You can decrease it to 25% by not being stupid and making a scene.
You understand that my comment was a joke, right? I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic, it's hard to tell on these forums to be honest.

Deliverance is already a strong viable perk. A survivor having a guaranteed chance to unhook themselves is huge at destroying killer pressure.
I don't see any reason to change the perk.
I think they should decrease the 99% chance of the Killer finding you and hooking you first.
-
They somehow made him worse to play as and even worse to play against, he still remains in the trash tier because even tho he can down really fast, his mobility is so bad that he just cannot do anything, Trickster is a design failure and he should just be completely reworked imo.

Very true, heck they could do something that makes stealth stabs worthwhile like having your power back automatically or apply a status effect to track them down after hit.
Or maybe stabs from Night Shroud could have shorter successful attack cooldown, so you can catch up faster.

Over the long haul, we have to make our systems sensible. It becomes impossible to keep track of how everything works if there are weird inconsistencies everywhere. So we mix in some work that addresses systemic consistency with that of specific balance issues.
I mean, wouldn't it be a better idea to just rework Stridor, this perk now literally has no use.
Just a quick idea, it could make Survivors cough every x/x/x amount of seconds.

No, legions fine and if you really need mobility for some reason, use pwyf and nemesis together.
What legion needs is a fixed up franks mixtape; that playstyle is severely crippled without TR removal and I'm pretty sure trail of torment was fixed recently to include any source of damage.
I don't think Legion's movement speed is fine, they are the slowest Killer out of all the Killers that can run faster, also they are the only "fast" moving Killer without movement speed add-ons.
Frank's Mix Tape needs changes, that add-on was made for a Killer that doesn't exist anymore. I think that you forgot that Deep Wounds doesn't go down outside of the Terror Radius, so TR removals don't do anything with Frank's Mix Tape. Also what Trail of Torment has to do with this discussion?
-
I noticed loosing Survivors more often after the patch, Scratch Marks suddenly ended sometimes, maybe it's a bug, or they just started walking for a sec.
-
If all Survivors get downed by a SLUG camping Leather Face, then those Survivors deserved to be downed.
Windows are a good counter to Bubba, not greeding Pallets is also pretty good counter.
-
I like most of the new models, not really the biggest fan of David, if they fixed Kate's animation then she would look fine.
Nea looks a bit too sad tbh.
-
I like the Twist in Space idea! But I hope the blink indicator wouldn't be as distracting as the current add-on one, I literally cannot play Nurse with that add-on, it gets in the way too often.
Also the drawing is really good!
-
Ghost Face is better than Pig imo, because he doesn't rely on RNG for half of his power to do anything, in terms of stealth he is much better, because he doesn't take eternity to get from point A to point B. Pig does have her Ambush attack, which can be useful on small loops, but Ghost Face has the potential to cut a chase in half by Marking a Survivor and insta downing them. In terms of Add-ons neither are great, but I think Pig wins this one, because she doesn't have to rely on recovery add-ons to even use her power 6 times per match.
EDIT: +1 bonus point for Pig, she doesn't really have to use slowdown Perks, since part of her power is a slowdown itself if the RNG blesses you.
-
Or maybe you could make these add-ons actually give double Bloodpoints in their specific category.

This information isn't really accurate
Blight has 5 tokens, each token adds 2 seconds of cooldown + a base 2.5 second cooldown/fatigue where tokens don't regernate making his cooldown 12.5 seconds maximum which is pretty close to spirit, on top of that he moves at 230% speed, not 250%
Nurse can't really do with more cooldowns, mathematically her basekit only gives her 105% speed, anything that would slow her down on top of that would make it impossible to chase survivors that run in a straight line, and minimum cooldown is 2 seconds of fatigue + 1 second for the blink to recharge for 3 seconds because you can't really play with only one blink, or up to 6 seconds for both blinks
Spirit doesn't have tokens?, she just has her power which is 5 seconds of use and 15 seconds of cooldown the longer you use it the more the cooldown
Billy is a 3 second cooldown, or if he overheats a 20 second cooldown, I don't know where the 28 comes from
They all have cooldowns which are usually enough to be played around
and yes you can still reduce the size of maps / the spread of maps, high mobility killers shouldn't limit game design since, billy, blight, and wraith, all still have to play around pallets so even if the map is smaller if they are more dense its fine
and nurse and spirit don't play around the resources anyway, so if you just have smaller maps they can't use bbq to find survivors making it harder for them to play fluidly
If you want to be really accurate, Blight has a 3 second cooldown when he hits someone and 2.5 second cooldown when he misses or hits a pallet or a wall I believe.

