New survivor perk idea: First aid
Start the match with 2 tokens for a maximum stack of 2/3/4.
Using first aid make you lose a token but safely unhooking a survivor will give 1 token back for a maximum of 4.
They allow the survivor to cause a healing over time effect on an injured survivor after healing them for 5s. Once trigger the survivor will automatically heal 1 health state 20s after "First aid" was applied.
Note: If the survivor is downed whilst under the effect of "First aid" they won't be healed, the perk will deactivate and the survivor Who applied "First aid" lose a token.
Although, if "First aid" is applied AFTER being downed this will work like usual and heal the survivor for 1 health state. After which the perk deactivate and the survivor who applied "First aid" lose a token.

Neat idea, could be fun to fiddle around wirh
Start out with no tokens and make the max vary between tiers. If you have a way to get tokens you generally don't need to start with some.
It also shouldn't heal if the survivor gets downed just to keep it consistent with the other auto-healing mechanics. It's still strong without it anyway.
Other than that, seems like a good perk idea.
Changed a few things with that in mind.
Okay. You should remove the max of 2/3/4 tokens from the first part and replace the "gain 1 token to a max of 4" with 2/3/4, so the description makes more sense.
It's a neat perk idea, and could be used in place of we'll make it. The latter is more reliable, but this perk wastes less time at the cost of added risk.
No that's bc i feel you should start with at least 1 or 2 so you can still use the perk if no one gets hooked.
I don't mean the starting tokens, I'm just saying that "start with 2 tokens up to 2/3/4 tokens" doesn't make sense, and the "max of 4 tokens" in the later part of the description should be replaced with 2/3/4 instead.
Could the perk be used on a dying survivor? That could be a neat strat...
Oh you mean like once down you go apply it ? Could be a great idea yeah, I'll add it to the bio.
