Oh, hell yes. A pale, glowing eyed little girl, an innocent smile on her face. Unless she's attacking, she has her hands clasped in front of her, like a polite young lady should...
And yes, they were called Puritans
-
Neat idea, though the name could be different. Maybe Bloody Shovel or something instead. Also, if recommend it be a Very Rare or Iridescent rarity.
-
Interesting changes, though maybe remove the middle part from the mechanics. Give her a base of 4 total fireballs, but she can use two charges for the AoE.
-
Neat idea, though maybe make the fireball do the damage. The traps can blind and maybe mess with survivor's buffs and/or perks.
-
Make it a killer instinct effect, maybe a noise cue. Also, make their noises louder when in the locker.

I have this idea: When a killer goes close to a survivor, the heart beat from that survivor is increase (like current game mechanic), except that heart beat will also apply to all survivor players perspective.
This way if you walk close to a single survivor, all survivors will think Killer is coming at them. Its pretty good to keep survivor constantly on/off from gen. And they cant really tell if the heart beat is real or not.
There we go, that sounds perfect to me.

Nightmare has a good point, this would be a sweet killer power.
-
Thanks for the support!
However, I did mention that they would be battery powered lanterns. Like LED or an actual bulb or something.

Neat, could combo with Mettle of Man and such
-
The first-person thing sounds like it would be an absolute pain, to be honest. The non-directional sound is great, as well as making it louder, but it needs a bit more. Give them fake heartbeats or screams and stuff, things to make em paranoid as all hell.
-
Fair point. In that case, it could be like Insidious, and any time your standing still for long enough, you get a 20% or so boost to recovery
-
With a perk called Take A Breather, it should also speed up exhaustion recovery. Just common sense imo
-
Also, make T-Bag give them Exposed, as they've incurred the wrath of The Salt by insulting him so! Lol
-
I like this one. It feels like something the Entity would enjoy. It thrives off of their suffering, for you have to suffer to feel hope. So bringing you back after feeling that level of pain and anguish, just to survive it... That would make you feel like the luckiest SOB in the world. Your hopes would soar! And the Entity would be *ORGASMIC* over it~...
-
Claustrophobic would make one hell of a Hex, imo
-
Nice, nice. This is really coming together now! Keep up the good work, and we might just see the Grudge in game!
-
Yeah, that seems like a decent idea. Though maybe being hit by the hallucinations is what makes them vomit water instead. If not that, then just space them out a little more, live 5-7 secs. With add-ons, you could make it more often, but 3 as a base just feels too fast to me.

Hi there!
Great concept for a killer due to no licensing and I would even put him into section "Legendary" and in future add more to that killers list.
Ability? Good question we would have to ask what special was about him to not get caught. I would go with some kind of spreading mists or fog and invisibility.
Midnight: M2
The Ripper spreading fog in any location he wants while in it he's fully invisible till the attack M1. Successful hit on survivor in that fog will end up fog in that location. Missed attacks will expose killer for 5 seconds. Generators repair and healing in fog will be giving very fast and a lot of skill checks that can be easily missed and expose survivors.
I would go with up to 3 fogs max and to cancel one fog and spread it in different location will require killer to stand in it and press M2 to cancel it, just like traps.
Radius have to be big so killer can cut map into pieces and if placed in tactical locations can be giving a lot of hard times and controlling.
Have to think about perks now.
Now that's a power! As for perks, I think my Bloodthirsty perk idea would fit well on him. Check it out, I'll edit a link here if I can figure out how

Bump to the top

Interesting concept, though maybe a few tweaks.
First, the poison should be more than just a status effect. Give it a timer, like Deep Wound, but slower. If the timer runs out, the character is put into the dying state with 1/3 of the total time. Also, you don't need to remove them from the trap to poison them. If they die like that in the trap, since they're hanging there, it counts as a sacrifice.
-
I like the 7 Days perk idea. The cursed tape sounds more like an add-on, and Down The Well would be more of a killer power...
-
I like the IT idea. Though, maybe instead of the Exposed idea, give him special hooks that teleport them to the basement. You can call it "We All Float" or something!
-
An interesting idea... But, I doubt that BHVR would do that. Still, a bit of a rework would be appreciated, but I'd still want these to stay as add-ons
-
Well, the double slash problem could be easily solved. Just give the survivors the same damage immunity they get when hit by Corrupt Purge.
-
Thanks for the feedback! I originally wanted it to be a hex because I wasn't sure how powerful it could be.
-
Bumping back to the front page
-
On second thought, this isn't much of a Hex, is it...? Perhaps it could be part of a new set type; the Boon? It would still use the totems, but would effect the killer in unique ways. Maybe a slight visual difference as well, I dunno...
-
Okay, maybe no injure. Maybe just a loud noise notification and leaves them Deafened for a nice duration?

Could just use up the add-on when the flashlight is near dead
Or, when the flashlight is at 5% left, the flicker makes bulb explode, injuring them and giving them Hemorage. It can't down them, though, that'd be too strong...
-
No, I feel there still need to be a bit of drain there. Maybe each individual flicker pattern could equal something. Like, each time the flicker activates(which would flash anywhere from three to seven times for reference), it would drain a third of a second from the usage time.
Sound fair?
-
This sounds pretty neat, actually. Especially if it functions separately from the terror radius like I assume you meant it to.
-
One of the perks better be named Mark of Cain, if not the killer's power.
-
Come on, let's get a bit more feedback, if possible! Anyone have any tweaks or changes to this to make it better or more balanced?
-
Maybe just nerf the fog it creates a bit. Make it a bit less opaque, but keep the aura blindness. You can make it vulnerable to flashlights, clearing the fog in the direction it's shined, and let certain perks ignore it, like Object of Obsession.
Also, if survivors bunch up together, they can increase their visible areas, so long as they're close enough for their FOV's to overlap.
-
Oh, and maybe the totem can have an effect on the survivor at well, like maybe revealing their aura or giving them Exhaustion
-
Pretty neat idea! Though, it would be neater of they were forced to fight their way out of the grip, similar to on the hook. Maybe it can even hurt them if they fail!
Also, you could make the thing vulnerable to flashlights, or maybe perks like Deliverance.
-
It would be better if it was more like Haunted Ground. If an active totem is interacted with(including all other hexes), you receive a notification. If the totem is destroyed, another is lit and the destroyed perk remains active. Eternal Suffering has 3 tokens, and consumes a token a perk is saved. It cannot save itself, though.
-
True, true. But still, it would give her a well needed boost in popularity. Hell, it could even put her in the top seven, at least!
-
How about instead, they slowly lift themselves of the ground, and once they're to their knees, he slaps his bell over their noggin. They freak out, clawing at it, but then he just chops their head off, the bell consuming it and glowing all menacingly.
