Currently playing as survivor and no matter what I do my rank is changing even though I'm pipping? I am also playing with some friends and neither of us are moving up in rank. We've all tried playing killer and can rank up but survivor won't budge. Anyone else having this problem? We're playing on PS4. Evertime I am trying to heal a teammate it takes 2 or 3 tries and I know it isn't them. I am hoping it was fixed in this patch but I'm still downloading and can't find the patch notes. I like the new system. Yes depipping sux buuuuut... It punishes bad survivors much much more! Farming survs, not saving on hook, hiding staying in lockers, toxic bullying the killer, they give you nada, zip, zero, zilch. The change in how survivors play is 180. The reason I asked is a friend was saying that it used to be 8pm for the refresh but due to DST its 7pm. My next question, he also said that all console games DON'T account for DST. So the time changes by an hour. To me this is either a couple of things, console hard coded thing, not true, or only some games. It seems PC survivors are really, really, really toxic. Console while they can be, it doesn't seem anywhere near as bad. I suspect that's due to the fact that it wasn't designed optimally for console. Why not make it run just like it does on console for PC?4 comments 41 views last activity

What if you can, when giving thumbs up, earn shards? So if at the end of the match you can at least reward the players who play the game that aren't toxic? Killer can give to the 4 survivors Survivors ONLY to the killer And for every props given you share a % of the reward. This would help cut SWF abusing it but still incentivize folks to do it. I just played DBD on PC and OMG survivors are OP! On console (where I normally) playing survivor is soooo much harder. Ex. Can't heal next to a pallet or else you drop it thereby exposing yourself. Where as on PC it's a great strategy for looping and pallet stunning the killer! Could this be the reason, or one of, that there is so much divisiveness? Has anyone noticed the difference?
