I don’t use it but I’d say I see it once every 5-6 matches as a survivor and it blows for the guy on the hook because even with borrowed time if the killer has half a brain they will wait until you’re unhooked to reactivate the terror radius so it totally counters it, but I feel like insidious would be a wasted perk slot because survivors will just genrush you and leave you standing like a idiot if they are smart

I've been in rank 1 many times as a killer (as a survivor as well ofc) and i can confirm there's more drama than actual facts regarding game's balance.
I get it, people get upset when they "lose" and tend to forget when they are succesful, but that's not an excuse to be complaining about everything.
When i get rekt the first thing that comes to my mind is "was it my fault?" and most of the times it was.
I understand, sometimes it is your fault for losing but saying that "You are bad" isn't a excuse for EVERY thread. Period.

I always equip BT but sometimes even with BT if it’s a Leatherface they can down you again without covering much ground , though I will admit I’ve not been in that situation since the I-frame was introduced so I’m not sure how effective it is with the chainsaw, but against the strongest camper in the game someone will always replace them in the hook and start the cycle over if they are swarming is my point from all that and you will suffer one way or another as a survivor from progress not happening in game .

If survivors are swarming the hook I understand camping but if they aren’t then you should get penalized for the emblem if you continue to do so because even though camping may be legit it’s still a dumb strategy if nobody is there at the hook and I’m sure they are just trying to encourage the game being played properly instead of campfest ‘18

Fair point, but then I ask the same to you. Now that NOED gives Exposed (the only reason the perk is even used) across all tiers, are you sure you won't see tiers 1 and 2 of NOED being used?

Of course you will because now anyone who wants to give it a try more than likely already has the first tier , even the killers that don’t run it but just see it as a fit against survivors they think may gen rush
