Then I have another auestion, since im not willing to buy the characters with irl money. Which survivor is the best considering that I only want them for free? And also, can I buy multiple at once for a discount in some way?
Regards
All DLCs were on sale during the holidays.
Other than that, no, there's no discount for buying a combination of DLCs.
Which Survivor is the best is probably not something i can answer properly. -

Licensed characters need to be bought.
The rest can be earned. -
Lol, just stomp Survivors from the sky.

Cool idea, but wouldn't work on me.

While i don't really know what to think of the idea itself, i do enjoy the thought of combining it with H: TotH.
"Huh? But they're practically giving the same effect of alerting you."
Yes, but i mean that you'll make a Survivor aware that you're running TotH when they touch their first Totem.
If you run TotH, they might wanna find out what other Hex Perks you're running. (You're not.)
Thus they'll be searching for all your Totems.
And this new Perk will go off like nuts. -

Serious time.
He, Hillbilly & Nurse still need Ultra Rare ones, right?
At least, i believe devs said they want the pattern for the most recent Killers to apply to the older Killers as well. (The pattern being 2 UR, 4 VR, 5 R, 5 U & 4 C.)
And then something like this would definitely be cool for him to me. -

Fun.
There would still be 4 other players that you could hear. Hell if you’re killer I think it would make it even easier if they played music. Just bully them XD
If i'm 1 player and 1 plays music, there's 3 others i can hear.
There's no limit either. A party of 4 could come together to all play #########.
And yeah, it would make them easier to find. But i'd rather keep my eardrums intact.
Lowering the volume is no option either, you'll miss out on all other sounds you may want and/or need.I'd much prefer the Survivor to make scripted noises when they talk into their mic.
Like, if a Bill is talking to their fellow Survivors, the Killer will instead hear Bill mumble or something. -

It's where a Survivor DCs, but their body remains.
Farmed the ######### out of it and the Survivors didn't get punished by it being 3v1.But if you decide to farm, and gates are powered. How can you force them out of the gates? Unless you add a way to hook them, it wouldn't work.
#########, i forgot to add a part to the idea, i just remembered.

Good to see another noticing this.Oh man I am also glad to see such people! I still “struggle” with the developers (so that they see my posts), or rather with the animators (although I don’t know if they are here on the forum), for returning the old animations of the destruction of the pallet for the 1st-person killers. And the animation, when the killer missed and his camera moved exactly in motion!
Just to inform: As you can see here, devs do sometimes respond.

Well why not
Even fogstreamers use and promote MLGA, so you should be good to go I guess.
EAC has no tools to detect it anyway...Didn't the devs say thought that it's a use at your own risk? Last time i checked they said it was blacklisted or something like that.
It's not blacklisted, but it did get removed from the whitelist.
This means that, if EAC bans you for using it, Dead by Daylight won't help you with your ban.
EAC has stated that they won't ban for the use of MLGA. -

I'd like it, but what's with the dodging survivors with extremely high ping? Isn't that like the main reason you can dodge lobbies? This is true. Though you could also tie a feature like that into the ping where you can leave a lobby if people have >200 ping, for example. I imagine this should also be less of a problem once the new matchmaking system is release.
Then there'll more than likely be disagreements on what one considers "good-enough ping".
Probably, but that is something that can be fine tuned over time. If there's too many problems at 200, it can be toned down to 150, for example. 200 is my limit, after that I start to notice lag.
Couldn't the ability to edit ping ranges be edited by the players? (Idk a lot about stuff like that.)

I've had some friends who don't go for anything but green.I mean wouldn't you have to dodge lobbies quite often that way?
Not me.
Though i don't plan to play Survivor anymore, i myself rarely had pings over 100, usually around 80-89....Lol, now it sounds like i'm the one dodging for pings over 100, especially when i said "friends" used to do it.