Im kinda annoyed about the Rift items being time limited tbh.
I missed all before Tome 7, and i really want that Julie skin :/
Since the Julie skin isn't just a recolor, it will come back some day, don't worry.
-
What about:
No Mither
Start the Trial Healthy, first time you get injured or put into the dying you get the Broken Status Effect for the rest of the Trial.
You don't leave pools of blood.
You can recover from the dying state at any time.
The Killer cannot see your Broken Status Effect on the HUD.
(Also while Injured the normal music plays, not the being injured one)
-
I think recolors from the Rift won't be in the shop ever, only the original skins have a chance to go there after a few months.

While Being Carried, You Can Drop A Nearby Standing Pallet To Stun The Killer And Save Yourself.
Also When Being Carried, You Can Wiggle To A Amount Of Progress And Wiggle Faster.
Reaching 10% Wiggle Progression , You Wiggle 5% Faster
Reaching 15% Wiggle Progression, You Wiggle 10% Faster
Reaching 20% Wiggle Progression, You Wiggle 15% Faster
You Can Drop A Standing Pallet At Any Wiggle Progress.
@not_Queen Taking Notes?
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/9ST5QRK8N7QW/1perk-281-29.png
So it no longer has the requirement of 25% wiggle progression for the Pallet to be dropable? If that's the case, then it's broken, if it's still there, then this buff sounds interesting!
-
It just shouldn't remove regular breathing.
-
I think Huntress' power is perfectly fine. The things that hinder her the most are map design and dedicated servers.

The better question is, why can't we use this add-on.
Survivors can use the lightbulbs and serums.
Probably because it was too buggy and the Devs didn't want to waste their time on an add-on, but that's just a guess.
-
- We're Gonna Live Forever (+100% speed on slugged Survivors)
- We'll Make It (+100% speed for 90 seconds)
- Botany Knowledge (+33% speed)
- Desperate Measures (up to +56% speed)
You can imagine how fast it is to heal a slugged Survivor when you have everything at max and active, insane!

Yea, 250 Survival points if you make him miss.

they already got nerfed heavily they are no longer as intelligent as the zombies from ptb
What changed about them from ptb to live? I don't see a difference tbh.
-
Even Blight gives Survivors some points when he misses them, so I fully agree!
-
I don't really feel like this is a good solution to really fast games, this would just make it more boring for Survivors, also if this went through, you would need to heavily nerf some of the Gen regression perks aswell.
Survivors need a secondary objective that isn't just holding m1 for X amount of seconds.
-
Ghost Face, other than the recovery add-ons his all other add-ons are mediocre to really bad.
No idea why stalking movement speed is even an add-on that deserves 3 variants.
There are no add-ons other than the movement speed add-ons when crouched that have anything to do with crouching, you could do a lot of things with that, there is even a score event for hitting someone when crouched for a few seconds.
-
Of course I wanted to, several times, mostly due to some Developer decisions, performance issues and bugs.
But the game is still fun most of the time, so I didn't quit.

Killers can not change anymore because devs working on MMR. They need more data.
Survivors are just skins, they can change for items but still there is not different between Dwight and Leon.
But is it fair? No. I think devs can change this with that: When you change your survivor, you have to put item, add-on and offering again. This will fix this.
Your solution would be kinda annoying for people who don't try to switch on the last second, also it wouldn't stop Survivors from just taking the item on their current Survivor.
Maybe they could at the 15 second mark prevent Survivors from switching items and characters, so the killer has 10 seconds to think.
-
Claudette actually looks really good now, I really like her, just some parts of her hair from some angles are invisible for some reason, which ruins some outfits.

