When you drew a hundred of Spirit arts and not being the first place
Hey, say what you will, but all you need to do is make some NTR with her and Gann will have been defeated. So who is the real winner?
-
I did something similar and the salty survivors sent it to Behavior. They emailed me that I was a hero and to keep setting a great example to all Pig players out there about how to play her properly despite all of the nerfs. I wasn't expecting that from them, but it really made me respect them a lot more as a studio.
-
I think killers actually killing them would make them quit. No idea why people humor that from survivors. Might as well just farm if that is how you want to play.
-
Crypt TV? More like Crypto TV.

There's pretty much no form of cognitive dissonance that would allow someone to form these opinions, Sluzzy is probably a troll, but if she isn't, I kinda feel bad, imagine trying to discuss a game and everyone either dismisses you, or gives sarcastic replies.
In my humble opinion, Sluzzy is the only one with no form of cognitive dissonance. They are the only person with the correct opinion. Everyone dismissing him is just a sign that they have no idea how DBD actually is.

NOOOOOOOO!!!! YOU CANT NERF TRICKSTER HES ALREADY WEAK JUST LEARN TO PLAY THE KILLER YOU ENTITLED SURVIVOR MAIN!!!!!!!!!

There is a really simple solution to this complaint... play killer!
If you feel killers are over buffed and its no fun/boring to play survivor then... play killer.
I don't get why people don't play both sides, you paid for the game why commit to only 50% of it?
Look at all the its killer sided/ its survivor sided, tit-for-tat bias posts in just this thread alone, let alone the forums as a whole.
My advice is play both sides you dumbasses.
There is a time and place for everything. One survivor game a day is not too bad. But I didn't pay for this game so that I could torture myself. In fact, I didn't pay for it at all. And the only money I ever spent for a survivor was Nancy and her pimp Rose Cardigan, ya dig?

Nah its Buddah now. You can be the Bubba fan though.
Everyone is a Bubba fan. We all share this together as a community.
-
I recommend playing Bubba with Iron grasp. Most of this will never be a problem to you and you can take them to basement for some quality 1 on 1 time to convince them the error of their ways... With your hammer.
-
Wow, 2 minutes of hemorrhage? That is broken! Nerf Freddy's add ons, pls.
-
It is actually the truth. Killer players hate to admit it, but we are a minority. If 4 people out of 5 are having a good time, that is better that 1 out of 5 from a profit standpoint.
Obviously it does not need to be that way, and all 5 should be having fun, I just feel they try to keep things a bit more survivor sided to not accidentally rock the boat whereas killer mains are easily replaceable from chapter to chapter when they add lit certified Gs such as Sadako.

@ThiccBudhha you think so? I would hope at least more killers future design wise has that secondary objective style risk/reward akin to pinhead/sadako
Not really, but you never know! They work in mysterious ways.
I do personally enjoy the secondary objectives. It helps spice the game up.
-
It is true, I only survive because of stretched resolution. I am afraid for the future of DBD where I will be forced to play like some sort of animal.
-
I get jump scared by everything, bro. You could be trying to not jump scare me by announcing yourself and that would jump scare me.
-
Given they designed Sadako around a conditional mori, I feel it is safe to say that idea was scrapped.
-
It sounds like a lot of fun to me. Maybe keep the two roles separate because I would have for my killstreak to be broken by some jank survivor challenge.
-
There is more than one Spirit fan?
-
@SomberNokk said:
Yes, its in the PTB.
I can't tell if you couldn't understand his question or if this is a joke about Sadako's perk, or if I genuinely missed a feature in the PTB. It could be anything!
-
Not going to lie, after buying the rift ahead of time, it is less addiction and more ensuring I get my cosmetics. I could stop at any time... No kap. Like, seriously, I could. Now I just sound in denial!

@brokedownpalace said:
Yeah when this happens it makes me want to put my head through the TV
Just Sadako main things.
-
I never feel pathetic as a killer. As survivor? Yikes. Like, I do not even want to talk about some of the cringe stuff, especially when it is a TTV killer. Like, bro, I never thought survivors should see the name ahead of time, but I kind of wish I could know if it was a TTV so that I could save myself the embarrassment.
-
If killer is stressing you out, I recommend a role swap. Half the reason my sister and I do not play more survivor is because that is the stressful role to us and why would we? Beyond the daily for rift progress.
I have been playing more and more survivor as I am out of killer challenges to grind for day one p3 Sadako and let me tell you the only thing keeping me from wanting to just stop playing the game entirely is the hype for her. It is dreadful.
-
Ha ha ha... Yeah, I do that as a Playstation Killah. Let's be real, console gamers are usually just a touch worse than people who take gaming so seriously that they unironically have a PC for it.
Sometimes I lowkey pay for it as the console survivors are more competent than the PC ones. Or, I guess the others could have been Xbox? But even then, I feel Playstation players are more casual than Xbox ones (pun intended).
I will say that I never run Lethal Pursuer to do it and can barely tell their Silhouettes apart from that distance regardless. And half the time it is just a coincidence to begin with as I rarely pay attention to platform. I mostly get survivors from a different platform to begin with, so sometimes that PSN gamer catches my eye.

