is he sharpening his blade? With one of these? Or with something else?
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/588/976AT06ETGON.jpg
An add-on could be the type of tools that increases sharpens percentage and the types of knifes.
Like an add-on would be a Stainless Steel Boning Knife ' Flexible and durable culinary blade that cuts though meat and bone like butter ' First hit is already at 100% sharpness. Another add-on All-in-one Wetstone ' Sharpens the blade fully in just 3 swipes' Gain percentage 33% per second. Also one that can give extra bloodpoints like the Trapper one. 'First Knife, A dull blade that has been though so much, can't bear to part with it. The blade can't be sharp ever again, gain 50% extra bloodpoints when meter is a 100%. IDK something like that.
I like the story too, and i said i liked the perk Out-to-Dry, because you can combine with perks; Dying Light, Furtive Chase and Devour Hope.
I can see how Sadomasochism can be super strong, but it depends on how the killer plays and if the survivors learn from it. Like Spirit Fury, survivors would throw down pallets early to prevent from happening. Also survivors can also hide during the perk is active. So it's okay, i like it.
Blood Thirsty is a cool perk. Would bloodlust comeback after you go in to chase again, like you never lost it. Or would you lose the bloodlust after 10/12/15 seconds?
This is very good though. 😃

1) Bloodthirsty - 5 seconds is 33,(3)% of the time needed to activate "Bloodlust"; not removing after the injuring (when there already is "Play With Your Food", which does lose a token after the hostile action); 12% swing recovery (when old "Unrelenting" was about 6%) - this perk is completely imbalanced. Only the lingering after ending the chase seems both practical and balanced.
2) Out To Dry - this perk is interesting, but it may cause more hook camping play.
3) Sadomasochism - It may give a huge amount of additional movement speed during a short time and it doesn't decays that strong for its effect (a way much powerful than PWYF) - OP either
You're creating imbalanced perk concepts, but the core of them is good, you should imrprove the concepts - I'm telling it to you as a Killer main.
Replies to grab some attention

Intriguing... You have my attention. I would ask you to please type it out, though, if only to make it easier and more pretty to read.

No, are you people going to ask that any new movie character becomes a DBD killer or something ? Because since " It "came out, you guys keep asking for stuff like this.
Also being a chasing killer doesn't fit the Joker at all, he will want you to chase him instead so he can trick you during it.
So what you're saying is that he'd be a survivor~?

I think an awesome pig cosmetic would be Amanda's outfit from Saw 2, with syringes in her arms and back from the needle pit scene. The head could just be a variation of the pig mask.
What if she had a pig shaped Jigsaw mask, taking up the face of her master along with his work?

Yeah, a couple of them in an off key resonance of sorts! Something to play up their chaotic and instinctual nature!

Very neat, well done! The power feels balanced, save maybe the pods, and the perks are intriguing. Same for the survivor and her perks.

Weird Hex but ok
...
In all seriousness, I wouldn't want some survivor to come heal me just to find out he's a Charged potato and I end up in deep wounds (or back to 0 after nearly recovering myself).
Let's see if I can rework this...
Hex: Static Cling
A Hex that interferes with Generator progress.
Generators regress 6/8/10% faster.
When a Survivor begins repairs on a regressing Generator, that Generator will explode (there is no regression penalty) and the Survivor becomes Charged.
Charged Survivors can no longer hit Good Skill Checks and they cannot heal, mend, or wake up other Survivors. Charged Survivors can interact with another Survivor to cause that Survivor to scream and remove the Charged Status Effect.
Survivors who scream due to this effect are woken up.
I tried to make it a little less complicated while keeping it close to the original idea. I also made it affect all regressing generators and have no cooldown (it is a Hex, after all).
Okay, this looks a bit better... But I think that the Charged effect should only effect one or two gens, just to make it a little less devastating.
I do like the bit about waking up survivors, nice touch. Though, maybe it doesn't fully wake them, maybe putting them to 50%.
-
The Trapper one should only be if he has a trap in hand. And once he uses it like this, he can't get it back, just for added effect.
-
Yellow offering: Bleached Skull Fragment
A large piece of a human skull, bleached stark white with age
Green offering: Black Candles
Candles made from an unknown, tar like substance, and smells of death when burned.
Red offering: Infernal Skull
A cursed skull, blackened by a disgusting tar. Just looking at it fills your mind with the screams of countless victims.

All 4 survivors run Head Start
All generators are completed at the start of the game
Just git gud killer mains
The effects wouldn't stack. Probably should've mentioned that...
-
Okay, I realize it's a joke, but Head Start would be neat to see in game.
Head Start
-at the beginning of the trial, all generators start at 15/20/30% and regressing. Generators are more durable, taking slightly/moderately more time to damage. You begin the trial with Exhaustion for 180/140/100 seconds.
"I'm late! I'm late! For a very important date!"
-
An amazing character, I love it! I do have a few ideas to share.
I think the weapon should be a frayed cable or something, letting off sparks as he walks around. We have enough killers with a generic knife, let's think outside the box~!
Also, does he get a notification as to what gets moved when he uses Universal Remote? And if not, maybe there could be an add on for it?
And speaking of add ons, what about an ultra rare that rewinds survivors, too? Maybe instead of him, it makes them backtrack instead, undoing any progress they've made in that time. Just a thought...
Well, that's all I got for now! Good work!
-
Okay... These are beautiful. GG, bro
-
By the way, who did you have in mind for your next project? Id love to see what you come up with for Plague or Nurse!
-
Needs more spider bits. If its the Entity fusing them all together, there needs to be more Entity involved in it~
-
I'd say a max of 25 would be ok. Maybe a minute or so cooldown afterwards.
-
Interesting... Feels like it's missing something, though...
Maybe increase the percent, but give it a lengthy cooldown after it procs.
Also, the name needs fixed. The 'ist' is supposed to be replaced by 'ism', not just add it to the end.
-
A better name for this perk would be Foul Magicks.
-
Ok, here's a few:
-Bloodthirsty
I was thinking maybe a mouth like Agitation, but from a side view with blood pouring down off them
-Out To Dry
Take some liberties with this one, but it's simply meat on a hook~
-Static Cling
This one, I was thinking a human hand and a skeletal one pointing at each other, a spark of electricity passing between them
I have a thread for all of these, if you want to check them out!
-
Hold on, I might have one or two...
-
Shouldn't be too much of a stretch. I could see it happening, if it got enough attention.
-
They've already got the Demogorgon and the teens, why not add him in, too? Probably won't, but meh.

Hex: Mastermind-
All other hex perks are temporarily hidden but active.
All totems light up, when a survivor cleanses Hex: mastermind all cleansed totems regenerate with their designated hex’s.
All windows and vaults are blocked until cleansed.
All survivors cleanse speed is reduced by 20/35/50%
Not bad, for the most part. The vault blocking feels a little overkill, though... You're already lighting up all totems and repairing other Hexes, as well as slowing down actually cleansing. Go easy on the poor buggers...
-
Hex: Static Cling
-every 120/100/seconds, the next generator you damage will become "charged." A charged generator regresses 5% faster for 45 seconds.
-If a survivor interacts with it during this time, it will explode like a failed skill check, and the survivor will become Charged. Their repair speed is reduced by 15% for 45 seconds.
-if a Charged survivor attempts to heal another survivor, they must complete a tremendously difficult skill check. If they fail, all survivors involved will be effected based on their current health state:
Healthy-> injured
Injured-> Deep wound
Dying-> reset heal progress
(Charged gens will emit red sparks every few seconds)
Edit: I have this perk posted elsewhere, with some significant changes. Feel free to check it out
