Could someone please thoroughly test the new Hysteria perk on legion?

Because by the description it could be to legion what stridor is to spirit

    No, it's not.

    There's 1 fatal flaw with this. In the perk description, it says from the healthy state to the injured state with a BASIC ATTACK

    It sounds terrible actually. Feral Frenzy isn't a basic attack and people don't generally heal against a Legion to begin with.

    If it worked on Legion, Survivors would not show up on your Killer Instinct, because they are not technically in your Terror Radius.

    Like others have pointed out, Hysteria only triggers on basic attacks, so it doesn't do anything special for Legion's frenzy.
