How does Monitor work with Freddy.

I always loved this perk in general and always used it on old Freddy.

Did the rework make it so Monitor only has an impact on awake survivors? If so then yeah its pointless. If not then how does it impact the lullaby?

    His lullaby isn't a "terror radius" so it has no affect on sleeping survivors.

    Monitor only works on awake survivors and doesnt do anything to sleeping survivors.

    Dream World Freddy's lullaby is not considered a TR therefore TR related stuff dont work with it. BT, M&A, and FC are examples of perks that dont work with Freddy.
