Unusable add-ons should be at the end of the list
Not at the front, unusable offerings stay at the end of the list, so why not add-ons? It bothers me a lot to be honest.

Or allow us to "sell" them.
The better question is, why can't we use this add-on.
Survivors can use the lightbulbs and serums.
Probably because it was too buggy and the Devs didn't want to waste their time on an add-on, but that's just a guess.
