To be honest I'm surprised there isn't a perk that lets the gen still regress when blocked.

I think we should stop judging people from running the builds that they want.
For reference though my build currently is
Iron will
Fixated
Premonition
And some other perk. Still choosing.

As long as you prevent her from being able to stand I'm front of the boxes I'm fine with any buff to her.

Another survivor vs killer post great.

I don't understand why people have such a hard time reading the post before commenting.

Nooooo. Not the minecraft server. Anything but that

How did talking about bugs turn into a survivor vs killer discussion?
-
I say leave that effect to only one of the perks. Preferably to visionary since there are already perks that do its job
-
Why doesn't it activates after every unhook? Tunneling is Tunneling after every unhook even if its been used.
It's not a perfect anti tunnel perk and it's fine.

Locker DS shouldn’t even be a thing anyway.
It should definitely be a thing. Tunneling is Tunneling regardless if your picked up from the ground or locker.
-
Im a survivor main and I feel I critique the survivor meta. I tend to not run a lot of meta perks. I usually run at most oneor two I I feeling it and I have found I have had the most fun running those other perks.
However I have to ask. Why are critiquing anyone for running killer perks. Players should be able to run any perk they want regardless of if they are strong or not. I wish people would leave others alone.

Me putting this into my Head On build to guarantee I get a stun every time 🏃
That if if they stand in front of the locker for that long

No! Queen Elodie will keep her boots thank you very much.

You jinxed yourself by posting this. Next game you cleanse a glowing totem it'll be Haunted Grounds and you'll be in the terror radius when it pops.
I have a plan for that. Always Whenever there is a glowing totem I wait untill another survivor is injured then cleanse it. That way it's not too much of a inconvenience for them.
-
I mean... we were told to do totems and we did.
I love detectives hunch, but I think its slightly bugged.
-
Hugs for everyone
-
I'm sorry those survivors were mean.
We're not all bad though. On behalf of all the good survivors we apologize.

People use the same perks too much.
"NOOOO, YOU CAN'T JUST USE META PERKS!"
People use a different perk because it starts doing something useful.
"NOOOO, YOU CAN'T DO THAT EITHER!"
Our community has a issue with this. Its so annoying when survivors or killers say this.
-
I agree with this 100%. It sucks that people are looked down on for running the perks that they want.

Borrowed time was created to counter camping killers, just like D Strike was created to counter tunnelling killers just like Ruin was created to counter gen rush, just like Hex Undying was created to counter survivors finding your totem in the first 30 seconds. Most of the perks we get are created not to make the game more fun but to help against anti fun game mechanics. BHVR is the only one to blame for the boring meta perks that both sides use instead of fixing bad game mechanics.
Thank you. I agree with this completely.
These perks are made to counter effective and basiscally unfun strategies that both sides uses. Without them the game I imagine would be very annoying and unfun to play, much more then it is now
-
I'm so glad that we are getting new perks types like scourge hooks and boon totems. Really interesting and could shake things up in the game for the better.
-
Well this got out of hand

Anything else because you just gave us the definition of deadlock.

This is not happening......
... is another old perk that deserves a buff. I think I've never seen anyone use it.
Knowing the devs they'll more likely nerf it like Vigil a couple patches ago haha.
There are so many outdated perks that should receive some tweaks or plain value buffs. Didn't they say they would keep updating old perks every patch?
There is also no one left behind which I have never seen anyone run before and I have only used it in a bloodpoints farming build.

Yes I experienced this once. It was so annoying. Is it intentional because it seemed impossible to do the box with the chain hunt interrupting you?

Killers bully survivors too. Stop pushing this narrative that only survivors are bullies.
-
I like the idea of boon totems. They seem like a breath of fresh air. I image that it will be a decent buff to the survivors but maybe be on a time limit to prevent the killer from having another objective.
-
I never defend keys or see other survivors defend keys. I can't tell if your trying to divide the community further.
-
I want to test myself do you have one for survivors?
-
Looks like it's time for it to be disabled again.
-
No I wanna take the cube with me
-
To be honest I surprised they haven't made an offering to either increase or decrease the number of totems that can spawn.
-
Quick side note but I have noticed that the survivors perks are very different. Definitely some meta perks but Definitely some that are not. Could this signal that more people are moving away from the meta at least a bit?
-
I think boon totems could be good if done right.
I'm not against the idea but how would it even work? Aren't you still wasting time looking for a spot to put your totem? Also if you come across a survivor and they see you place the totem then wouldn't that make the time you took to place the totem lost.

Having strong perks that synergize??? That's impossible no one is allowed to have that

I agree. I feel silent bell should be toned down a bbit. Maybe add a downside or make his snarls louder
-
You can do a full aura reading build. I find it so fun
-
I think its fine. Maybe decrease the time a bit but It's fine

I thought I was the only one who heard it. Also I noticed that the name of the realm would not show either.

Lithe and Smash Hit are really good at ending chases compared to extending. Obviously the killer can continue to chase after a Lithe or Smash Hit boosted survivor, but the game generally gives you "chase end" score event.
Then Head On is kind of weird as a chase extender, but it does have utility to be able to stun the killer to rescue a survivor being carried.
I would argue they all can be used to extend chases it just depends on what the survivor is doing. I have used lithe to extend the chase

It's not. Just because you throw your keyboard anytime a survivor dead hards and cry "it's OP" does not make the perk OP.
It's an exhaustion perk that gains a survivor much less distance than other exhaustion perks for the ability extend chase if you use it right.
Which is no different from any other exhaustion perk since all of them are used to extend chases.

No, they are just running a Perk.
Or are Killers "abusing" BBQ? Are Killers "abusing" Ruin? It is stupid to use the word "abuse" when players are just having Perks in their loadout.
Stupid mentality.
Besides, you did not get the problem when it only has the Invincibility - you gain nothing from it. The Killer misses a swing, afterwards, you are dead, because you are still in an area without defence.
Thank you. Abuse is another one if those words people through around a lot. It stupid.

This is really informative thank you.
