F.A.Q. Can I use my progress from another platform? Sadly no, we do not support cross progression for any platform. Is the Switch cross platform? No, you will be matched with other Switch players Is Switch on Dedicated Servers? Yes, the Nintendo Switch users will use dedicated servers at release. The console itself cannot support hosting a game for 5 players at the time which is why0 comments 4,251 views last activity

Right when the update happened, I started a lobby and instantly it created one. It cannot ever be argued how amazing this perk is on this particular killer. Even at the perk's base unlock, it is really good, because all the killer needs to do is use shred on the obsession, which results in you never losing a token.6 comments 441 views last activity

(Side note: I posted this on feedback and suggestions as well as general discussions because I want to discuss to see if its a good idea or not fro reward prestige) So there is no reward for prestige, which I find kinda dumb. You spend all these bloodpoints in a single survivor/killer for what? just bloody clothes. This for me doesn't feel sufficient enough. So here is a list of ideas that could22 comments 2,362 views last activity

Like when survivors fall off coal tower or the ironworks - really high jump points - they become temporarily injured and/or hindered. Make chases slightly more realistic.6 comments 211 views last activity

Spirit has been a problem recently, its gigantic hitbox makes me very angry. I don't understand why this can't be fixed. Dead hard is simply useless against spirit and its long endless hit, except the times we hit through the wall, that sucks A b out campers, I don't know why people deserve to lose PIP if it's not their choice to be camp / tunneled. I find it very unfair and they should add this3 comments 111 views last activity

Has anyone ever been banned or given a warning after being reported for cheating or misconduct? I know I have reported players in the past either for harassing or cheating but never know what the outcome is. Anyways, I was playing a while ago and in the game killer and 2 players were in cohoots together. Killer never attacked them and just tunneled me and one other random player. When I verse m1 killers without any essentially good mindgame potential except red stain mindgames, shack is completely unmindgameable, cause as a survivor you can just slow walk react properly and get easy vaults.Do you guys agree?48 comments 761 views last activity

Here are some tips I've learnt to do over time: Wraith: Go to a pallet or window when chased in stealth mode and do not use it (stand still) until the last moment before he appears, they'll be forced to chase you without disappearing the whole match, lol, repeat every time the wraith becomes invisible Pig: Don't pop gens until you have 3 at 99% you'll mess with her without triggering the beartr28 comments 871 views last activity

When I wasn't at home, my nephew used my auric cells to buy the demogorgon. Rats. So, if I am to later buy the Stranger Things DLC from Steam, is the game smart enough to realise I already own the killer segment, and refund back 500 ac?10 comments 251 views last activity

The question: I am curious what is the official dev stance on mettle of man. Is it going to be adjusted again seeing as how pretty much everyone agrees the perk is extremely unreliable(or "bad") right now? I'm not using a hyperbole here, there were quite a few questions on steam forums asking if MOM is viable and I didn't see at least one positive answer. @Peanits, please. I understand this may49 comments 1,082 views last activity

So I didn't watch much of the stream I just watched most of the gameplay footage, and in my opinion the upcoming map gives me a strong Lery's/The Game vibe. I really hope the lab will be different from those two maps, as whilst I like the look of those two maps, I don't like playing either of those maps. So what are people's opinions?17 comments 1,751 views last activity

When is match making getting fixed? It started when ghostface dlc got added and it's still here with the stranger things dlc:( common devs get this fixed and don't release anymore dlc until you fix this:( But plz take your time in fixing this:) it should have been fixed long before stranger things dlc got added:( Cause I'm afraid if you don't fix your match making then new players wil13 comments 1,231 views last activity

When asked what Killer they will rework next mathieu vehemently answered nurse. Now Stephan tried to calm everyone by saying „We‘ll rework mainly her addons“. Keyword here being „mainly“. My guess is they will add a cooldown to her power. Probably not unlike spirits who is, mind you, the first and only good killer that has a cooldown. but what do you think they‘ll do? Maybe just add a stun fx?215 comments 9,601 views last activity

What is wrong with the game: Balancing problems across the board Infinite loading screens "Shard offerings for testing killers" appearing in my blood-webs despite owning every killer in the game Infinity loops in some maps No "exit" button in first screen (which means if my internet goes down when I enter the game, the only way to exit is ctrl+alt+delete) All survs are uglier than killers71 comments 1,961 views last activity

Did anyone else see this add on show up in the bloodweb? Haven’t been able to try it out but it seems interesting. Reveals the obsession’s aura. Decreases the chance to become the obsession. Were these leaked or intentional? 🤔 Are there more? :o20 comments 3,131 views last activity

It makes no sense that You only have a personal offering for 100% and 100% for killer included but not 100% for only survivors, when 99% of killers use BBQ and thus get 200% increased BP. It is only fair that survivors get an extra offering to counter the BP gain a killer gets.35 comments 542 views last activity

My friend and me are trying to play together because it's free weekend and he's gonna test the game with me before purchasing but we can't play together, when we accept the invite we can't join the lobby because we have "different versions" and we are both in 3.2.0 so idk.5 comments 511 views last activity

As devs already know, low graphics are the best way to play dbd. Reasons? -You can see furder -Game isn't blurry -Red is more clear to see, helps with red stain and scrathmarks -There are less shadows -Better optimization (more fps) -No light reflect -Etc... What happened in this update? Things, horrible things: -Every single hair has a new strange effect, which is horrible to see -(the58 comments 6,741 views last activity

So everyone knows that the perk is not that good, but i've came up with an idea. It's desinged to counter exhaustion perks, so let it be! When survivor is working on a gen with is below 50% for at least 3 seconds they get the mindbreaker debuff. Mindbreaker debuff: The next time survivor gets haste stattus effect, it's reduced to 0% and they get 15% hindred status effect instead. Thoughts?29 comments 302 views last activity

Absolutely loving this perk. It saves so much time, great counter for Sloppy Butcher as well. It also helps against tunnelers if you combine it with DS or Head on or even both. They either have to take the stun or let you get the heal while you're inside the locker.22 comments 561 views last activity

Everyone has the one specific perk that they need in most builds. For me it's balanced landing. I can use it on almost every map and is good in almost every situation. For killer it's obviously BBQ for the simple fact of more BP. What about you guys?62 comments 511 views last activity

Are the changes they're receiving only add-on based, or some base kit changes as well? I think Doctor and Cannibal are on the list and I'd be happy if they got some small tweaks to their base kit.3 comments 121 views last activity

I am asking this here because I don't know if it's a bug or if this is correct function. Following scenario: I am picking up a survivor X inside a pallet. Her mate Y comes around and stands at the pallet. I know that I am going to lose the one I just picked up so I mash M1 in the hopes of getting a hit in on Y. Y does get injured and drops the pallet on me, while I was in the hit recovery animat4 comments 91 views last activity

So a little background. DBD is actually the first online vs game I've ever gotten into. I've mainly avoided it because of the stories I've heard about how terrible people are. Since voice chat isn't a default feature of the game I thought it would be better. Sure people can say nasty stuff in end game chat but that is easily remedied by leaving the lobby. To my surprise, I learned that specific40 comments 801 views last activity
