I dread playing with ppl like that. I do know of a couple of my friends who love to run the killer around but they don't use DS or flashlights. I still find it annoying as we could have one more person on a gen so it's rare that I play with them anymore.Eveline said:One thing I noticed watching some gameplays since I'm not at home. So why? Some never even do gens at all, they just try to get the killer to chase them into a loop. And most of the times it's those with ds+flashlight combo. It's frustrating for a killer but for a solo survivor too, believe me.
There's no fun in provoking a killer and more often then not they think they can mind game the killer. All that ends up happening is we end up having to stop and take them off the hook.
I also am more geared to stealth than being visible as it keeps me in the moment. I like those jump scares 🤣 cue Mikey Boi music 🎵🔪😵 -
I would absolutely love this, however it would be a bit unfair to the killer, no?

They need dedicated servers man, that would fix 90% of the bugs.
They would require way more players for dedicated servers. Would require server farms around the world, so you don't get a worse ping than you have right now.
They also would have to rewrite a big chunk of code. Since this game wasn't planned for dedicated servers.
All this costs a ton of money. Unless the game gets popular like LoL or R6, I doubt that they even consider it. -

Umm. I play on Xbox and it doesn’t really have any of those issues. The one issue is that you can’t use it when you’re right on a hook or you’ll lose it. Otherwise it works as intended. Once you get the timing down on hitting the skill check it becomes one of the most overpowered perks in a survivors tool kit.

Lately more killers have been dcing which I put squarely in the noob camp.
However, around rank reset sooooo many killers DC! That seems to be a crappy trend as of late.
The difference between a Killer DC a d survivor is night and day!

Lost items
Lost add ons
No BP (depending on how they DC most do it outta spite so no BP)
Depipping
EVERYONE is impacted
Penalties for survivor DC
Screws over other survivors but killer gets a bonus
DCing on purpose needs to be punished.more severely. It's a trash trolling “perk" used to annoy and take advantage of deranking and/or using it as a way to get the game you want to play.
It stinks for both as the experience is awful.

Basically everything that makes the match a bit harder for the killer, perk or strategy, will be asked to get nerfed.
Fix something that doesn't work as intended? Ok. Fix something that counters your gamestyle or makes you angry? Deal with it.
There are killer perks or op killers like the doctor (who can make you scream from far away and not even being targered by him) that i personally find quite annoying, but you won't see me asking for them to be removed or nerfed. Sadly doesn't happen the same with some killer mains. -
