Man, it's been a rough one. First game - promising. Played normally, but it was clear that people wanted to get some BP, so I relaxed after killing one, (9 hooks), we farmed a little and I let them go. The rest...oh man. One more was decent, but I had to sweat a bit and fortunately was on a killer I'm pretty comfortable on. Once you are done with your contribution you just sit there and wait for the next one to unlock, which then repeats the same problem. I think we should either be allowed to keep farming for this specific challenge to unlock the next one faster or we should be able to select and work towards the next challenges too once we are done with the previous one (of course the rewards would only be given22 comments 571 views last activity

I will preface this by saying maybe in your part of the world players play differently but I am in NA and this is my experience as someone who plays both sides. This forum constantly whines about camping and tunneling and i have seen time and time again what people claim is tunneling and camping. Currect JUST steam players playing btw on the Event. Nice! It makes no sense to do it now and not before. Why release it garbage in the first place Wouldn't it be better to if change it before hand and save that spot for other bad survivor perks like.. so I know what is going to happen with the new prestige system. I’m just confused if it’s going to be retroactive to players who haven’t prestiged at all. I've googled for about an hour to fix this and I still have not found a fix. I play on PC btw. At random moments while the game is running, my game will freeze completely for about 5 seconds, and then it will run at about 5 fps. I will have input delays and everything as well. So I was thinking about it, What is gonna happen to the perks I already have right now? For Example on my steve I have like 3 pages of level 3 perks but with the new prestige system coming am I just gonna lose all my perks I already have since none of my characters are prestiged? I think they should tell us now so we don't waste BP on killers/survivors getting good items and offerings on them and then, later finding out that the prestige 3 reward is actually worth it so we wasted all that BP. Sad to say this, but time and time again has proven the Pinhead needs a buff. He gets almost no utility from his box or power at this point and he's just.....he's so laughably weak it's not even funny. A good change for him would be to hide the configuration to all survivors unless they are within 5 meters and decrease the time chain hunts take to spawn. Considering that we need 750 000 unique players and that we are only about 1/5 into the first one. I think it safe to say that the event is dead as long as the devs does not fix it. I don't see why they capped the event. What am I supposed to do after I have contributed my 40 points? Correct me if I'm wrong but currently the Meta now I'd gen defense perks and camping and tunneling now right? I think based on the majority of perks that are going to be changed has to do with healing in one way or another and the fact Boon: Circle of Healing is not being changed I think the meta is going to shift to Healing speeds. With the image showing the perks the devs are focusing on this makes ma a little concerned. So example: DS, a wonderful perk to counter being tunneled or farmed by your team. Not a massively strong perk and encourages a good game health imo, not to mention you dont get to use it every game. Can we know if the Anniversary masks are unlocked when you escape and need to play as the character that gets the mask? For example: Dwight gets a mask, do I need to escape with the mask thing to get it? I don't have all the characters that will get the masks. I can’t figure this system out and why I get the level of players that I do… When I play survivor, I get either teammates that are new to the game, or not very good at it. Then our killer is more than me. When I die, I have more points than everyone- even when I die first. Been noticing this a lot lately, i wait like 10 secs for the Dead Hard, also try baiting out the Dead Hard by nodding my head and doing sudden movements. Yet they Dead Hard right when i attack them, not even a lunge attack, but a fast attack. I have recently finished prestiging and leveling up all survivors to the max, and with the current sixth year anniversary going on, I was wondering whether I should start unlocking perks on the survivors or not. With the prestige reworking around the corner, would there be some sort of reward for already having perks unlocked before the rework? So, I got curious because, with the event, I'm playing normally. For me this means alternating hooks, no tunneling, no intentional camping and no survivors die before at least the fifth hook unless they (a) don't get rescued by their team (not my doing; I'm usually not even within 40 meters of the hook unless I get swarmed at hook) or (b) they teabag at a pallet (I don't care that much about flas0 comments 31 views last activity

Hey, my friend is adamant in the belief that flailing your hands on hook speeds up your hook timer, idk what it's called but I hope you get my point. If there has been it's working very well. Ever since I came back from my 2 week dbd break (I came back cause of event) I've been matched up with really good teammates and against really good killers (which it should be for me.) And as killer I've been going against people that have similar skill to me aswell. Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that is using flans, cakes and streamers. I’ve only had 1 match that had nothing played. We all know the grind is awful and this event is really helping. I know ppl will moan about others playing sweaty but not everyone is, it’s great to see everyone joining in.
