xbox dedicated servers?

Are they back on? I heard when the new chapter came out they were supposed to be back on.

    Unfortunately no. Although dedicated servers were bad, they weren't as bad as lag switching Bubbas and Wraiths. Ever since dedicated servers were deactivated, lag switchers became frequent again. Dedicated servers is the lesser of the two evils.

    I'd prefer Dedicated Servers over lag switching/laggy Killers any-day to be honest.

    Everyone bashes on Dedicated Servers, but they're a lot better than what we used to have. If the Killers connection was bad, than the game would be horrendously laggy, if you had a bad connection, than the same would apply. Now it's not so much about having a bad connection, but more so having a good connection to the Dedicated Servers themselves, since you're not the one that hosts the lobbies as the Killer anymore, and your connection is linked to the Killers connection as a Survivor.
