so, it'd be perfectly possible to cleanse a totem, do a gen, get in a locker to heal, get a flashbang, head on the killer and then blind them with the flashbang?

    Yes.

    Seem evil.

I will try that with my new toxic survivor (Leon)

  • @WishIcouldmain said:

No clue the devs decide to butcher Hillbilly but leave Spirit untouched and a bug bringing balance to her.

Yes i still do not know why Billy nerfed? He was op? No. He was without counterplay? No. He had high kill rates? No. Billy nerfed unfairly. There is not so much Twins player, i am seeing them so rare but Twins also nerfed. Freddy was annoying for survivors i know but him problem was slowdown add-ons but he also nerfed so hard, even him dream pallets.

But Spirit. No. Never touch this girl, she can stay without counterplay.

  • Spirit does not nerf, she needs fair counterplay. Without perk. And i know you are Spirit main and i know you will defend her but that will not change anything. She is only broken killer in game right now.

Funny thing: Freddy, Billy and Twins nerfed unfairly but Spirit is still here with 0 counterplay. And yes i will complain about her everytime and i know most people will do that. When she get fair nerf, then Spirit will be okey.

Right, now that Otz made a video about it, DH clearly deserves a Nerf. /s

Can we also nerf every Killer? You know, because Otz made videos about it how he gets 50 Wins in a row.

You are talking like all killers have so much wins. Otz one of the good killers but most killers are not strong like him. So no, killers will not get nerf because killer is already weak role in this game. Survivor queues confirming that because noone wanna play weak role.

Time is so important in this game. And DH gives survivors second chance. They are going to safe pallet or windows with that perk. And killer lost fair hit for no reason. And now killer has to show another effort for catch this survivor again. And other survivors still doing gens. Yes so fair and good perk. DH needs nerf

  • @GannTM said:

It definitely needs a nerf. There are way too many times where survivors get outplayed but then they press E to get to a pallet or window. It's super frustrating as killer.

Yes and we all know Dead Hard is most popular exhaustion perk. Red ranks using this perk so much. I had hit but he clicked E and now he has good loop again. I do not know how this fair

I just said this maybe a week or so ago and was dismissed, OP. Save yourself some trouble and don't try to convince people of the obvious. They'll see soon enough.

What do you mean my dear dude. I already said he is so strong.

  • @Aven_Fallen said:

Yes, Gen Speeds are fine. Maybe you should not use 4 Slowdown-Perks, but Perks which help you to down and find Survivors quicker. You know, to apply pressure.

Ofcourse you will say that lol

  • Give us old Billy boi. He was so fun, play as him or against him.

  • @GannTM said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2233155#Comment_2233155

I really hope that doesn’t happen because he’s one of my favorites to play.

Well i am sure we will see. Because before changes there was not so much Blights. He was one of the rare killers. But now, he is clearly popular but people are new with him. I am sure survivors will hate him so much. I saw people started complain about Wraith, Blight can not escape from that. But i hope this boi will not get nerf because he is so fun and he has fair counterplay.

  • @MadLordJack said:

Blight was always good, it's just that certain people genuinely want nothing more than m1 killers that can be safely looped at every tile in a similar fashion to one another and their voices are growing ever louder because the game is shifting away from basic m1 killers. Blight cannot be looped in maze tiles, so the safest thing to do agasint him is to be confusing at LoS blockers and make your way to filler pallets, junk tiles and the like.

Also, certain Blight's like to use nothing more than stacked slowdown perks and exploits, though that's more about hating the player than the killer.

Well friend i never tried him. So i really do not know old version. I gave him chance 1 - 2 days ago. First matches was so hard, hits survivors was like imposible when i was using my power. But when i learned him well, now he is really strong. And i am not good with him, i am still so new.

  • @Trickstaaaaa said:

No because blight has counter play, and is actually fun to go against. Unlike those two things you are comparing him two.

I did not said he has not counterplay. But he is like Nurse. When you get good with him, most games turning easy mod. That is reason i am saying people will hate him so much.

  • How you will buff Clown seriously? He is so good 1 v 1. Problem about Clown, he has not map mobility but he is good at chases. So you can not buff him anymore for chases, he is already so good. And i am not sure how can you give him map mobility.

  • @Aven_Fallen said:

Oh my, Aven is posting that the game is not that bad for Killers, quickly, group up!

