As long as survivors stay in 2 two-man groups and constantly healing each other when one of the survivors is being chased, you shloud be fine.
-
I actually think that Stridor is bad on Spirit. Because of how loud the survivors are when injured, you can't hear where they are exacly after leaving the phasing phaze. The only time where it's good is when the survivors have Iron will. Like nurse players running shadowborn and now can't play without it (limiting themselvs to only 3 perks), spirit players also become dependent on this perk. That's why i recommend every player who wants to learn new killer, to play without add-ons and in case of spirit - stridor, because it will be harmfull for you in the long run.
-
Alright

Im sure not many people will notice this idea, but the only thing ds needs is to not activate when grabbing someone out of the locker. Many experienced survivors use DS as a shield, they act really cocky for the 60 seconds after they are unhooked, and if killer decides to chase them (f.e. Because said survivor ran straight to the killer to get he's attention), DS user can hop into the locker and killer either leaves this survivor (gaining nothing from this chase) or they eat the ds making this a lose/lose situation for the killer.
-
Oh no no no no
-
I actually think that the twins are 3-rd if not second best killer in the game at the moment. When the match starts you can pressure survivors almost immediately with victor attacks that are very hard to miss. If hit surv gets rid of attached victor, then after a few seconds you can go for another attack on other survivors and that's where ruin is putting into work.
If they don't ged rid of him, then you have a 3vs1 match if you are smart enough to not chase a surv with victor on thier head. I currenty run Twins with BBQ, ruin, undying and tinkerer, but if you don't need extra points then thanatophobia is a great replacement.
-
Honestly it would't be broken if your aura couldn't be read at all durning a match. Perhaps it might have like 45 second cooldown
-
As a experienced killer main, who played her a bit in red ranks - All i can say that twins are top tier. Absolutely broken killer.

It's a Victor bug. if you end the game as Charlotte you'll get your bonus bloodpoints
Thanks you very much for that info. I was not going to play them until this bug would be fixed.
-
They are decent, the ability to be in 2 places at one is great. They only thing that is holding me back from playing them is the fact that bonus points from BBQ don't add up. Also sometimes i cannot use victors attack at all, which makes me standard m1 killer.
-
Was it really a nerf? The only time the 2 addidtional chests will hurt you is when surv pulls out a key, otherwise it wastes survivors time and (after the change) has a higher chance that you will know where they are.
-
I do think that they are actually more of a camping killer than slugging one.
-
@TheClownIsKing How about Monstrous Shrine, Zhanshin Tatcis, Cruel Limits, Overwhelming Pressence, Hex: Blood Favour, Hex: Third Seal, Predator, Bloodhunt, Remember Me, Beast of Prey, Unrelenting, Fire Up?

It's changed to 40/50/60%
Bruhhh

Thanatophobia has more to do with gens then trail of torment does but i agree.
I would much rather have more interresting chase perks then just using all your perk slots that bassicly just buy time.
But as shown with coup the grace they are really afraid to put in strong chase perks
What was the nerf exacly? Im guessing they made it 80% instead of 100%.
-
All characters unlocked for FREE? Dont't you worry, BHVR will fix this issue in no time.
-
What does incapicated do exacly?
-
I left the game because devs aint reworking any perks and the meta is always the same. New perks are always weak and require 2 other perks to work, they are never strong on its own. If anyone asks about perk reworks, they keep bringing up tge monstrous shrine example, and doing nothing about it. In January they mentioned several perks reworks "that will come out soon", but after 3 patches not even one has changed.
-
Imagine if devs actually reveal the killers name in this post.
-
Everyone knows what will happen with these ideas.
-
Why doesn't increase it movment speed? Why doesn't it increase the speed i start croutching?
-
It won't change anything anyway

Just for the record so y'all don't get your hopes up too much, the perks mentioned in that Q&A are not necessarily slated for the mid-chapter, they're just a few perks that have designs that we're planning to use in the future. They'll come over time, not all at once.
Will at least Curel Limits be in it?

