She seems really fun to go against tbh, imagine trying to dodge a killer that has the power to spew vomit at you. Would make for some entertaining chases, her vomit doesn't seem to slow you down but it will do some serious damage.

It's a half and half with me, i like it because it's new, but i don't like it for being on red forest, i was hoping for a sandy orangeish looking map.

I like the look of the new killer, will she replace Spirit? No, but she is something worth P3ing.
As for the new survivor, i really like her, not because i think she is "Thicc" as most of you would say, but her perks are pretty good and pretty balanced. And would probably go for semi-confrontational type build for her.

The 2nd killer perk will really counter those that are trying to get a flashlight save, the only way i think will counter this is probably Calm Spirit, and i don't know about Head on, mainly because it leaves you exhausted, so therefore when you're injured, you won't be able to use Dead Hard or any of your exhaustion perks.

I mean, i wouldn't mind them using any of todays religion, as someone who is also religious people think i would get offended if they put something related to Christianity or something in the game, and i say "Not really, because i know that's not what it stands for. "
But i could see them avoiding the real religions that exist today to avoid conflict, I guess i could see this being a fictional religious cult that possibly worshiped The Entity or something.

Played as my boy Detective Tapp and managed to mindgame a billy at a pallet. He tried to turn around and lung but i was already leaving the area.

Yea so let me waste time on this one person while others are doing gens, sorry but that is the most illogical thing i have ever heard in all my days of playing this game.

It pisses me off because there is not enough time.
It's your fault you chased someone for that long when you know there are other people in the game, you only have yourself to blame for it. Whenever a killer is chasing me and 3 gens pop, i say "you probably should break the chase you know?"
All of you are complaining and saying you'll do this because someone stabbed you in the back with a shard of glass because you made the decision to chase that person and down them, when what you could have done, is down and slug them. Simple solution, that way you are forcing them off of gens to go and rescue that one person, this will buy you enough time to find someone else and down them and hook them.
Then again, you probably wouldn't have known that, because you're too busy watching one person die :)

So let me get this straight, you think, that being chased by the killer is boring. If that is the case then why are you playing the game? Repairing gens is boring, literally the only fun thing in this game is getting chased.
If all you do is just sit on gens and crouch around and play stealthily, then i am sorry dude but that is a pretty boring playstyle.

Ranking up as survivor is terribly easy once you actually know what to do. You pretty much need 2 safe unhooks, then play the game like normal, whether you play like a complete potato or a god, those altruism points + a few extra points in other emblems will pretty much guarantee a pip. Survivor emblem system heavily favors altruism and especially unhooks for some odd reason.
So basically to safe unhooks and UE around the map, makes sense. still doesn't answer the question why these people can't loop the killer for ######### and end up going down when not a single gen has been done, or when they are wasting pallet after pallet, not trying to prolong the chase and conserve the pallet.

I mean, i only follow this game simply because of the story, i want to know what the final chapter is, and the only way we'll be able to see it is if we are able to keep it going by sticking with it through thick and thin, no matter what.

I mean, i usually just accept this as sometimes you won't always win, besides, i have been getting so many 4ks by now to the point to where i actually would like the survivors to get away. One time i actually yawned at the end of the game when someone insulted me for how i played, i actually had to type it in chat.

Oh hell yeah, the Exits are blocked until the Survivor is rescued/sacrificed and after the rescue/sacrifice it has the timer, that could work too.
Well right there i disagree, the exits are blocked until the survivor is rescued, this way it would be balanced and survivors would not complain about it being too op and such. While i would like the look of it still being active after the survivor is saved, this is probably the better way considering as it will make the end game very spicy and everyone would be in fear for their life.

Well for one, i don't consider myself to have a high ego, but i won't be pushed around simply because someone has a bigger following than me, or because i am simply one person. And judging from your comment, i don't know if you really read the whole thing or if you watched the VOD, considering how you didn't come to me for his name so you could see for yourself.

It would be nice to make it permanent until the survivor is rescued from the hook, promoting altruism, this would also buff other perks such as No One Left Behind for those that don't get the chance to even use it.

I always look at survivors being able to loop as the main protagonist of a movie or something, i think to myself "Alright this person is good, i need to leave them alone and go for someone else" then it becomes like an actual movie, i slaughter his/her friends and then come right back for him/her. And it all boils down to that final battle of who is going to win. A supernatural, powerful being, capable of decimating anything and anyone in its path? Or a simple human being, who is but an ant in my eyes. The decisions i and that person make, will determine if they live or die.
But in all seriousness, a good survivor can only loop for so long, there have been times when i manage to avoid the killer for a certain amount of time, and it's only because i am the first one found and i know where most of the pallets are, or i manage to scrounge up enough time to avoid them and the last gen pops, survivors are not supposed to be powerful, back then, they were very strong, but still easy to down, simply because people were still new to the game. Nowadays i think that you're only going to come across one strong survivor in the group, and on the rare occasion some coordinated group. Whether you like it or not, killer was always meant to be strong and if you've gotten bodied enough to just now realize that, then i feel sorry for you. (Not really)

There was a guesswork vid I just watched from a fog whisperer whose name just escapes me this moment, and he had an idea I'm starting to believe.
He implied that the killer might be based on the public domain version of the demon Valac, who is a demon that preys upon the faithful. That is, the same demon as in the movie Conjuring 2 and the Nun, only that this would not be the Nun and instead have an original appearance in order to avoid copyright issues. Valac itself is really old and thus public domain.
So essentially, it's a demon killer?

I honestly have no idea tbh with you. I think for the first time this was just supposed to be a comedic art piece from the devs, You have to remember that the survivors get cosmetic items from suitcases (BloodStained Sacks for killers) so i think that Dwight maybe got all this stuff when he was scrounging around for new clothes to wear, found his old outfit and then remembered what he did before he arrived. The bike was already smashed, and the pizza was already open, the scent of the pizza then probably attracted the likes of The Trapper, who we see indulges himself on the pizza instead of going after Dwight.
That's my take on it at least.

Way i look at taunting is like the part in the middle of a horror movie where the main guy distracts the killer by insulting him continuously and then he ends up dying or something. That's how i cope with it.

Last time i checked there was a stream where someone asked the same thing and Mathieu said that he is trying his hardest, and to let him worry about it. I sure do hope they can manage something with the people over at Saw, because i know for damn sure they got some shoulder holster type look for Detective Tapp they're just dying to add into the game.

In french we use -le- for male and -la- for female but when a word start with a vowel we use -l'-. In that case we don't know if it's a female or a male. The Entity (Entité in french) starts with a vowel so we use -l'- to designate it so in french it's genderless.
I'm not hear to discuss gender with you, make another thread about it if you feel the need to.

We do know about Her, and a lot. Everything is about Her. Every game mechanic, every perk, every realm, every map; it's all about Her perspective of the world, Her needs, and so on. Hell, everything you see other than killers, survivors, and the Clown's horse whose name I've forgotten is simply an extension of Her. She is everything, everywhere.