    Anyway:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2233032#Comment_2233032

I dont think that The Game and Haddonfield are that much comperable. Maybe The Game is easier for bad Survivors, because it is easier to just drop a Pallet instead of knowing which Window is strong, but thats about it. Haddonfield is way worse, because at least the Killer can do something against Pallets (aka kicking), while Windows only get countered by Entity Blockers or two Perks, which are not really to be considered as a Counter.

I would be totally happy if they change The Game in a way to remove all breakable Walls and remove the Pallets they added to compensate for the Deadends because of breakable Walls, but I really dont think it is that bad as a Map currently. The only thing which was disappointing was that they did not change my Key-problem with the Map - that it is boring to play on for both sides (I would have loved more unsafe Pallets, less safe Pallets and more Windows).

Regarding Ormond: It is not that huge. It is right in the middle, slightly (2m²) above average.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2233037#Comment_2233037

There are safe Pallets, sure, but most Ormond-Pallets are unsafe. And you can totally play unsafe Pallets. IMO Ormond is one of the best Reworks, because they did something which I said long ago - less safe Pallets on the Maps and many unsafe Pallets. This helps Killers and good Survivors.

And they did that with Ormond, I dont win every game on Ormond, but it is not a complete mess like it was before. Yes, you have to kick some Pallets to get rid of them because they are safe, but this is on every Map. And it is not like the Survivor is at a safe Pallet all the time.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2233044#Comment_2233044

Man, I might be a God Killer then! I rarely lose on The Game, I even burn it when there is a Pallet-Breaking Challenge (but, I am using a Killer with Brutal Strength). The only time I struggled on The Game is when I played either Nurse, Oni or Deathslinger, but this is because I suck with those Killers. I even got a 3K with Mirror Myers on that Map against 4 Spine Chills - they were most likely not the most amazing Survivors, but you rarely go against good Survivors and we should not pretend that the majority of players is good.

And if I can win most of the time on The Game, others can do that as well. I might have a lot of hours, but I am not a good Killer-player, so I guess, the Killrate on The Game is still pretty high.

But again, I would be totally happy with removing breakable Walls from that Map and a few Pallets. Or change the playstyle of this Map entirely. But it is not as bad as you claim, clearly not an auto-loss.

Safe or unsafe pallets are threat for killers. If survivor is bad and drop pallet early, it is fine. But all survivors are not bad like that. So if pallets are not so much, that is fine. Because everyone will have chance. But when they are so much survivors are using them to waste your time. And generator times so fast, so Ormond has enough weapons to waste killer's time. And this map huge. I can not say "Ormond is balanced". I mean yes Ormond is better than Coldwind, The Game, Haddonfield but still Ormond is also bad map.

And problem is not about kill them. I think i have really good kill rates, i am above on avarage kill rates. But why i have to show more effort? Survivor will spam m1 and when i chase them shift + w and when you see pallet, use space or loop me around pallet. And if i lose so much time with this survivor, i can not patrol generator and i will lose them. Maps have to be smaller and some maps have to lose some pallets. The Game, Ormond, Coldwind have so much loops and pallets. That is insane.

  • @Aven_Fallen said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2232906#Comment_2232906

Most of those Pallets are unsafe. If you get run around unsafe Pallets, this is on you, not the Map.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2232911#Comment_2232911

Fine in a sense that you can play Killer on The Game without that much issues. Like, the Map is not an auto-loss like some people want to claim it, you can win as Killer on The Game.

And I cannot really give ######### to the Rework if the main problem I had with this Map (that it only consists of Pallets, which makes the gameplay pretty boring) existed before as well.

You are talking like all pallets are unsafe on Ormond. Ormond has some god-pallets. Ormond has some good loop walls. Ormond has shack. Ormond has main building. And add so much unsafe pallets. And this map is balanced huh? That map is still so bad for killers.

  • @indieeden7 said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2232906#Comment_2232906

Half of those "million" pallets are on absolutely tiny loops though.

So? That map is supporting longer loops. Drop pallets and make run in one area with killer. I love this map as survivor because there is shack, good windows + 2 - 3 god pallets and so much normal pallets. That is one of the unfair maps.

When survivors does not know how to loop, this map is good but for good survivors that map is heaven.

  • @Aven_Fallen said:

I dont think that any Map Reworks have been bad, not even The Game. The Map is fine to play, even as Killer. It is boring for both sides, but this was a factor before.

