I thought walking also left scratch marks, just not as many

If you don't have a lot of good perks yet then be yes, compared to some of the generic perks killers get it's actually very powerful. Once you have access to BBQ, Discordance, etc then I'd leave it but for now yeah it's a good tracking perk.

I thought Meyers was the first franchised killer, though maybe I'm wrong.xmenfanatic said:He was the first franchise killer I believe, though i may be wrong. So that could point to it being a new thing. The had released Bill as solo on the computer, so they were possibly considering the idea of doing more solo killers and survivors back in the day.
Also, Kate was designed around the time of leather face, and there is a lo of evidence pointing to the fact that she was gonna be the final girl of the remake of TCM (jessica biel), but they couldn't afford/get the rights to her character.

The fact that you can't really pull a quick 180 turn on console really impairs her abilities. The best I can suggest is really practice blink distance and run perks on her that can let you snowball fast. Blinking at the ground when you predict someone to turn around to dodge a blink can be useful in place of quick 180s

As someone with a strong dislike of Fortnite, I was really surprised with how much I enjoy Apex Legends. Feels like a very well crafted mix of Overwatch and battle Royale and it works well

Maybe give BP bonuses when enough people give you props too. An encouragement to be a kinder player

I've always felt the offering should be burned immediately after the load screen, not before

The more people you have in a trial the better, even if theyre being chased. So if you're able to then yes it's absolutely worth it. Also you get bloodpoints and emblem progression.

Otherwise known as "they added an achivement to sabo 50 hooks let's get that in one game."You can't. You have to sabotage 50 _different_hooks, respawned hooks don't count.

You either die a survivor or live long enough to see yourself become the killer

Game and Lerys both lack the shack. But it's still a direct buff to the perk so honestly that's finetehshadowman33 said:To clarify, the buff to Territorial Imperative would basically have aura reveal for the basement AND killer shack. There's like only one map I think that can spawn without a killer shack.

Spend most of my time against Leatherface sitting on a hook staring at his face so I'd say he's up there.

Been replaying Fire Emblem Awakening again. Trying to beat Lunatic+ mode

Its so uncommon that a killer doesn't drop a survivor when blinded, it's misleading to act like it's completely random.JohnTed said:@GraviteaUK said:
Flashlight depending on luck wahhhh? It's the most skill orientated item.
Instapack is tapping space bar.
Toolbox is tapping spacebar.
Flashlight if the person is good is a damn nightmare for the killer.
When you shrine the killers, it depends on probability to drop survivor.

Id love to see an undercut for both Dwight and Kate
-
I see a lot of survivors doing that when I play killer. It really just sucks for everyone involved. I can understand if you're getting camped (obviously not the best course of action but some people just want to move on to a round they're allowed to play in) but I see people suicide the second the killer gets any momentum

Ruin is essential the only thing helping to combat genrush and even then if you're actually good at the game, you can work through it. Besides it'd be unfair to just outright ban a perk, especially for the side that's already at a severe disadvantageFenrir said:

Learn to work through Ruin, it's not that big of a deal

Its a rough comparison. DbD has a very vile and personal toxicity. The others I find are more obnoxious than toxic
-
Outside of group healing which is already fast, Leader is really bad.

I can make Ace look more flamboyant than any of the other guys so he's always my #1

BHVR after an update:

-
They accidentally made it faster to get points as killer just because you get 5 games in the time it takes survivor to get 1
-
That's why the hatch is such a flawed mechanic. If they made it something you had to work on to open, maybe a progress bar similar to a totem, it could help. Not a perfect fix tho
-
Its not a huge buff but considering how frustrating it can be to face borrowed time, it's a bit of an annoying one. But I'm assuming it's just a result of DW's mechanics.LegitAdventurer said: Jo
That, i did not know.ClogWench said:
Unless I'm wrong, the timer no longer goes down when you're in a chase. You have to hit them to down them again instead of chasing them until they fall.LegitAdventurer said:
What? That isn't a thing lol. They just nerfed how long it was active for.ClogWench said:
Id argue the change to Borrowed Time was more of a buff. But compared to its older version when it affected the rescuer, it's a lot more manageableLegitAdventurer said:Also they've nerfed Borrowed Time with the Legion launch. So if anything they aren't appeasing to the survivors. -

Nurses is great on him, it's super easy to sneak up on someone healing and down them without them seeing you coming. Or stalk them
-
I've found survivors try to use them in a chase but never for a save and even when they do blind me it's usually not much help.

I havent been giving the lanterns too much attention as killer, since they interrupt momentum to hunt down and sometimes just dont seem to light up at all? Also finding a lot of hook divers which takes away the ability to break them. Just from killing people though I'm getting a decent amount of points. (Also no lobby wait because I'm playing killer)
-
Cant say I'm fond of any corn maps. Big, empty, yet annoying to find people on. And as survivor, its 50/50 whether the corn is gonna be an easy place to hide or basically invisible to the killer.
-
Survivor gets significantly more points than killer(assuming they actually escape) so no one wants to play killer right now. Besides, half the people playing right now aren't getting points cause the event is bugged.

Leatherface already has 4 survivor costumes! Truly a DIY prodigy
-
Getting four people downed and hooked is easily enough to pip once. Definitely not twice but you're absolutely not being punished for a game ending that fast.
-
What blood points would they even really lose from tunnelling though? Maybe a few points from one less hit but that's about allwaffles4all said:I got tunnelled off the hook every game l played today. I don't teabag or use decisive and it still happens. It's the most frustrating thing waiting 5 to 10 minutes only for this to happen. Please just do something about it, the killers that l see do it every game don't care about losing blood points -
Sounds like a very specific situation that could have been avoided.
-
Wouldn't exactly call pink and white outfits camo. My point stands though, if 4 survivors all manage to go down in the basement at once it's because they played poorly. Regardless of anything else in the match, that was just a huge mistake on their part and they were punished for it. It doesn't constitute a special reward to the killer.
-
I wouldnt call that skilled. In any way.
-
Your reward is getting a no skill 4k. You don't kill 4 people in the basement through playing well, you get it through survivors playing as terribly as they can.
-
Sound based tracking can be helpful, and if you've injured them Stridor can be a huge benefit.
-
Its easier to only rely on my own abilities and not worry about my teammates. Don't have any SWF friends so playing survivor gets tiring.
-
He's a killer who can have his ability hindered or outright disabled by survivors. He has to spend a lot of time looking for and setting traps, and even then they offer limited zoning potential. Having a good SWF group can disable that zoning by having someone disabling traps as Trapper chases someone. At best he's a strong lategame killer and one I feel deserves to use NOED. He IS a strong force in ranks 20-15 tho and I feel a lot of DbD players like to neglect the reality that those ranks exist and killer usefulness is vastly different there.
-
I mean they also get points specifically for getting the hatch. And in terms of the basement, idk I've gotten 4ks in the basement a number of times before. Its not the easiest but it's not exactly the hardest thing to accomplish. Definitely not worth special rewards outside of bloodpoints
-
I mean I think you should get extra bloodpoints for a basement kill but a classic Mori, cosmetics or any item really is a bit much. You wouldnt expect survivors to get bonuses for all getting through the hatch together.
-
That's actually a really good idea toothesuicidefox said:@ClogWench said:

Doing anything to scratch marks is dumb. Making them larger or smaller has positive and negative impacts for both sides. These perks almost have the opposite effect of what they intend sometimes. Scratch marks should just be at one setting and never change.

Well if I run into you I'll be sure to try and stay behind to see you to the gate
