Question: How do you handle blatant hacking? In a game yesterday as killer. The survivors (minus 1) were running circles around me. WHen I found the 3 the chases ensued. Noticed real quick that none were leaving scratch marks (can be explained by perks) but also found that I could not keep up with them at all. Am I the only one having these problems where if I play killer gens fly so fast I can barely keep up, . The things is I get down pretty fast and check gens but they still fly . when I play survivor the teammates are not that good and refuse to gens while I’m the only one doing them . So looking through most of the forum discussions and some from the past too, there was always a lot of complaints about spirit from survivors, some complained of wraith too (which is just a bit dramatic and crybaby-ish in my opinion) but now with SBMM and spirit being prepared on what I believe to be her deathbed from S tier, all I see now is complaints of nurse. You need to be better than average to go up right? Mmr should go down if the average is not met because the killer/survivor couldn't hang with the "average". Thoughts? Something I've learned is that in terms of determining your MMR for SBMM, 1 kill for a killer = 1 escape for a survivor in boosting your MMR. Something about how the killers are "playing four games, 1v4" and the survivors are "playing one game, 1v1". Here recently, I've had more fun than I've had in over a year with DBD. Mainly because of my own personal game mode. It's the emersive killer. I pretty much put on this build on almost all killers: Insidious, Tinkerer, Dark devotion, and then the last perk I mix it up. Sometimes it's beast of prey, sometimes it's spies or whispers. I completed the Gold Run challenge in Tome lV which basically says to get 4 gold emblems in a single trial, but I wasn't rewarded for completing it. I took a screenshot & sent the picture to the DbD support and they told me that they could nothing for me & that I had to redo challenge again. I asked for compensation, just a charm. Seriously how did you guys screw up the hit validation so bad that it doesn't even register you hitting a zombie sometimes. Like it's the same exact thing when you get robbed a hit on a survivor, it makes the noise that you hit it but nothing happens. What is your opinion on the current matchmaking system? I'm running into a thought cycle that's a bit stuck in my head: Hope is altruistic: a feeling of trust and/or positive expectation. Hope is a main source of The Entity's food - not the only one, but a 'staple food' of sorts, alongside anger and frustration. Why, then, is escape "the goal" for survivors? Why do you want to dominate every survivor you come across when playing killer or every killer you play against you need to beat and dominate. TLDR: Bad players or just novices (people who are not very skilled) should not use noed because their mmr gets higher And their games will be much harder than they should. Noed is just pity kills perk which allows you to kill 1-2 survivors more without any effort or skill, which means bad players using noed will get their mmr much higher than their actual skill to the point where games are unbea61 comments 931 views last activity

Winging it here. What if instead of standing still for 2 seconds, you gained a token for each newly hooked survivor (up to a maximum of 4) or as an alternative.. apply devour hope rules meaning you gain a token whenever someone is unhooked and you are more than 24m away. How the f do I counter somebody who uses head on nearly all the chases? They pallet stun me? Locker. I break a pallet? Locker. And they won't fall for fakes, and when I do open the locker before they head on, they still head on me midway through the animation. It's not fair that every 3rd or 4th match you face a Hacker and then have to wait while they take the whole match hostage before you can get into another match. A 5 minute penalty is not what I am complain about, but after the 5th or 6th Hacker you run into in the same play session the penalty adds up till your out of the game for an hour and now you're getting more penalized than the hacker them0 comments 51 views last activity

I recently moved from the west coast to the east coast, and ever since then I have not been able to join a dbd game. What happens is that the game shows the loading screen for 5 mins and then notifies me that I have been disconnected from the host.
