What is Myers TR?

Slightly confused here. In Tier 1 its zero meters in Tier 2 its 16 meters and in Tier 3 it goes up to 32 meters.


So why when I hit info on Myers it says his TR is 6 meters? Did it get changed? I thought it might account for me having monitor on him? But then it should be claiming its 8 meters?

    Myers has a 6m TR in T1, but also gains the Undetectable status, which lowers it to 0, regardless of its original value.
