Every 35 seconds, you gain a token, up to a maximum of 10

Each token increases generator repair speed by 1/2/3%

When any generator is completed, you lose 2 tokens

    Is there a max to how many tokens you can have? Otherwise this can get op fairly fast.

    Pretty good, but to make it better fit the name, you should only be able to gain tokens when not currently working on a gen.

    Could be cool. I'd make the percent gained consistent but the tokens lost on generator completion scale down like 4/3/2 lost.

    for every 15 seconds you aren't on a generator you gain a token up to a maximum of 4/6/8 tokens. Each token grants you 2.5% repair speed to generators. When you complete a generator you lose all tokens.