Yeah, you also take into consideration tunneling, that will get you out of the game in under 5 minutes.
Well... Faster than that, ideally. Otherwise I would argue you picked the wrong one to tunnel.
-
So... You never got to find out what was inside?
-
@SomberNokk said:
It isnt the same across killers though. Dont you have a different MMR per killer?
Technically you do, but with how loose matchmaking is, you probably wouldn't notice unless you were definitively bottom or top mmr.
-
It takes more skill than killer, if you ask me. There are a lot of subtle things that people overlook.
-
It depends on the perk, chap. Some just need better numbers, others need additional effects, and more need to be taken out back and reworked entirely...
-

oh boi, you peeps are quite thirsty right now, eh?
I thought I was the only one who drank out of belly buttons. Glad to hear I am not alone, Akuma.
-
I have to do it manually to make sure I am only buying the cheapest items.
-
Tombstone base kit would be poggy woggy.
-
Someone had a weird cow tag thing that was brown and sent us to Coldwind. Definitely something from before my time.
-
Scourge hooks are too RNG for me and I do not really care about hooks beyond farming bloodpoints.
Boons are pretty sick. I enjoy them.
-
I feel like Save the Best for Last is a pretty fun perk. Most of them are passive to be honest, so they aren't necessarily "fun." Insidious camping is pretty hilarious. I like Mad Grit to swing a ton while I carry my potato sack.
-
I unironically feel it is better than Otz's list... Wish I could say I was joking, but I am really not.
-
If I am on a challenge, I am going to play properly and I do not care how scummy the survivors believe it is. Blame the people who made the challenges, not me.
-
Clearly when they loosened matchmaking, they messed up the map randomizer. I guess it was keeping queues too long.

I don't mind challenge but only if it actual challenge not "the killer is restricted due to outside reasons " the fact of the matter is however, from otz on down everyone is saying this killer is c at best and I find it a joke that BHVR expect people to pay for lower tiered character that are going into a losing battle right out of the gate.
Actually Dowsey thinks she is a tier and will bring back hit and run, rofl... I am not even kidding. Oh, and I guess Coconut thinks she is not weak. No idea what that means, but you know, some killer mains believe she is pretty dank, apparently.
-
The incentive to play killer is that this is a killer sided game. Just as anyone who plays survivor and they will tell you!
-
Nah, I will definitely purchase Sadako with some auric cells I have laying around, but the survivor choice was bad, and I am not sure a static television charm is enough to convince me to buy him. Rofl.
-
Suddenly? Huh? It has been this was since as long as I have been around.
-
The chapter is a bit disappointing as a Ringu fan to be perfectly honest. I was not always going to complain, I even praised the Resident Evil chapter which, well, you know?
That being said, developers are genuinely afraid to test crazy concepts because of our reactions. It sounds so easy and most of us reasonable players would love it. But we are a minority.

@GoodBoyKaru said:
Honestly Boil Over isn't that bad anymore.
RPD is the problem child here and usually is. Can we killswitch this map please?
I am still getting lots of value with it by just using it properly instead of abusing maps. It has helped me absolutely HAMMER several challenges in my grind for a day 1 complete Sadako.
-
It has a lot of bad, but it also has a lot of good. And I feel it is important to focus on the nice players who make this game such a fun time. This community is great, I love it. It is amazing and I am so happy to be a part of it. This game is still alive BECAUSE the playerbase is strong.
Those bad apples definitely spoil to bunch, but those toxic rats are everywhere, fam. Trust me. They always assume a different shape or form depending on the game, but you can just water them down as absolute scumbags and they are not worth the effort of even concerning yourself with. If you fixate on them, it will ruin the game for you. You gain nothing by shining a light on them. Only cringe and disgust.
-
I think it is fun facing the same survivor and trying to 2 hook everyone before I kill them. It is like a test to see if I can count to 2 on 4 separate occasions. Very difficult stuff.
-
I am excited for the Haddonfield rework, that is good enough for me. And I do not mind Eerie as much as everyone else, I suppose, so I am still relatively satisfied from that.
-
I used to feel the same, but when it finally started clicking, I started eviscerating survivors on this map. Sadly, I do not have any miracle growth advice besides "learn the map" which takes a lot longer than you would think... Just by experiencing it over and over again. Learning the locations and which walls to break instantly, which ones to keep up. And maybe a strategic face camp here and there.

@AngyKiller said:
I think OP is saying 'Survivors won because the Killer camped'. Basically more 'Killers are evil meany-faced meany-heads for camping' whining.
Oh, well... Whatever makes them feel better about getting Shreked, I suppose. They can feel like they won as they stare at the defeat screen and watch as they got even lower bloodpoints than a killer that did nothing.
