I feel like I lag and rubberband a lot more since I returned to play regularly, compared to 6 months ago. I'm not sure if it's all on my end or not though, or if that effects this particular problem happening to me more as well.

Every character no. I have some P3'd all perks, some P3 level 1. I've been working on Nancy, Mikayla, and Meg interchangeably with the event, and finishing off Killers I didn't have at 50. Might do Pig if I have time. I admit I was motivated some by the potential nifty rewards, but... Now no. I mean, Idk what they could have done that would have been fair all the way around, but I gotta admit it's lame.

I'm fairly certain they already pay closer attention to him than many, considering he's in their streamer program. The part where they kept saying "second chance" perks on the Dev Update made me stop a second and be like "Who did I use to watch who said that a lot...? TRU3!" I don't think it's a bad thing at all, but I do like seeing reassurance that casual players like myself are considered, since for people like Otz and Tru3, this game is their job.

It still might be worth it on characters like him and Jane, but yeah picking up a quieter main would be more helpful and open a perk slot. Sucks.

Legion. Was my first I really got into, and I'm a survivor main. Go fast and smack. With the reworks, I guess Spirit is about to be very strong again, though I still enjoy playing her now too. She's pretty easy to pick up, and I recommend the perk that gives you a notification when a crow is disturbed until the rework.

I've been enjoying it. People have been friendly for the most part. Bunch of BP, so I'm P3ing Meg and Mikayla and finishing off a few killers. As far as the masks go, I like them much better than the crowns, though I wish there were more of them. Jane needs something to match hers, I don't feel she has anything that really does.

I enjoy both, but I'm certainly a survivor main. For the 3-ish games I'll play as killer in a play session, I play about 10 more survivor games. Survivor is less stressful and I can play when my friends drag me as well. Even if I lose as survivor, I don't care much, no matter how bad the BMing might get. Killer? It can be a real exercise in frustration at times, especially when you get a good SWF who are poor sports. Pummel me, but don't be rude even when I compliment you.

Silent Hill 2 was a masterpiece. 3 was gold. We steady go down hill from there imho.

There's only six Masks on each side. You don't need to play any specific character to unlock anything. You can unlock all 12 Masks as a licensed character, for example.

I might be reading this wrong, but I'm fairly sure you're just asking something I answered already in that comment.
Iirc, in past events with the crowns you had to play that character to unlock the crown for them. So I was asking if I could play say, Cheryl, and unlock Dwight's mask by chance.

I've found several as Haddie and Jake, both who aren't one of the chosen (although Haddie does have one in the Mini-Tome, I guess).
Can you still unlock masks for other characters not playing as those characters?

Usually I'd say Head On, but I was using Power Struggle yesterday and every time I got it to go off, it was sooooo satisfying. Not something I'd run every day, but it's fun to surprise your killers. Someone was using Boil Over today, and it was annoyingly fun. Let her leave for that, lol.
On killer, Mad Grit. No one expects a Sadoka to start swinging wildly.

Gotta say, I've always wanted emotes too. Jeff needs a head banging emote and a devil horns emote. Nea would be street style break dancing, obviously. I guess Kate could square dance.
Random thought: While I don't mind a Kpop killer (still can't believe I guessed that one, was wilder than Pyramid Head), I would have loved to see Bad Bunny in this game. He'd have loved it, I'm sure.

That wasn't a cosmetic. Those were codes to unlock Haddie and Dredge as characters.

Thinking on it, I agree with just do anything. Please don't sit crouched in a corner when the killer just hooked me clear across the map and is now clearly chasing the obsession. It's so painful to watch, lol. As my mother would say, I'm not mad, but I am disappointed.

I chose Dead Hard because I think it's overrated. I will not argue this, lol. I prefer other exhaustion perks over it, or other meta perks in general.

I can see why you say that, as you don't need precise aim most of the time and the joystick is ideal for loops. once i got used to the keyboard, it's very hard to turn back on pretty much any game except maybe something like FIFA. it just feels faster and easier to press the buttons instead of curling your fingers. also there's the fact that keyboard stays on its own so you don't need to hold it like a controller so there's more free fingers to use.
Yup, I can see it. For me, some games just feel better with a controller VS a keyboard. Every game I play I goof around to see which one I like better if it's an option. With DBD as a survivor, camera swinging and hugging tight curves feels so good. And once they turned up controller sensitivity, precision became much easier too.

Seems to be an unpopular opinion, but: I think survivor is better with a controller. Getting flashlights down takes a while, but otherwise I feel like the game play is more fluid. Killer is a different story, especially depending on who you're playing.
Anyway, they just look salty.

I believe they gave 20 to PC, and 20 to console. They also had a Dredge cosmetic.

This isn't much of a feat anymore. Bond, Diversion, Urban Evasion and your choice of either Left Behind or Clairvoyance will get you there often. The strategy is getting the killer to kill your teammates and then leaving out of the hatch. It has an 80-90% success rate.

Survivor I tend to stick to a rose, Medusa (love her lore), and the glowing moon. They're so cute and I think recognizable despite size on survivors.
Killer I often theme it around them, or use the dolls, or use all the horse ones, lol. RIP Maurice.

Why allow people to leave their nasty comments in your space on the internet? My profiles open for viewing, but only friends can comment. Of course, I don't go leaving anything on other people's profiles either unless positive. I just don't see the point in any of it -- it's all negative, so why hold space for it?

Hmmm... MMR. Because I fear getting high MMR and not having fun. I remember when it first came out I wasn't having any fun either, so I took a break. The matches then iirc were just wacky -- bad killers, good survivors, or vice versa. I think I evened it out with occassional play with friends over 6? (maybe, fuzzy memory) months -- but I wasn't doing any solo play. Before the MMR too, whenever I hit red ranks, it felt very competitive and wasn't very fun. Just would prefer not to have a repeat of that, because I'd go back to just playing when a friend drags me.

I have hundreds on killers... and I'm a survivor main, lol. I probably only have 10 total (anniversary cakes) left on survivors. Now that the prestige system is getting an overhaul though, I should probably play a lot more killer, at least for the ones I wouldn't mine P3ing. Burning through 200 something on Spirit though would be so tedious.

First time it happened, I straight panicked too. I couldn't see anything and just waited it out since I had a general idea of where the killer was. It going off mid-chase though? Yikes. When it went off on one map, I was in a dead zone, and trying to navigate to a tile I could use did not work out, lol. This killer does make you a lot more mindful of your surroundings, between that and lockers being everywhere now. A lot of people compare him to Sadoka and I see it, but they both have their own scary flares. Sadoka is more subtle but still manages to make me panic once in a while, like the stealth killers.

Original main was Nancy, because I found this* game thanks to Stranger Things. While I still consider her one of my mains, I really dropped her, lol. Now I play more Cheryl, Jill, and Feng than anyone. Aesthetic reasons, really, and I'm a old timey Silent Hill / RE fan.
Killer wise my first was Legion. Now it's a toss up between Pig and Legion. Legion goes zoom, and Pig is just fun, plus boops.

I would assume very dark is better. Otherwise it would be a completely useless power.
On some maps it's better than others. I could barely see on the Saw map, and could see best on Eyrie.

Idk if it's just me, but when I'm doing a generator in a Legion match, I often accidentally think I hear their music, lol. I will say it's suspenseful, but I was a fan of the old music tbh as an occassional Legion player.

I agree with the others it's too strong, but the crow perk (forget the name, alerts you when a crow is scared off) is pretty darn good on her.
