Sprint Burst is the best exhaustion perk in the game.
It didn't need any conditions for to activate besides running. It counters most killers powers when activated and is now the only exhaustion perk that cannot be negated by exhaustion negation add-ons from the killers (at least when compared to the other exhaustion based perks).
Of ######### course it needs to be nerfed. Pity that the other exhaustion perks suffered more then Sprint Burst, but it's still king.

Terrible idea.
Solo Survivors have limited communication with each other. They cannot directly tell each other to help with the generators. You'll just gimp them compared to SWF.

Tried it with Freddy.
Wasn't that bad chasing other survivors but kinda useless for ambushing them off the generator. -

Works better against Nurses Calling and Deerstalker.
Worse with Object of Obsession.
Still bad against BBQ.

Killers just like to project how awful the event was when it was actually just awful mechanics.
For example, hooking survivors on a specific hook to get a token.
It didnt help that flashlights were also broken during this event. -

Personally I try to avoid obsession perks (######### Decisive Strike), but Remember Me is actually solid on Freddy if you can eliminate your obsession.
M&A is also good for Freddy but keep in mind that you'll have to drop chases to fully benefit from it. I would recommend ether No One Escapes Death, Ruin, Knock Out or Brutal Strength in case you want to replace it.