Blight needs 2 hits, Oni is starting weak. Billy was so good before nerf. Map mobility, one-hit...
Blight has better mobility than Billy, since he can navigate maps better than just basically going in a straight line.
Oni does have one of the most broken powers in the game, that's why he needs to build it up.
Billy was only really good with his broken add-ons, his base kit was totally fine.
-
I think Brutal Strength is better, it's consistent and never goes away, Fire Up is too situational.
Fire Up does nothing at the start of the game, and then at the end when it's at full power, you're probably loosing and it woldn't help you anyway, because the numbers on it are just not that great. (I still like the Perk tho, wish the numbers were a little bit higher)
-
Rank just means how much you play the game, not how good you are, so some lucky Claudette that plays a lot can easily go to red ranks without knowing what all the perks do, especially if they haven't touched Killer at all.

Agree noed is not op, but same as Pop, Make your choice, Ruin, even sloppy. All of these strong/meta perks are very strong and STILL have a requierement. but noed doesnt.
But NOED does have a requirement, at least one Totem has to survive when all Generators are done, if none of them survive, you just wasted a Perk slot.
-
Maybe finally some good changes for the Legion?
For example removal of the basic attack penalty and shorter fatigue.

The difference is that the second chance perks of survivors arent that heavy of a impact in the match as it for the Killer. Since it is a 1v4. I wouldnt mind a second chance perk, but something that isnt so annoying and frustrating and boring. For example Cope de Grace is a PERFECT second chance perk.
Second chance Perks from Survivors have a lot of impact on the match than people think, for example one good unexpected Dead Hard can ruin the whole chase and can potentionally ruin the whole match for the Killer.
Also Coup de Grâce is a second chance perk? Since when?

Oni and Nurse have flicks, too...
But those are intended, Blight was never supposed to turn 180°.
-
I tried the new Survive with bots tutorial and it was actually pretty interesting, the bots seemed better than some red rank Survivors lol.
-
If it worked on Legion, Survivors would not show up on your Killer Instinct, because they are not technically in your Terror Radius.
-
It will probably go like this: One guy reports you, the whole algorithm freaks out and bans you for eternity.
-
The idea is really interesting! The add-ons are amazing and what current Legion really needs! But to be honest I still stay with the idea that Legion should never be allowed to down Survivors with Feral Frenzy, even if it takes hours to do so. The power is just too easy to use to be ever lethal.
But I think it would be worth a try if it was in the game, at least in the PTB, to see if it's actually too strong, or balanced and fun to go against! Or maybe even still underpowered. (I cannot really tell just from looking at the numbers alone, I would need to test it ingame to have a final judgement on this)
-
If they would actually ride a horse, that would be really cool!
Also an Original Werewolf Killer would be nice.
-
Haddonfield would suddenly become a very Killer sided map, Survivors would just break legs when falling down from those buildings.
-
I would decrease the base Fatigue duration instead of just making the add-ons better, also instead of increasing the Feral Frenzy duration I would increase their Feral Frenzy movement speed to something like 5.6m/s | 140%.
Would be cool if Deep Wounds from the Legion's power specifically made you deaf instead of blind, like the Hag's add-on.
-
I think it has to do something with license holders, not sure tho.
-
Endgame Hex Perks is a bad idea, NOED would never be activated.
-
I just need to complete the Diverse Despair challenge (Hit a Survivor 6 times) and all is done.
I didn't have any issues with finishing the Dark Devotion challenge, probably because I did it with Scratched Mirror Myers on Lery's map, so the Obsession couldn't hide (other than lockers or they have some perk), I always know where the other Survivors are for an easy knife slap.
-
I think the only thing she needs is some anti-camp mechanic, for example when the Survivor takes the time to crouch to a trap infested hook and manages to unhook their friend, all Traps in a certain radius should get destroyed. Or you could just slap on ger some trap placing range limit.
-
I don't really hate going against her, but I also don't really enjoy it either, what I don't like about her is her busted add-ons and pretty much one sided chases, that's pretty much it.
-
Saying Bill 4 times in a row or sometimes at all is banned lol.
