I cannot believe that generators can be popped in dead by daylight. I saw some ideas of how to fix gen rushing. They all suck: to be honest, I just want my free 4 kills. It is not normal that me, the killer player, need skill to win. The current system is incredibly unfair with how long the penalty increases last and punishes people for crashing WAY too much. The old system where the cooldown decreases with full games played should be re-implemented, as it actually gives incentive to stay in the match. It seems the only updates we get are the new killer/survivors, cosmetics, and occasional bug fixes. The core game has remained largely untouched with the last major change being EGC. In my opinion the core gameplay and progression system feel stale now. I would love to get a training mode where I can practice working on generators or identifying traps. The fact this communities only answer to anything is "git gud" but the game doesn't give me a way to practice at my own pace is counter intuitive. Actually, before I left through the Exit Gate I managed to heal myself with a med-kit and went out. Then I see, I escaped "broken" and got no red medal and it still says i escaped broken, but I was healed for sure. Now I haven't got the rank up because of that...3 comments 331 views last activity

Played a match where I maxed out objective and when I viewed my over all score, I was rewarded silver in lightbringer. I did co-op on the generators with prove thyself, opened a chest and opened an exit gate to 99%. Also I didn't take a hit from the killer at all and only got into a chase at the end but didn't get any emblem in evader. I also sabotage two hooks for extra bloodpoints. I have always had a hard time with any game with a 1st person camera and I want to learn killer. Rank 2 survivor and have been trying killer for a couple weeks now and it seems difficult. So I was just in a game as ghostface on badham V. My ping was for some reason around 450, usually its around yellow or green but I definetly noticed how bad it was, jitteting around like mad but.... After I got two hooks and managing to slug 2 survivors I put the one on my shoulder on the hook..... It paused for a bit. Everyone knows how important sound is for all sides in this game. We also know that the devs purposefully try to drown out survivor noises with the chase music so killers have a harder time tracking them. In a recent stream, the issues with sounds was talked about and they mentioned how sounds are affected by many things. Am I the only one who likes Hawkins? I haven't been able to enjoy that map since the PTB before it came out. Any by enjoy no I dont mean win. I just mean a good match that last longer than 5 minutes. Killers disconnect constantly, slug, camp, or tunnel everyone into oblivion and survivors kill themselves on hook. Why not challenge yourselves? Sheesh. It's really not that bad of a map. I've found a technique of slashing at the side of the locker just when the Survivor thinks you're going to walk in front of their locker. Exhaustion add ons came into the game when the time of recovering exhaustion while running still existed. Now exhaustion doesn't recover when running so why do they even still exist? If you are in a SWF it should ensure you de-pip If you are solo it should ensure you black pip or less. Suiciding on hook is no better than dcing when you are doing it to sabotage the other survivors, do it simply because you don't like the Killer, the map, or simply the match. About 7 minutes into the dev stream, they say that killers and survivors have similar width collision hitboxes which is widely well known to not be the case. Looping is fundamentally built around the fact that survivors have a significantly smaller collision zone that killers.