And while I am not a big fan of breakable Walls, they did not ruin the new Maps. Like, if they want to remove them entirely, I would be for it, but if not, they are not bothering me that much.

And I would agree, Ormond was really well done. It is an alright Map, before, it was the worst Map for Killer (I think it was even worse than Haddonfield), but now you can actually play Killer on this Map.

Ormond has million pallets, how it is good? It was so bad before but now it is just bad. So i have to be happy because it is not so bad anymore, just bad?

  • @Mooks said:

Wraith should definitely become the equivalent of Blendette, judging by his killer power and tome story.

And Doctor will become the annoying flashlight clicker..

Yun-Jin is already almost a killer based on her backstory, she would adapt just fine as killer.

I never thought that but yes, possibly Doctor would be new Nea.

  • Huntress and Deathslinger have broken hitboxes. So you just can hope they miss attacks.

  • Ruin in 30 - 60 seconds. When they seeing Ruin in game, they are looking for totems. But Devour has surprise factor, so usually i am taking 2 hooks with it. Devour helps more.

But i think after RE chapter all hex totem will die with new perk.

  • Legion?

Mhmm... No, i am happy with Nightmare

  • I will tunnel all Adas if i see them. I really do not like her, she was worst RE character

  • @Laluzi said:

I don't know how they could devolve on the old design, but they did. Coldwind was never my favorite series of maps, but I didn't mind it, and I loved that eerie yellow glow of its unique brand of moonlight.

New Coldwind? I exist in a perpetual state of confused blindness. Auras? If you squint. Scratch marks? Blend right in. Corn? Haha, no. Even hexes are barely discernable from dull totems save for their crackling. The only thing I like about new Coldwind is the new Thompson House - it has so much more character than the old one and it's a much fairer structure besides. Everything else is exactly the same as it was before, except harder to see through, with those new rounded high rubble loops that completely choke ranged killers, and with everybody's favorite addition of breakable walls. It being prettier doesn't remotely justify the headache it's become for me. Coldwind maps are my new least favorite draws as a killer, sitting neatly beneath Swamp, Haddonfield, and even The Game. I cannot stress how little fun I have on this map. As a survivor, it matters less that I can't see what I'm doing. As a killer... maybe it's just my eyesight, but I cannot deal with this map. The killer's visual aids were built for dark maps, not bright ones.

I also hate that it's broad daylight from a lore perspective. Whatever happened to perpetual night? At least Glenvale is at dusk.

Thank you explain all killer main feels. We all do. All maps reworks coming with worse version. I do not know but are devs know they are losing killer mains? Are they know why survivor queques longer? Still they are making killer experience worse.

You swing into them and pop them from your radius when she's busy/animation locked.

So wait, when Hag is busy, destroy traps. Wow dude.

  • Spirit needs nerf but Deathslinger is fine

  • Imagine having 2 hooks and still complaining about DS.

  • @GeneralV said:

Doesn't really matter from which movie they come from, every single licensed killer is evil.

Freddy abused / killed children, Myers killed his own sister when he was 6 years old, Leatherface is part of a cannibalistic family and craft masks out of people's faces, Pyramid Head is a mysterious being who cares only about punishment and agony, Demogorgon is a wild animal which eats humans and Nemesis is literally a bio-weapon.

    Yes you are right.

I think only Leatherface have excuse. He has brain of child and he manipulating by him family. He is thinking he keeping him family safe and stranger are just bad. Also Entity is manipulating him too.

But other killers are evil and bad.

  • @Bwsted said:

    Isn't Freddy a child molester?

And Myers had a child from him nephew and she was still child (like 15 or 16).

So we are gonna talk about bad movies? or original movies.

  • Only 1 but i am not sure my team was so bad or he was so good. Because when he chase me, i did not feel any different than other Trickster mains.

  • Freddy ofcourse. He is uncle of all survivors, he loves playing with them.

  • @ALostPuppy said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2230649#Comment_2230649

Didn't mean to come off as disrespectful I just wanted to get my point across. Mobility is definitely favoured over chase power for most killers but some of them don't really need to move fast. Deathslinger is similar to PH in this regard imo. Their chase powers are so ridiculously strong that you can get away with not having good mobility if you can consistently down people, and imo Slinger and PH are in the top 5 killers next to Blight, Spirit and Nurse. Without the recharge add-ons, Nurse has slower map mobility than a 115 killer but she's the best killer in the game because she's broken in a chase. Doctor can hold a 3 gen really well, if you do this on indoor maps you can't really lose.