Good to know. Often the High Skill cap can offset players and leave them frustrated.
What do you think of The Nurse?
Nurse is one of my least favorite Killers.
My reasons are probably...special, though.First: She whines a lot, and i'm not into ASMR.
The new sounds make it way worse too.Second: She moves slow at base.
Now of course her main form of traveling is Blinking.
But first, i'll refer back to point 1.
And i find it annoying to move between super fast and super slow, it makes moving slow all the more annoying.Third: She'll get me to red ranks in a flash (though by now i'd have to de-rust first), which is where i NEVER wanna go back to again.
I gave those ranks a good try for about a year, but nothing changes.
Not often, i go back to check if it's the same ######### all over again: It's the same ######### all over again.Fourth: Add-ons feel practically useless, there's only 5 or so that i'll ever use.
I feel like i'm actually wasting BP on her, and i can earn BP more easily on others. (That might be a personal thing though, but you asked for my reasons, so yeah.)Fifth: DCs are much higher when i play against her. (Mind you that i absolutely despise camping, being camped and doing camping, so it can't be that at least.)
And i can understand why they do, but that doesn't make it okay.Sixth: I don't like looking at the ground that much, surprisingly. (Which is why Pocket Watch is my favorite Add-on on her.)
Uhmm...I think that should cover it for now.
I'm sure there's other things, but just can't think of them right now.I guess her cosmetics are pretty boring?
Wait no, the wedding dresses and base nurse are pretty cool to me. -

Monstrous Shrine always does something.Knock Out does nothing if the person you downed is in SWF. Knock Out does nothing if a survivor has Empathy. Knock Out does nothing against Aftercare. Knock Out is signifcantly worse if the person you downed has Unbreakable, No Mither or Tenacity.
A perk that has a bad effect will always be better than a perk that can be turned into a literal "Waste a perk slot." perk by using game mechanics (SWF). You could go into a game against four survivors that have no perks and yet Knock Out will have no effect.
I guess you didn't play around with it enough then.
You can make Knock Out work if you build around it, even with all those possibilities stacked against you.
Please explain how you can counter Empathy let alone a SWF team telling each other where they are downed in such a way that the effect of Knock Out is meaningful. Any perks / addons you use in those situations to make Knock Out work would perform as well as if you did not run Knock Out.
Half of the times i used KO back in the day, they take longer than a minute to get back up, judging from their Dying healthbar, without having to camp them.
Result: 1 Survivor did the same amount of progress as a dead Survivor would for a whole minute.
Which is pretty good in what devs want to be an average of 8-minute matches.Empathy's no danger to me, i see it once every 27 Survivors or so.
SWF is a whole problem on its own, anything suffering from SWF is SWF's fault.
Nevertheless, even against SWF groups, you can achieve those numbers, just gotta adjust your gameplay accordingly. (Like adding a bit of camping, even though i prefer not to, but sometimes situations call for that.)Even if we take your worst-case scenario, i would still save more time in the occasions that there isn't Empathy & SWF than i'd save time by running Monstrous Shrine for 20 matches.

I like flashlight save attempts, It's an free extra 1, or 2 hits for me as killer. With the nerfs to flashlights it takes a lot of skill to do it right, which most don't have.
You sound like every Killer player always down Survivors next to a tall object every time.

Don't see why anyone (except people who are throwing) would not want to recover automatically. I'd support this change.
I don't know why they have the action Manuel in the first place. Probably cause people usually prefer control over their character.
How often do you stop recovering when you're standing still? What's the strategy behind it?
I'm not arguing, so there's no need to try to convince me.
I'm only stating my theory on the thought behind its creation: People like control over their game.
Ah, my apologies.
I think it's because it can slow the game down if they forget to recover. However, this doesn't work for me and probably others because I have the tendency to immediately recover the moment that I'm downed.
These are the devs that thought it was a good idea to buff Flashlights to free Survivors at any time during the pick up animation.
Who knows why they still have this how it is...

I wouldn't mind if they'd set it to 20 times and give us the 30k points. It's ridiculously easy to get these surprise attacks. It's pretty much how you use his power.Right? It's the only way to get Deviousness reliably with him, but it's almost laughably easy to get that surprise hit successfully.
As a Wraith main, Deviousness is the scoring category i rely on most when wanting BP. (After that is Hunter, cause you can re-discover Survivors during chases, which is actually a tactic if you go for a Windstorm build.) -
I used to not go for unhooks at all.
Mainly cause, if i went over to them, someone would beat me to it.
So my time was most of the time better spent just repairing. -

I gave it a good try for about a year, but i found only 1 every 72 people to be fun there.
Other than that it's fine i guess.
