implementing this will surely put a halt on frequent disconnecters

having the ability to view player statistics..
ie. win loss ratio
disconnects, etc.
not only will it make some players more competitive.
nut obviously if someone has a large anoubt of dc others wont want to play with them. 
nuff said.

    First off, what exactly counts as a win and a loss? Secondly, this will make lobby dodging more of an issue on both sides. Bad idea.

    If they would want, they would do auto-ban after dc, but they don't care

    Why would a leaderboard affect disconnects?

    I don't even pay attention to the leaderboards in any other game and I'm as competitive they come.

    kills, deaths.
    no need to wait for auto ban if people could see that they statistically disconnect quite often.
    where as you could leave the party if your not interested in playing with a frequent disco player. 
    i dont think there would be as much of a negative impact seeing as how the players who dc all the time discontinue playing.
