How absurd is it that I I end up killing someone on a hook in a certain spot of the map. Survivors who go down in this area will now be impossible to hook. Sure you can play the wiggle free chase you again game that will completely lose you the match in hopes of getting one kill. Simple solution 4 extra hooks in the corner of each map. For BOTH the Devotion level and rift shard fragments. What exactly gives you more or less XP in both of these categories? For devotion I only notice the very small emblem bonus you get but for the most part it seems like the same amount of XP each time for both categories? Still having random instances during a match where I can barely or not at all hear the killers TR even though they are right on me. For specific details about add ons primarily? I notice most add ons that are listed on the wiki don't tell specific information on them about what they do. I'm surprised with the following this game has there isn't more data like that on the wiki. Things like...Slightly, Moderately, Considerably. What do those things mean precisely? For the record I can't even guess when I last had a crash on DBD. Im on the Xbox One X. Maybe over a year ago? I know it used to for Haddonfield but they fixed that way long ago. Yesterday as the game loaded in and I see my characters back on the load spin the game crashed. I got the stupid 5 minute penalty because of it. Now today it just happened to me again. Some of the challenges are just goofy and they kinda feel like they're made by someone who doesn't play the game. Starting challenge finish 12 gens or as killer kick 15. I'm not talking about difficulty because these are all laughably easy its just that the killer one can easily be forced into completion in a single match. If not does that mean swapping an item at a chest will also start to consume the item you swapped out? Why is it that 50% or more of my matches right now. Where all I want to do is get decent points from the event as Rank 3. Result in me getting paired with ACTUAL rank 20s on the regular? I've been hearing this for awhile and been meaning to ask about it. Every now and then I will randomly hear a character scream for no apparent reason. No injury...nothing. I am talking about slowly walking away from a killer in their TR while they're unaware of me and then POOF I take a hit that doesn't even occur. It sounds like cheating of some sort but I am not so sure. The first time this happened I was going up against a rank 20 Trapper in Lehyrs and he seemed oblivious to how the game worked yet. I noticed what seemed like an increase in perkless players. Until noticing something has to be up with this when I noticed MYSELF was apparently perkless in now 3 games. Not consecutive but random over the last few days. Not ACTUALLY perkless but the end game screen claiming this. This shouldn't be a problem but it is. Why? Without doing the exact math. Two just got used in a match where I had 22k BP. Back on the main menu I have 58k bp. It should be more like 66k but more with the extra 8% Also, what do I even do with the crows? If a survivor uses this perk the moment you try for a grab it can lock you into a grab animation that can't be taken away. Not the usual frozen on place one. One where you walk around normally but the survivor is now INVISIBLE because your game thinks you're carrying the survivor. There was nothing I could do to fix it. Pallets dropped on me...nothing. Or do I not get how they work? After using them fairly often trying to get this obnoxious cleanse 5 totems and escape challenge I have noticed things I don't understand at all. So Totems are killer property right? The map will track within 8 meters. So why when I light my map up do I see a totem like 100meters away as well as something else. When I play killer. Every now and then I fall for the trick survivors do when they pretend they are going to vault. I even sometimes miss survivors who DO vault by what looks like a fraction of an inch. Why does it feel like the EXACT opposite when I play survivor? All day the game has been acting odd for me. Multiple times I have been dumped to the main screen while the game claims it can't get my PLAYER LEVEL. I have been given ERROR 300 and ERROR 401 multiple times. Sometimes it says it can't save my data either and to restart. I have restarted the game and my Xbox. I got dumped from 2 matches. Obviously I am asking this in the context of the game mechanics as it sounds silly in itself. What do noise add ons DO? For Billy and Leather obviously. You can always see them about to use the saw so you know when to prepare etc. So I don't really get what those add ons functions are? All of a sudden at red rank I am CONSISTENTLY playing with grey rank players. Yesterday I got paired with THREE rank 20 Wraiths. On Xbox in the map haddonfield. A gen can spawn on the FIRST FLOOR of a house where 2 people can work on it. The fact I just played a Ghost Face who was obviously lag switching and admitted to it in messages. I would give BHVR access to my account to prove messages are authentic if I could. He deserves a ban. Yet because its Xbox Live BHVR wont do anything about this for some dumb reason. What can I do? record a max clip of 2 minutes that only proves bad lag? I've noticed before you can highlight the "Finish" node without having completed all of the challenges. Can you actually select this if not done? It sure feels like the odds of them being able to kobe are way the hell higher than 4% If I have 2 people on a hook and go to find the other person. Do these perks stack together? Does Myers ACTUALLY vault faster than normal when in tier 3 or is it just one of those illusions like people thinking the Trapper is too fast. It sure seems like it does. I only have bamboozle 2 and vaulted with Myers in tier3 and it felt more like 40% bonus speed than 12%. Question is does this actually stack with fire up? This doesn't seem to get talked about enough. ALL BP offerings with the exception of Cake, Pudding, and streamers are 100% pointless and overall take away more BP than they give. Example for the individual score category offerings. %100 bonus BP for Hunting right. So you as the killer (survivor) spend 5,000 BP for the chance to gain 8,000 more BP in a match. Slightly confused here. In Tier 1 its zero meters in Tier 2 its 16 meters and in Tier 3 it goes up to 32 meters. So why when I hit info on Myers it says his TR is 6 meters? Did it get changed?
