By your profile pic, I assume you are a Legion main and highly biassed towards him... Legion is the ultimate chaser... He needs no buff...First and foremost I am a player of Dead by Daylight, then I am a Trapper main. I accept criticism but what you suggest is the same thing that neuters a great killer like Freddy. You're problem is you don't see the small details in the big picture.
I am aiming to make a killer I like playing be more fair and more interesting then what we have now, because people like you do not know what is fun or enjoyable. I am biased I will admit, but not as biased to not know what isn't fun.
The Legion would certainly would have more counters then the Nurse (whom is easy to counter, just figure out how that specific Nurse plays). The Legion wouldn't be "pretty OP", they would suffer the same thing as any other killer. Each Legion member would have their strength and weakness.
Muse on that before submitting a response, I enjoy feedback but what you suggested wasn't feedback. It was a poisoned dish of food (I'm hungry, so don't mind that).

I do enjoy reading ideas such as this one. The creativity people use to think of things is a refreshing breath of air.
The overhaul is interesting however I feel like the duration should increase for every hit, but of course I can see the reasons why it would decrease so I shall not say nothing more on that matter.
I like the idea of a stalk mechanic and it would definitely fit a group of mischievous teens who gone murder happy. And finally, the Pin Add on isn't so useless any more. It even gives points! (I do feel you should add in another 250 points, or make it a solid 100% so that it keeps in line with the other add ons that directly affect the killers viability i.e The Wraith's Beast add on, The Hillbilly/Cannibal Speed Limiter, The Trapper's Padded Jaws)
Anyways, there is not much I can say except this would be something I could get behind on. But then again, anything is better then nothing at this point.

He needs no buff... He needs a tad nerf on his base speed... He is primarily a chaser, with his feral frenzy, he doesn't need base speed... They also need to solve the whole deep wounds pausing thing... The Legion can just look down when chasing and the timer will carry on...

Sometimes I get the hit, sometimes I don't. Other times the survivor was just too close or my weapon hit box connected at just the right moment. Latency is a beautiful thing.

I dislike the Spitter for a number of reasons.
There is a sort of modded server that allows the hunter to break your spine if you pounce for a certain distance. You want [Bad Word]? Go to the server and walk around.
I love Clown the most because that's how I see every clown: a disgusting, unfunny, wretched guy in a horrible makeup. Since I hate survivors /s, I want them to be destroyed by such a horrid creature. Not because I think fatness is forgiveable. It's not.

I spend over 1100 hours on DbD.I didn't keep track of my time on DbD but I was here at 2017 the earliest.
It is nice to take a break, which is why I do other things other then DbD when I can, recently I am watching Anime and practicing my drawing. Apex Legends and Titanfall 2 (Trying to G.10 all my titans) also have my attention.

Thank you so much. Like I mentioned - I wanted to make a viable mechanic of this popular "disguise" idea. I don't think I've seen anyone take this approach before and I'm actually really happy at how it turned out.
I think the Deathbed confession (killer) and Paid in life (survivor) might be a bit op, but I'm not sure if they can be fixed.
Deathbed Confession works well with BBQ%C while paid in life has a long cooldown. It's all good.
