I wasn't saying there are no campers. There will always be Campers.
I was only stating it is already discouraged and, in my opinion, we don't really need anything to discourage it further. Or, at least, not something this potent and unfair toward Killers trying to keep Hook Vultures at bay.
this would be a nice perk tho, it effects hook rushing camped survivors and punishes killers for camping

Yes it is useless against freddy (but your playing against freddy anyway....). Against spirit it works very well since she needs to be in the real world to break stuff. Aura detection only doesnt work when she is using her ability, but thats nto relevant for this perk.
And even against nurse or billy its extremely useful to know their precise location, but the killers who are hurt most by the perk are those who cant travel so fast. I agree on this one
or just give us our meter limit back.....

Although Ruin at least let's you gain some momentum at the beginning. Devour Hope is just a totally wasted perk slot if it gets destroyed early enough.
well what I mean is the perk ruin is somewhat easy to hit the great skill check if you have some add-ons in toolbox like for example, the brand new part

DS is a perk that is one use and is effected by huntress's lullaby, enduring, and unnerving presence so, why does the perk need a rework when running enduring just wastes the perk and you catch up in a good 2-4 seconds and hook them, noed is literally cleansing the totems and the perk wont even activate

Im sorry not to be rude but on some killers perks dont work at all, I mean yes tinkerer was changed to work for all killers but freddy, overcharge is awful on and same with deerstalker and unnerving presence, also insidious doesnt work on him
I cannot talk much about Freddy, but we definitely plan to revisit his design. These will obviously be taken into consideration, we will make sure that all perks work properly on him.
I hope so, he is an interesting killer but good-ish perks are not the best on him, but I may have a ability change for him if I think about it long enough
