Nothing that needs to be changed. It’s honestly helpful in some situations too, like if you have NoeD and the person locker spamming doesn’t know about it. There’s not much that can be done though, unless if you bring Iron Maiden, maybe? Dunno. It’s an iffy topic but it’s honestly not one of the biggest concerns for anyone in the community right now.

Go to the support section of their website and report it there. Make sure you report them in-game too. Speed hacking is also bannable by Steam’s code of conduct, so report his profile as well.

They were not mentioned nor stated at all and I haven’t played the PTB myself to see if it has or hasn’t been fixed, but assuming the patch notes did not state outright that the solution was fixed, then no, unfortunately, the problem hasn’t been fixed yet.

Example or not, there’s too many discussions using him as an example and it’s getting really old. But, yes, the perma-ban system right now isn’t the greatest, and there’s not much BHVR can do to keep him under lock and key, just due to the fact that he can easily get a new setup, a new account, or recordings from his followers to keep toxicity flowing.

He use some old recording and presumably uses follower’s accounts that allow him to perform on them. Also, can we please stop talking about Ochido on here? There was another post about this week ago, can everyone just let it go? BHVR will ban him again, it’ll happen.

This has been a known issue for about 4-5 months now. Whether or not they’re actually fixing it is unknown, as they didn’t address it at all during the PTB or the stream on Monday.

Until they discuss rewards, this rank change is, unfortunately, the worst we’ve ever seen towards Killers. It makes it difficult to actually get anywhere and the requirements to get a single pip are ridiculous. I honestly hope the PTB doesnt implement the newest ranking system requirements for Killers, as it’s just too difficult to actually achieve if you manage to even get a game without someone DCing or killing themselves on hook. :(

It’s more than likely that we’ll see more some new licensed killers in the near future. With how the new chapter system works though, it’ll be quite some time till we get a new one, but that doesn’t mean the chances of it happening are slim. With the release of three unique killers, the chances of a licensed killer is actually greater now than when the Clown came out.

Plus, most Survivors don’t want to waste their time playing the PTB, as they receive no benefit out of playing besides testing out the new Killer for Killer mains and seeing if the three new perks released to them are actually viable. In short, PTBs for DbD should honestly last a day, as that’s the only time you’re gonna get accurate results, since the rest of the week will just be filled with long queues and no rewards/bloodpoints to get out of testing it all week as a Survivor.

Yep, I would also say combining it with Open Handed would be a good idea, as it's 32 meters together, and that a pretty far range to tell if the Killer is camping or not.

I think Dark Devotion would be good to bring for Legion now, as its already hard to tell if Legion is a Killer or a Survivor if they're approaching you with Monitor. Now? Survivors will just be confused when they see another Survivor just stabbing the hell out of them with a knife. 😆

They should also count DCs as 2-3 hooks, as it seems fair, as you need 10 hooks to get a iridescent devout.

@Hoodedfengm1n If I had to make an Obsession Only build, I would bring Remember Me, Rancor, and the new perk. (Forgot it's name, sadly, o o f) It seems like a decent build if you know the Survivors are gonna abuse DS and all bring it. The fourth perk could just be Ruin, NoeD, MAYBE Monitor And Abuse or Distressing, whatever affects the Terror Radius to tease Survivors who are confused about the new Obsession Perk.

Remember Me is decent now, it's effective and you don't have to worry about your stacks if your Obsession dies early on hook.
Dying Light is just another Ruin now. Effective, but only for a short time, but at least you don't have to tunnel anymore.
The new Obsession perk is amazing for Killers, having no terror radius is always amazing for grabbing Survivors off gens and just jumpscaring.
Save The Best is meh now, but it's still decent for some.
Play With Your Food is...Kind of better now? You at least don't have to constantly let one Survivor live just to get a speed boost now.
Rancor is meh now too, at least you can kill the last person who DS'd you, plus it's still got a use if your Obsession dies on hook and someone else has DS.

If you're referring to it being a perk/ability, it has never really been a thing. It may have been discussed by the devs or community, but there hasn't been any shred of evidence that had past events or perks relating to the new ability.

Next Killer: The Survivor
Background: They survived. Something.
Ability: Tricking the Survivors, the Survivor can unhook the Survivors and even help with Gen Progress in order to get a good jump on the Survivors.
Perks: Clueless- Everytime you take a step, your terror radius shrinks to 20%,10%,0% but you can not lunge.
Reckless- When damaging a generator, you repair it by 1%/5%/100% and gain a speed negation towards your actions by 5%/10%/99.9%
Useless- When vaulting a window, the Killer performs a unique tripping animation that stuns them for 3/4/5 seconds, causing all nearby Survivors to point and laugh at them for 5/10/15 seconds.

Generally, whenever that happens, the Killer was either lag switching hardcore or they were in the middle of disconnecting. Those are the only explanations I can give though, as those are the only two situations in which this has happened to me too.

Nope, none of their add ons stack. None of them have the ‘stack’ description, unlike other Killer add-ons, so unfortunately, you can’t combine two of the same add-on abilities with Legion. ☹️
