    I hopped on as soon as the patch went live and didn't really pay much attention to the audio as i was in a SWF's group at the time and we were talking, but now that i tried to play killer on my own, the difference was huge.

    I don't really play survivor by myself much, so i'm curious if the audio changes are equally as detrimental to those who play killer.

    You would think if it was, this would be quickly fixed.

    I play both, and the sound is broken for both sides (music extremely load). But since as survivor it's not that important my complain comes more from Killer side

  • I complained aswell, not a single statement of the devs so far. I hate if they completely don't voice up and say straight away what the plan is, hopefully tomorrow in the stream we will know more

tru3 gets 4ks with every killer, even freddy. you cant bring up a person as an argument who literally does nothing else but playing DbD all day...

on the other hand, due to the fact that players like TydeTyme dont play 24/7 anymore, their opinion hits the fanbase better, as they are closer to them on a skill scala.

and i still think TydeTymes opinion of this game is pretty accurate. besides his hag placement in the tier list, i havent seen much i disagree with in his videos...



First of all, tru3 plays every killer like 10 minutes every 2 days cuz he plays killer and survivor in rotation. Secondly he doesn't 4k all time. So ur "it proofs nothing" can go to the bin 🚮 

Also, ur a but illogical to take an opinion of someone who doesn't have a clue (tydetime) over someone who is more skillfully. 

    But sure, let's balance around the noobs so everyone can feel like a really good killer no matter what

    many players more skilled than tru3 also agree that legion sucks

    Go watch damnnohtml recent video, u can see how broken Legion is. He's absolutely skillles to play has nearly no counterplays in 1v1. The counterplay is genrush but every slow movement killer has this problem. 
    Also, can u name some streams/youtuber who r much better than tru3 and said this? Want to watch their statement aswell

    Ardetha, ScottJund, TydeTyme and maybe Monto.

    I don't remember what Zubat and Marth said, but you can check them out too, they probably think the same.

    I watched him gameplays and he mostly face potato survivors. I'm at rank 1 and survivors treat the legion as a joke. Sure it happens to get a team of random potatoes, but my experience tells me he is not a threat at all to competent survivors.

     hmm, everytime when someone brings up tru3 and he wins against a killer people yell "the killer was trash" and when tru3 plays the same killer against swf teams and wins people yell "the survivors were trash"

    In this case there is some MASSIVE hard limiting of the sound (we're talking crappy mid-2000s dubstep level here) to the point where the overall quality is distorted. Playing the game in headphones used to give me an edge as a killer, now it just gives me a headache.

    @not_Queen take a look to this and please deliver this to the sound team or whoever is responsible for the sound to fix it

  • The people who can't play him smart and keep spamming here that he's a bad killers I guess. Still haven't tried by myself (to long killer Q's at rank 1) but by watching streams people are playing him so dumb. I mean, an injured survivor in front of you in the basement and u decide to frenzy instead of M1.. After that complaining that the killer is weak cuz he lost the survivor and mend himself already.. Yes, happened in a stream from a pretty known streamer (not gonna call names)

This is similar to the pallet issue where you pretty much need to find this ridiculous sweet spot to self care near a pallet without remapping keys and 10% of the time the action button changes just when I think I'm good and drops the pallet.

    Pretty sure u can remap buttons on console aswell, unless I'm mistaken about this particular issue

    well you're going to be disappointed, because it was a change only on the PTB that allowed a killer to grab an injured survivor while they were fast vaulting.

    Ahh I see.. Why did they changed that grabbing in the first place? If the killer times M1 perfectly give him the grab lol

Absolutely touched nothing, this is how the game loaded in (at all times) once 2.4.0 patched.

    Something is definitely wrong with ur graphics.. Try some researches mate 

    I'm assuming my GPU is out-of-date now, but if that is the case, don't we deserve the right to be informed on the system requirement changes?

    This is kinda unprofessional.

    Edit; Any advice on what to do searches on? Can't seem to find whether my gpu is compatible or not.

    I wonder if there's a place I can formally report this issue or not. Don't know what it'd fall under here at the forums.

    It's an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti.

    I'm not too familiar with techy things, so I'm not sure what the effects are of downgrading my GPU if it'd effect any other main games I play (Smite, and Borderlands). I'm also not exactly sure how to. Any help on that would be appreciated.

    560 Ti is better than mine, so we should be able to get dbd running good again on ur pc. Meanwhile, can u check what Nvidia driver version you have installed? It should be listed in system where u can uninstall programs

    @not_Queen Can u give the team a small little reminder? Changing the annoying struggle to hold instead of smashing is done in few code lines but would have such a positive impact for many survivors. Sometimes it's just the little things we appreciate the most.

  • Let us first fix ranking in the first place, it's currently harder to depip than to pip. On both sides on any rank. 
    But I agree that ranking up every season to rank 1should give a special reward

    Not only nurse, but mainly every slow movement killer. Claudette needs a nerf anyway and with this new update we can't let the devs keep her at she is. She needs changes, or at least her cosmetics

    And yes, experienced more and more fps drops after every update. But the ptb gave me some fps back, so I'm looking forward for better perfomance for the next DLC and the promised optimisation patches
