Nobody finds 5 camping games in a row fun. Nobody. It's just one of those problems with rank reset.

I got accused of lag switching a few weeks back. PS4 lobbies before the event on the survivor side were garbage. You could wait 5-45 minutes and i'm not exaggerating. This is solo or swf, anyway I was playing killer and 4 load in. One is fluctuating between 270-500 ping. The other 3 were all 50-70. The people who hand out the bans should honestly at least take the liberty of asking the accused if they are cheating. If someone was recording the footage, then they can show them the footage and ban them outright. But if someone doesn't have footage and they report someone, they should at least talk to the accused and ask them if they are cheating. There is 2 sides to every story.

The roadmap is the same as the one from the past year, they didn't confirm it because it's obvious. Games like Rainbow Six: Siege release the roadmap because they tease the countries their operators come from, Deab by Daylight doesn't need to, the roadmap simply is the release schedule for this game

This is my personal opinion, but i would get Hag and Saw
Hag: Mainly because she comes with the meta perk "Ruin" and can slow the game down in the beginning, buying you enough time to find and hook a survivor.
Saw: The survivor, Detective Tapp, comes with a perk named "Stake Out" that is a small counter to ruin, i would get this considering how meta ruin is.

When you are in a trial, you can't talk. Think of it like this, you know of the sleep condition called "Sleep Paralysis" it is where you are legit paralyzed and you can't move or even speak. When the survivors are in the trials, i theorize that The Entity takes away their speech, which is why they can only grunt and scream.

Something had to have happened recently for you to come onto the forums and complain about it. Since to you it seems to be happening more consistent, then what are you going to do to fix it.
Also, if anything if the killer is far away and you make the unhook and they go right after the injured person, then you need to go and do gens. Yes it sucks for that person, but at the same time you can gain a powerful advantage over the killer if you simply do gens instead of sitting there trying to bodyblock, like it's going to do something.

As someone who mains spirit. The only thing i can tell you is too just suck it up, take in iron will, it has saved me countless times when playing against spirit. She's not hard to avoid at all.

If i catch someone being immersed in my game as a killer i tend to take them down first. You want to be immersed? You're not going to get it in my game.
As a survivor it pains me to see that people are still scared in this game. I can see how using stealth to avoid LOS mid-chase is fine, but just putting on Urban Evasion and crouching through out the entire game is a boring playstyle.

I don't mind playing killer tbh, it only becomes hard when i face that one team that knows what their doing through comms. Other than that it is usually a cakewalk for me.
Survivor is the same thing basically, i like to play a more gen-rush and evader kind of character. So i would sometimes focus on generators and am able to switch focus when the killer is chasing me.

Coming back to OP. These bullsh*t hits through windows always existed. It's not a post patch issue, it's a game issue. I don't know how it could be fixed (increased tick rate [or what ever they call the clock that determines client/server updates) maybe?), but they should do something about it. Whenever this happens (and god, it happens A LOT) it feels like the game just cheated you of one health state.
If they do skip out on a couple dlcs, at least that will give me time to be able to p3 everyone lol.
But in all honesty they should fix this since someone said it was an error in the code, i am sure it can't be that hard to fix, considering they added a new animation and such for medium vaults.