I do not agree, it is true that bubba deserves a buff but legion even more it is even considered as the worst killer of the game according to some players it is impossible to make a 4/4 with.
I main legion, but saying that im doing really good on red ranks will bring nothing to the discussion. You can do well with every killer, but not againt every survivors.
-
Legion is fine, if one killer deserves a buff its bubba
-
Make ANY new perk a game changer
-
Defenitely League of Legends. Some people play it so much, it becomes a part of thier life. One day a guy from my team demanded my adress and wanted to kill me because i played bad on ranked, imagine writing something like this because a video game and being so immautre (i wrote) then he responded he was 19. Arguing with someone smart is hard, but with someone dumb its impossible.
-
Dead hard defenitely S tier. If survivors uses it good then you basically need 3 hits to down them.
Then Lithe, Sprint Burst and Balanced landing are on A tier because they all give you the same effect but in diffrient conditions.
And Head On is B tier. I would also give Adrenaline B tier, it mostly doesnt trigger at all in my matches but when it works and everyone has it, it hurts.

Tru3's fanboys, you gotta love them
Wait what? I don't even watch Tru3. This is from my own experience.
-
I don't know if is it just me or I always play againt Ace players that are really cocky.
-
Plot twist:
Survivors actually pressure the killer
-
Whats next?
Slugging Saturnday?
Facecamping Friday?

@Rivyn said:
They're going to nerf it down the road, since it's a go to perk now.

Same is going to happen to Corrupt too, then Thrilling, then GearHead again...
They will leave the strong perks alone and keep adding the weak ones that synergies with other existing perk (or not at all) to give a medicore effect.

They made his ADS Sensitivity (Deathslinger) MUUUUUCCHHHHU slower
I mean. This game isn't overwatch or CS GO where you need to do Flicks (very quick mouse turns) all the time. In dbd all you need to do is slightly move your weapon on left or right, because survivors can't dash or blink.
-
Nothing is left to be said after this guy's comment. But in my case I use BBQ instead of Sloppy.

Dude, people here will protect any perk, I saw people claiming Distortion is a good perk.
I have seen a dude defend bloodhund.

Everytime otz releases a new video a new thread about how broken survs are appears. Im not saying that it isn't but this format is kinda getting boring
-
Deepwound is too weak? What about bleeding sttus effect?
-
It is for bubba

@Androuruguayo99 said:
Is funny because they nerfed ruin because it relied on the inconsistency of skillchecks then the very next update they add a perk that relies on the inconsistency of skill checks
Skillchecks wasn't the reason they changed it.

If you release anything as powerful as current meta, you get MOM. And we all know how that went.
But MoM was't even tested on PTB, it was added to the game and it was meant to be a suprise. I don't know how anybody could allow it to go live.

I agree, The nerf to gear head was just so out of the blue and just not really necessary. And the fact the devs have said they are think of nerfing killer perks that involve slowing down gens because they want to "see more variety of perks being used by killers" was just infuriating.
I'm sure most of us WANT to use different builds that dont involve the generators but we kinda have to due how quick they go. Plus alot of the new killer perks that have come out lately are just not good, only work well with other perks or are very situational to actually be effective
Im the killer who seeks for new builds and Im always excited for new perks the most. But what im gonna do with Mindbreaker, Curel Limits or Zanhzin tactics? Are devs that afraid of putting new perks into the play?
-
@LetsPlayTogether said:
Gearhead would have never become meta.
Even if so, theres no reason to make this perk unviable even more.
-
@ZoneDymo said:
Because the game is stupid like that.
You cant even call it survivor sided, its ... baby survivor sided.
IT takes away any reward from having any experience with the game, normally in a game you learn to recognise things but here, it flat out tells you everything the entire time.
Its just sad all around.
Cant wait for future patches telling survivors BBQ is in effect or Nurses Calling and that they are currently within the killers range of sight, or I'm All Ears with a little timer on the right of the screen so they know when its off, good times.
I mean you don't get a notification when ds is active. Why shloud Deadmans havrme it?
-
Hes asking for survivor one bcs they never have downsides
-
I wonder why devs have done that.
-
@EvilJoshy said:
They nerfed it because it's a killer perk.
Right? Survivor perks never get toutched.
-
If you want these type of things, then move to Last year.
-
Well, i didin't quit. At rank 1 Killer queunes are instant. And i like it. I remember when you hit rank 1 as a killer and had to wait 20 mins for the game.
-
It doesn't have a cooldown. This timer if someone stuns you is oblivious status effect, on a surv that just stunned you.
As much as i think this perk could use some minor buff, i fell that this change isn't it.
