I just played a game with ghost face on a Coldwind map and got completely gen rushed. Like oh my god there was nothing I could do absolutely zero counterplay. First three gens within the first minute. And a Survivor has the audacity to tell me I have no map pressure. TAKE A LOOK AT THOSE BUILDS. No map pressure my butt. I play both sides and I’ve said something similar before, as survivor it doesn’t mean anything to me as in theory if I’m “good,” I’ll go against people who are good with the killer they’re using. But as someone who plays killer and rotates a lot it may be fine eventually but for days, weeks, months I’m going to be going up against “weaker,” survivors and the games won’t be fun for either side.3 comments 121 views last activity

Devs, When are you going to at least TRY to optimize Dead By Daylight for console players? As if frames on console weren’t bad enough, this recent update definitely killed them even more. Is the MMR currently working? I just bought piramid head, my first game in level 1 with only one perk and no addon and I face a player with more than 1000 hours and another with more than 3000 hours. Try using the perk Discordance , believe me gens won't fly by nearly as fast. I waited 8 + minutes to try and get a lobby as a killer. Switched to survivor and waited 8 minutes to get a match. I could tell it was a low rank killer, he got one hook the whole match. We all escape he’s a rank 16 while I am a 2 and the ransoms are a 1,2 and 5. The match lasted almost as long as my wait time. Anyone else experiencing these weird long wait times? last year's didn't happen because of the famous "unforeseen circunstances" and we had to buy the skins by normal game currency in the store, with only one of them buyable for shards. Before this thread starts, yes I'm aware of how busted OP MoM was on release, I don't want to go back to that. Also, please refrain from the whataboutism. The problem is with the prerequisites. If I can't heal without the killer making a mad dash for me, I can't get the perk to activate. On top of that, I can't get downed or I have to start all over again. Is if you're a rage quitter. I see a ton of comments trying to say "but what if muh internet goes out? what if I get a power surge?" If your internet goes out, your ban will be over by the time it comes back up. Same thing with a power surge. The killer needs pressure, but doesn't have the time to effectively create it. By putting survivors on hooks, it not only causes the game to become much more tedious for both players, since it can create issues like camping or tunneling, which are both unfun, but it's removal would also increase the pace of the match. Every single time I bring a flashlight, or sometimes with a medkit or a toolbox, comes a killer with Franklin's and takes my item, everything good until the 1st hit, but once the item falls to the floor, I know I'll never pick it up again. Now to me I find archives very fun and challenging to play. True there are some missions that are quite a nuisance or require you to be sweaty, but it takes you out of your comfort zone and possibly give you some new experience. My little brother who plays on ps4 plays the game almost half the day yet he never does the archive because he says its not worth it and its boring. After the start of the New matchmaking i played like 55-60 and...THE MATCHMAKING is actually working....but i only get 4 man swf's now.....its so fun that u have to slug at 5 gens now or 5 gens are done in 4min (i have 2,8k+ hrs) this game isnt balanced for a matchmaking like that.it would be nice to hear more opinions from other Xbox players. After over two years and a lot of money later this update made me just smh. At this point I just want to know when the game will be playable. It does not matter if they are good or bad perks, but rather the concept behind them and how much fun you have using those. These are mine: It might not be the strongest perk in the game, but its super fun when it works. Cant live without those bloodpoints. The only perk i use on every killer all the time. Anyone else think they should have a mode where you can choose to play against swf or ONLY get a lobby with a max of 2 ppl in a swf while the others are solo or a full 4-man swf in stead of a 3-man or just play against solo players? 60 seconds of decisive strike is ridiculous, I hang a survivor, I go for another and I chase him, I hang him, his wounded friend comes and I throw him, I am going to pick him up and he still has ds. If someone DCs, count it as 3 hook stages (score and BP wise) unless they have been hooked before (in this case just give them the remaining hook stages, if they were hooked once give them 2 more hook stages and so on). If all 4 survivors DC, give the killer a Merciless with all scores and BP points. Now, I have nothing against having certain skins in a set unable to be mixed. Nor do I take issue with a pricey Legendary skin that changes up some animations However.