They both are strong and you can win games so much games with them. But i do not think they are top 5.

Blight, Nurse and Spirit are Top 3.

Hag is 4 because her traps are so strong. You can camp generators and hooks same time. She is 110% but that does not matter. She is nearly S-Tier.

Freddy is 5 because he is also so strong. First he is good at chases, he can stop good loops with snares. He is 115%. And best part, he can teleport generators, so he can make survivors really slow. Great map mobility.

After this killers Oni, PH, DS, Huntress coming.

  • @gibblywibblywoo said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2230470#Comment_2230470

He was nerfed because he could force a lose/lose situation for survivors at every single pallet or vault. It wasn't healthy.

Generator times are not healthy, totem spawn areas not healthy, most maps are not healthy. Did they fixed any of this? No. But when we have fun killer, lets nerf it. So no, PH was never unhealthy.

    @ALostPuppy said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2230437#Comment_2230437

If you think that Pyramid Head's power is bad because it's slow and reactable, you're definitely not playing him correctly. Whether it's slow or not doesn't make a difference when you play him right, the survivor's gonna get hit almost every time regardless of what they do, which is why people put him in the higher tiers and why he's one of the best killers in the game.

He is good killer but he is not "top level" that is different. He is avarage. And new Wraith is stronger than him with map mobility. New meta supporting fast map mobility., not fast chases. He is good at chases but he has not good map mobility. That is reason of he is not top level and possibly he will never be.

And you can win as him so many matches because most survivors potato but againts good survivors PH will go to cry. I will not choice PH between PH and map mobility killers if i had to do that.

And that is unrespectul dude. I am saying my opinion and for that you are saying "you're definitely did not played right". I do not know how i prove but i played as him so much, i have him Steam achievements and i have so much 4K as him. But i have better killers, i am just saying that.

  • Borrowed Time is good perk. So many times i failed camper killers with this perk. Some people are maybe using it bad but that is not makes perk brainless

  • @Phasmamain said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2230444#Comment_2230444

The power of ph’s cages comes from his choice. He can choose which is better for the right situation.

Not to mention how his potd can make pallet play very risky for survivors since animation locks can make for easy hits.

I played as him so much and actually i still playing sometimes, he is fun. But he was not felt me stronger like when i play Freddy, Hag or Huntress. I wish they would take back him nerfs, he was not op. I do not know why he got nerf.

  • @Phasmamain said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2230423#Comment_2230423

The cage always spawns them at the farthest point from the PH. If you’re good with him you’ll know where they are

So go to cage and ignore generators? Other killers can hook middle of generators. So you can check generators and hook same time. I know PH is also can do that but this meaning he has to ignore cage powers. So cages are not giving him advantage, i know you will say cages ignoring so much survivor perks but also you can not use Pop. So still i do not think he is one of the strongest killers, he is avarage.

  • @gibblywibblywoo said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2230423#Comment_2230423

Disagree, PH is definitely in the upper echelon of killer powers.

It doesn't matter how good a survivor is, if you drop that pallet or vault that window you ARE getting hit by PH. That alone makes him stronger than half the roster.

Then there's the time save from cages. You probably spend well over a minute or even two a match carrying to hooks and picking up.

Huntress is stronger, she can also hit you behind pallet or when you jump windows. Problem about PH, him power can dodge so easyly. He is clearly m1 killer, sometimes m2 helps him that's all. He still has not map mobility, so he can lose generators so fast. So i do not think he is so strong, avarage killer. There is so much killers stronger than him. For example Spirit, Nurse, Hag, Freddy, Oni, Huntress etc

  • Pretty weak.

He is good at chases but survivors learned him powers. So hitting with m2 is pretty hard when survivors are smart. So you are gonna hit them with m1 and he is turning standart m1 killer. Cages are good but also you can not see them. So when someone go to save, you can not see. He has not map mobility.

There is so much killer stronger than him.

  • Survivor: Midwich

You still have dream about Old Freddy, arent you... And same, i would like play as Old Freddy, even against bots.

  • I think this perk needs only one change. Do not active it for terror radius, activate it for 10 - 15 - 20 m area. And then someone can not combine it with TR perks. Because that perk is being so strong with some combos.

  • He can have fog power. When he use fog he will move 150% speed and undetecable. When he using this power, he will break pallets, walls faster. They can add cool-down to this power for balance.
