Note this isn't a heated argument it's just a perspective. This is just my personal opinion. After getting Red Rank 1 I decided I'm not gonna be a try hard anymore. Trying to be the highest rank taught me that's it's not all it's cracked up to be. I just want to play for fun and enjoy it. If all survivors escape? Don't care I enjoyed the chases and the gameplay. Just been pondering why any of the survivors/killers have a suggested difficulty on their description. With all of the complaints of killers needing changes, nerfs, performance issues, it just made me question why it exists. Survivors are simply characters will all of the same stats, killers are the only subjective group. Plague players, when you're walkin' around regurgitating on stuff, do you ever leave the crappy gens untouched to tempt survivors? I hardly ever play Plague; but when I do, I like to puke on the safe gens behind cover/pallets and leave the dead zone gen in the middle of the map untouched. Before I get yelled at, no, I'm not saying bring back legacies for everyone. I had the chance and I missed it, I made my bed and I'll sleep in it. But, we've all struggled immensely through the grind, we can say it's getting really, really bad again. It's honestly a struggle for us. Identifying weak links is a key strategy for Killer. So the game becomes unplayable if you're the newest/lowest rank Survivor in the lobby against a halfway decent Killer. Beating a weaker Survivor into the ground doesn't help them improve and it doesn't help the Killer improve either. I have to say, I play much more Survivor than Killer, but I don't do many dailies. But when I do, it's almost always Killer only, and even new challenges if I switch then are Killer only. Deja Vu is a fairly simple perk. You see the aura of the 3 gens closest to eachother for a short amount of time. Pair this up with a brown toolbox and you will never get 3genned again, unless your teammates do. So, opinions on brown toolboxes Deja Vu? Have I done this before? I had some survivor challanges on old tomes. I wanted to do them. And my friends sadly are not online. Anyway i played 15 matches today. Let me explain: And 13 matches i had dc. Just 2 matches noone dc'ed! 3 - 4 matches killer dc'ed because we were bad boys maybe i do not know. I saw many streamer and player doing it, they replacing the base skins with whatever they wish. Yes they can only the one who can see it. Saying its not giving ingame advantage. And then the whole game doomed as survivor, of course the killer will play extra sweaty, so yeah, less than 10k point for every survivor that didnt DC. Great fun. Latency Now I don't want to get too excited but APPARENTLY, they are going to be fixing some issues with latency. Now I can feel that they are just going to make it worse. I don't want to be a negative nancy but I still have PTSD from that one midchapter where they changed the animations and somehow made latency 1000x worse.
