Are the rituals affected by Daylight Savings?
The reason I asked is a friend was saying that it used to be 8pm for the refresh but due to DST its 7pm.
My next question, he also said that all console games DON'T account for DST. So the time changes by an hour.
To me this is either a couple of things, console hard coded thing, not true, or only some games.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed light on this as now I'm super curious!
