It depends really.
If the survivor breaks LOS with a wall they'll won't know if you're phasing. You can use this as an advantage.
If the survivor stops walking you can always phase out and try to find them again. Besides it's really not that hard to find survivors in this game. -
The new survivor perks are odd. Not sure if I like them. I thought the healing one would be bad, but it's actually better then I thought it would be.
The new killer is fun to play as. There are tons of potential for different perk combinations just from her perks alone. I'm actually considering running Surveillance and Bloodhound for meta perks for her.
Her play style is different, but when mastered she might become as devastating as the Hag, maybe even comparable to the Hillbilly. Honestly only time will tell.

I got him from level 0 in P3 to level 50 just to try out the new changes.
I always like Wraith the most out of the original 3, but didn't play killer much back then due to infinites.

Clowns lack pressure in the map so try to run perks that help buy time on the generarors.
Your bottles should be used as a herding mechanic. Try to use the gas to intimidate the survivors at pallet loops but throw it on top of them when they're out in the open.
The gas spreads further if you aim higher at the top of walls or trees, even the top of the pallet if your aim is good enough.
I find Brutal Strength is a must for him. Slowing the survivors down with the gas and having faster breaking speeds really make him shine.
