Yeah, I'd argue that Iron Will is one of the best perks in the game, absolutely love it.
Now, for a underrated perk, I believe it goes to Dark Sense, surprisingly good.

I'm on console so I'll try to help as best as possible. It might help because you're able to make sharper turns using your keys but I'm not 100% sure .

A couple survivors do speak when injured or hooked. Another one to add to the list is Jane, I'm pretty sure she says something when she's injured.

voted ju-on because I love the movie but spirit is already in the game so I feel like it would be another hillbilly/leather face situation.

It's honestly, for me, a combination of a lot of things you listed above. I also won't lie, I do have a bit of character bias as well. If you're playing a Feng or Yui there's like a 95% chance you're getting hatch.

A chapter, on the other hand, is months of work, testing, and iterations. What it starts as and what it ends as can be two different things, and I can foresee a lot of disappointment if for once reason or the other the end product ends up different from the original design.
Beyond that, we have chapters planned well into the future, so squeezing it in might be tough.
Thank you for the response @Peanits, just a thought I had, like I said no matter what I trust you guys/gals that you've got big plans for year 4 that will open the door for our creativity once again.

Yeah, I don't think Freddy and Quentin will be removed from the game but I do believe getting cosmetics and the NOES chapter on other platforms just got exceptionally harder. I hope for the best in the long run though, it sucks being without content, especially for something as big as NOES, at least the perks are being added.

The Temple would be older, I think - Samurai are from around the medieval time period, roughly 2000 years later.
The reason I personally didn't say the temple is because it's more or less a completely fabricated version of the temple. With that being said though, you could ALSO argue that's the same for all maps because there created from memory fragments. Those however, are more intact fragments then what Plague had, if I remember correctly, it's been a while since I looked at her lore. Also, to answer OP again after I re-read the question, I believe the two most modern are Badham and Oremond, like you said.

I already have a massive catalog to go through and 2020 is looking even crazier with RE3 on the radar. Black Mesa will likely be out of early access soon so I'll be playing that too since Xen looks amazing especially for the Source Engine. I'd love to go back to Dead Rising but the main problem is I have about 15 games on the burner already I feel like I put a lot of games off after buying them know what I mean?

Boy do I know that feels, way, way to much with movies, shows and most definitely games. The people who are doing BM are doing a fantastic job, wish I had a PC to relive HL with modern graphics.
Also, Suzi is Sphere Hunter's real name, fun fact for today. I just realized you might know who Suzi is but where asking for the specific video, sorry, it's her Dead Rising video.

Dead Rising 3? I've only played the first one although I never could get into it because I felt like I never had enough downtime. Good game though.
Like I said on Suzi's video, the original Dead Rising is the best one imo because it was able to blend the seriousness with the comedy so well. If you decide to ever try to get back into it, definitely play the first one.

I used to own the first two they were great although the first one is a lot scarier than the second one which is more action oriented. Both games however are truly exceptional and it's a shame how the franchise turned out. I never played the third game but I can tell by looking at gameplay footage why it was hated. It was also very strange how the game shifted from the Playstation to the Xbox. Seems like a way to alienate your current audience by going to a completely different platform.
Take it from a guy who played the third one, yeah, it's REALLY bad. Also, I still remember when Capcom decided to make DR3 a Xbox exclusive and a lot where left disappointed, understandably. I hope those days of Capcom are long gone.

Resistance looked pretty good the only complaint I had is you can just drop enemies on top of players. Clearly the maps weren't designed to accommodate the game in some circumstances but at the same time it clearly looked like a side project and I can't really complain now since it's free.
That being said really hoping Dino Crisis is remade next. If that happens the only game I'll ever want is a next gen Evil Dead game. Although an Evil Dead game is out of Capcom's hands and interests more than likely.
Oh my god, as someone who never got to play the original two Dino Crisis games(I played the third and own it... we don't talk about that one) I'd adore it if they got the same treatment. I'm also sure you know already but there actually is a full console Evil Dead game coming.

It all really depends on how much free room Netflix gives BHVR to be creative, that's how I view it anyways.

I believe the DG devs are being shifted to focus on another IP, I don't believe I heard anything for the other two options but please correct me if I'm wrong.
