Old lady Bubba is already there, WDYM

Yui's butt definately needs a buff!

This is an annoying issue that's for sure.
Head over to bug reports, I think there's a pinned thread there asking for help on this issue
I think I'll do that, thank you
-
@Awakey said:
Hmmm. If it's never happened before, I think it's just happenstance.
I would've clipped it as well.
Sadly, I had to disable Shadowplay because of some system issues, so I can't do that :(
-
The only thing I want to change about Dead Hard right now is the ability to dash into wall and dodge killer's hit without any indication. I don't think that it should work like that, if you are dead harding - look like you are dead harding.
-
Bone clapper goes BING BONG
-
Good.
-
Claudette and Freddy.
Claudette because her skins are too distinct from others in terms of visibility
Freddy because he looks bad and doesn't fit DbD IMO, he needs other skins or could just be removed
-
Killer gameplay desperately needs qol changes, and this change could be good. Shame BHVR doesn't see that.

I can't play survivor without Kindred. Too much information, I feel blind without it.

The lvl 4 one glows more and has rocks that circle the tower.
Oh, I see the problem. My graphic settings are to low to see the difference
-
@kucerka said:
The page 4 glows a little and some rocks move around the tower I think? Eh I dunno, I don't like this charm anyway.
Corporate needs you to find the difference between these two pictures. Yes, that's not the same charm. Believe me. Don't ask which one is where.

Maybe you should actually equip it in-game, then you'd realize that all level 4 charms come with visual effects.
I'll try it but it seems like this page 4 charm has exactly the same effect as page 3 charm.

Ugh, they reposed some spider legs, I see now. How lazy they are. I thought it would be more shiny at least.

Spare us your bs the only reason someone would bring up that as a fact to ok the use of noed means you use it on the daily because without it you'd rack no kills I am a rank one survivor and i don't use crutch perks like ds or self care never had I use my brain to calculate how the killer acts to get around it if a killer uses noed they simply have no skill it's a crutch and that's that it's for the pathetic losers that can't get a single kill in a game to feel better about their loss because they suck its simply a perk for the ones afraid to lose a game because they are pathetic cowards if you use it that's what you are a literal coward nothing more your pathetic and it proves that you need something that makes you 1 hit to down instead of playing smart you play like a loser
Woah, plenty of words in a single sentence. If you want to bait, at least make the bait readable.
-
That's why I tunnel people early lol

and those survivors have 2k+ hours in the game. what makes u think killers should use noed against some 50 hour dwight and megs in solo queue....
Are you assuming that killers always have more hours than survivors and the opposite situation never happens in public games or what?
-
They promised that they'll rewrite the code for grabs on some QnA's, but didn't specify the date.

Yeah but to be honest if you call yourself a competitive player you better be good. The majority isn't.
Well, I don't think that the majority of competitive players would call themselves like that. You just go to a tournament, then to the next one, then you train to perform better on next tournament, and then bang - people call you a competitive player.
-

To be honest the majority of competitive DBD players are mediocre at best. Literally anybody can be a competitive DBD player and there are only a few teams who really stand out from the crowd. I agree there are players who are really freaking good at this game but they are a minority.
"Competitive player" doesn't mean a good player, just a player who wants to compete. Still, teams in finals of that tournament were freakin' good.

The fact that someone tried to make a tournament out of this game is funny.
Laugh as much as you want, you can't deny the skill of players participating it.
-
BOTB tournament: the strongest killer players in the world, literally everyone ran NOED.
Spare us of your bs
-
I'm not sorry. Sorry!
-
Nothing is more satisfying in this game than watch someone cleansing your Haunted Ground
-
Illusion of Queen:
*Infests Command center*
-
Nea and Feng. If someone is going to be annoying, it is always them.
Also P3 Claudettes. Not like I hate them, but sometimes I camp and tunnel them just because I don't want to look for them again on dark maps.
-
Demo guy, is that you?
-
The only time so far when I was dumped on the first hook while my teammates were too busy cleansing totems and repairing gens was a game with 3 console players. There are arseholes on each platform.
-
Why are they making Starcraft competitive when they declare drone rush etc "fair"
-
@mintchapstick said:
The only thing I hate from survivors is flashlights. I hate flashlights as a survivor because it means my team isn't doing gens and is trying to run around for an easily avoidable flashlight save, and I hate flashlights as a killer because it's a pain in the ass.
It would be fine if they worked properly at least. Getting blinded from side of your head when you don't even see who's blinding you is stupid and annoying.

I guess stretched res is actually not an intended game feature and doesn’t belong there.
also abusable by both sides, even though more advantageous for survivors
I dunno. Never heard of killers using stretched res. I don't even think that there is any advantage for killer in doing that. Like, your FOV is higher, but it is less wide, which is important too, so the benefit is questionable.
-
@Seanzu said:
This implies killers don't already have their own rules in their head that they think survivors should follow?
No swf
No flashlight clicking
No teabagging
No stretched res
-
It will ruin the game for people playing for ez wins against less skilled opponents. Which is fine.
-
I'm usually playing the side with shorter queue time, but usually it is killer. Also, I enjoy killer more. So it is probably 70% killer/30% survivor.
-
Hag five!
-
Use Kindred. You don't need to be afraid if you're next if you 100% know you're next

It was to easy to avoid for experienced players before, not so much now
It is still easy to avoid - just smash gens.
Or do totem early - if old Ruin got cleansed after 1 minute of the game it worked for that one minute at least, new Ruin will be 100% useless if survivors didn't leave gens, which is quite possible because killer's map pressure is quite minor in early game.

I consider the ruin "nerf" a buff tbh
No.
-
All that tunneling fuss sounds exactly like moaning "muh early game" after the Ruin nerf.
You will adapt with time. Run kindred, run DS, run Iron Will and unhook safer. Get good at looping. There are many ways to make killer not tunnel you.
-
The only game I won as Trickster so far was the one when one of survs was afk.
The only game when I died against Trickster was the one when some console peeps dumped me on the first hook in the basement.
Amazing killer.
-
Could be a good guess or coincidence. Last time I played Oni on Lery's, and when there was a survivor on hook and last survivor somewhere I just dashed through center of the map and slammed straight at that survivor. I guess that was very scary for him.
-
Just close the chat and enjoy the game.
-
Trickster clearly has sinister volley effect on me which is disturbing. And that is good.

because players of this game are stupid and think they understand the world after a glance.
When Pyramid Head came out players screamed about how op he is.
When Blight came out it was obvious that he is clunky but he will be strong if you master him.
When Twins came out it seemed that they are weak in basic gameplay but able to do some insane gimmicky stuff, even though it wasn't obvious what it will be.
And now everyone is suddenly stupid and knows nothing. Ok. Maybe you are just listening to wrong people?

Ill let you know in a month when players have had a good amount of time to learn exactly how the timings work and what perks and addons flow well with the new killer.
imagine expecting to have figured it all out exactly in a day....
Why would you need a month? No one will play him after a week.

Isn't running at the killer while injured and an increased exhaustion duration if successful not enough? A hook stage seems like a little too much.
It is not, since you want to have a head on on command. That means - free saves of teammates and free escapes in loops.
Exhaustion is nothing, and running injured at killer isn't bad if he can't hit you. So - hook stage.
-
That could work only with appropriate downsides. Like sacrificing your hook stage for each use of this perk.
-
Or just play Wraith who is intended to use this playstyle and can perform it way much better
-
At this point we should expect that Teddy bear killer from the Game-We-Don't-Speak-About, so the community could completely collapse in shitstorm.
