Before I began levelling up Laurie, every time I got tunnelled I was like "Damn, this is why DS is meta!" Now that I have unlocked DS, I don't think I actually have even been able to use it, ever. It's either because the killer decided to tunnel me 61 seconds after I got unhooked because they didn't find me, or I touched a gen and forgot that it deactivates the perk. I am really bad at evading killer. As soon as I am spotted, I get hit and then knocked down. Sometimes immediately. On Oct 1st seems like all the killers were letting survivors win and I got too high of a rank way past my skill level. Any tips? Thanks everyone.43 comments 2,201 views last activity

Yes, Chucky (although with that copyright being as much of a lightning rod as it is, I'm not sure on this one) and the inevitable FNAF-style killer, but I'm struggling to think of many others. Possibly a 'werewolf' archetype, a fire or an ice based killer or (if my dreams come true) a 'plant' themed killer...or an 'imposter' killer (The Thing). hi, How many times have I seen that you just don't have a good start or you have to play against such a strong team where you don't always have the same amount of options. So let's not kid ourselves, Survivor now has a lot of things they can use to build up so-called counterplay. I have just had a game were a hacker was not even being subtle. Instant heals and then showing themselves as hooked in the exit area. I recorded it on PS5 but since we cannot show names in the videos posted here about hacking, due to naming and shaming which they deserve, I cannot edit names out. So, I have proof but can't post it. I cant believe I have to say this but please be nice to each other. Don't get tilted over a gg comment. Don't name call people or use slurs. Don't use terms like "you people" , "this one", or "McDonalds wifi" There are negative racial connotations to statements like these. Just say this killer or survivor or bad wifi. I tried Pop, Ruin, and Bamboozle, but I didn't need Bamboozle. Pop catches the survivor in the beginning and by the time he hooks it, the generator is running and he can't use it. Ruin hates being too influenced by luck.14 comments 151 views last activity

I have a lot of Steam friends playing DBD. I wish I could lobby with them more. It's more fun guaranteed than playing against a random team of survivor playing to escape seriously. Don't get me wrong, My friends and I if we were matched before SBMM we would destroy each other in the most fair way possible. No Items and No Adds, Just the best perks we have. I'm seeing people: Move at 1000speed Spawn wherever they want Insta complete gens, totems Insta heal people across the map Etc. Etc. But as a console player I cant even grab the ID, sure I can record it but it's not going to do anything if you cant get the profile info... Honestly a joke this is so freely done and so often. I dont feel like pc players give console players enough credit? I feel like in swfs its always pc and not console friends. Im fairely good at DBD but as a console player sometimes ill add someone at the end depending on how good they played but on rare occasion they add back. 8AM - 8PM Survivor almost instant,killer takes betwen 1-10 minutes but happened to wait 15+ minutes,very rarely though. Then from 8PM to about 1-2 AM when I go to sleep,killer almost instant,while survivor sometimes take even a few minutes for a match. Never go for the unhooked person who got saved right in front of you. Literally just ignore them. I have played so many matches of killer where I ignore the unhooked survivor, that it is now built into my brain like waiting out Dead Hard. There's a list of killers that are almost unplayable on console, and I'm even on a next gen console. Hillbilly, oni, huntress, trickster, nurse, pinhead, and even blight. Anything that requires you to move fast while turning, or aim, just doesn't work, like at all. I even turned my sensitive up and tried it with friends, it just doesn't work. I had my dislikes with this killer in the past but since I am mastering it little by little, I have a lot of fun having good skill with Nurse when hitting survivors at long and short distances. So far I'm getting the prediction trick, like watching a survivor go forward, load the tp and see that the survivor goes backwards to avoid getting hit, which I do a short distance tp to get hit, but wait5 comments 61 views last activity

All I've been getting are sweaty nurses and spirits for several matches in a row. I don't even run any meta perks, all I want to do is farm bloodpoints with WLGF, Prove Thyself, Detective's Hunch and Kindred but I keep getting tunnelled and camped so badly that I average around 7k bp a match. As titled, met 3 hackers today, one in the morning and two in the row during evening when playing my high mmr killer. (same hacks: speed hack, insta-heal teammates and auto-repairing generators) So far my personal best counter to hackers is to not giving them any interactions at all (treat them as void). As in you have to bleed out in order to die. Bleeding out would have to be adjusted. Unbreakable would be run by everybody. ######### ton of perks would have to be changed. Personally, whenever I use a flashlight- it’s mainly for defense at pallets. I’m not an ambulance chaser (players who run behind the killer in chase trying to get a flashlight save). I noticed there were quite a few times whenever I entered a lobby with a flashlight equipped, immediately after someone would leave… Any survivors do this intentionally? The change felt great that first week but slowly It started to creep back to where it was before the change. Love'em or hate'em, zombies are an interesting addition to the game. PVP is cool and all, but PVE elements can be compelling parts too, regarding environmental storytelling and emergent gameplay. We've had small, passive environmental effects due to gen repair - but what if they were less passive? What do people think of them, just from a game design standpoint?
