The existence of joke add-ons
I'm not talking about add-ons that are just weird or hard to use. I'm talking about the ones that give bonus bp for making your killer power worse. Why do they exist? Here's a few things we can do with them.
- Remove them from the game: Nobody runs them except for noobs who don't know any better, or the 1 in 1,000,000 players who decide to run them for 1 match for the memes. They're terribly designed and actively hinder you when you use them, so nobody would miss them.
- Disable them from the bloodweb: Let us choose to not see them. Because they are common add-ons, except for that Nurse one, we see them all the time. Most of the time we're forced to buy them from the bloodweb with our hard earned bp in order to progress to the next level. Seeing actual useful add-ons in the bloodweb and not useless ones sounds good, no?
- Let us sell add-ons: If we can't avoid buying them because the bloodweb gives them to us constantly, we should at least be able to sell them back for BP, giving us a full or partial refund. This could also be applied to things you buy in the bloodweb in general (useless offerings and stuff).
I know you can make builds that play off these ridiculous add-ons, and it might even be fun, but nobody is doing that, you see? People care about winning in this game, and these add-ons cause you to lose unless you go against survivors who choose to throw the game. Otz has finally put out a video talking about this, so I'm glad people are finally starting to address this. It's insulting that killers get the short end of the stick in general, but to have these useless add-ons exist for so long AND be common is a complete sham.
